“Outstanding! We loved how Claire gave us daily updates and sent pictures of our pup's activities and walks. We felt very comfortable and happy with the support and TLC that Claire gave to our pup during his stay with her.”

“Prince had a great time with Joel & Crystal H. They made it all happen super easy and they were very sweet. We're going to utilize these angels everytime we come to Eugen Oregon. ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗”

“Diane was so amazing and understanding. I would definitely bring Maggie back whenever I am flying out of Eugene :) Thank you for your understanding Diane! so glad we did the meet and greet.”

“Denise was great with my cockapoo! I left him with her while I was on an extended vacation. He was taken for walks daily, nurtured with love and fed well. His diet even improved under her care. Her place is located adjacent to Delta Ponds so she is fortunate to have some wildlife come by to visit outside her back slider door. Dexter was able to see a Squirell, Blue Jay and other birds. His walks to the ponds kept him engaged and happy. He was also socialized with other dogs that she sits. All in all he came back as a better dog and was very happy to spend time with her. He had no separation anxiety at all and was very content. I received daily photos of him and was updated about how he was doing regularly. I would recommend Denise to any one looking for a sitter. Her rates are great as well.”

“I’m so glad we found Maddy! She assured me that my precious old gal was fully integrated into their family throughout the stay. I very much look forward to using Maddy again.”

“I recently boarded my dog with Tessa for a few days and it was a wonderful experience! Her property is not only beautiful and spacious but she also sent me tons of updates and photos while my dog was in her care. Definitely will be a repeat client. Thank you so much! 🐾”

“Destiny was flexible and accommodating to my schedule. I liked the perodic update photos of Snowball eating, relaxing, going on walks, and playing with her dog Max. Her home is very dog friendly and I would definitely rebook.”

“Erika is incredible. She will care for your dog as if she were her own. My dog, Ziggy, loves her and enjoys being with her. Erika is responsible, reliable, and very caring. Erika is truly a wonderful person and a great dog sitter.”
“Juno was well cared for and happy when I picked him up after staying with Erin. Great communication and daily photos. I would definitely book with Erin again.”

“Amanda and Matthew did a wonderful job taking care of our dog pepper. We got picture and video updates everyday they had puzzles for her . My feeling is they understand animals because they own so many. This is a quality that I look for in any rover provider somebody who understands animals. She wasn't left alone for 8 hrs a day or crated. And they welcomed our dogs as if she was their own.”

“Dylan and his fam were great! Oakley came home happy and relaxed. We felt she was well cared for and we received frequent pics and updates on doggy activities.”

“Brittany is best! Communication was easy and frequent leading up to drop-off for a two-day stay, and the hand-off was easy. My dog ran right into Brittany’s yard and was given a treat as she settled in at Brittany’s house with her dogs. We received some pictures and videos to enjoy while we were away and trust our dog in Brittany’s care. Pick-up was easy—Brittany came right out when I messaged her and we’ll be back for more dog fun when we leave town again!”

“Amazing family!!! Keith & Co brought Grover into their home and holiday festivities and made him a member of their family♥️ I don’t think my precious pooch even wanted to come home. Truly felt like my boy was in the best hands♥️💜💙”

“Brittany was super awesome! My puppy had a great time running around and going on adventures with her. She is a great communicator and sent plenty of photos we will definitely be back :)”

“Angeline was amazing! She sent pictures and kept us updated with how our dog Bambi was doing. She cleaned all our stuff we packed for her too: blankets, bowls, etc. She has a really nice space and backyard, and Bambi had so much fun!”

“Spence had a great time! He was knocked out when I picked him up and was loved and cared for very much! He was able to go to the coast and play with many dogs :) definitely will be coming back”

“We count ourselves very lucky to have stumbled upon Christina and her excellent services on Rover App! We needed dog care for a six day period to fly back east for a funeral. She was available, responded immediately, and was easy to communicate with. Our dog was pampered in her home with comfort, affection, and treats! Best of all she took our dog on adventure outings twice a day to frolic off-leash with other pups, play ball, and swim! I received multiple photos each day of our dog living her best life! It was like an unplanned summer vacation for our precious Quinn, and we’ll be using her services again. Thank you, Christina! Well worth the money for peace of mind.”

“Tori was amazing! She took on my pups at the last minute due to my scheduled sitter canceling last minute. She was amazing with them and sent so many adorable pics to give me peace of mind that they were happy and content. Both my pups LOVED her pup! They were so happy to have a friend for the weekend. Will definitely rebook, with plenty of notice this time😉 Thanks again Tori!!”

About: I’m experienced in caring for cats with a range of personalities and temperaments, from independent and reserved cats to those who enjoy frequent interaction and affection! My background in veterinary medicine has provided me with a strong understanding of feline behavior and body language, allowing me to recognize signs of stress, boundaries, and build trust at each cat's comfort level. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment is a priority in my care. I am huge on litter box maintenance and understand the important role cleanliness plays in a cat's overall well-being. As a veterinary assistant, I have experience administering medications and caring for cats with ongoing medical needs. I am comfortable following medication schedules and providing care that ensures your cat's routine remains consistent while you are away. I also have experience with routine grooming, including brushing and nail trims, and am happy to incorporate these services when they are part of your cat's regular care routine. My goal is to provide patient, compassionate care so that your cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

“This was our first booking with Rover and Sarah. She kept us updated on our kitties and sent tons of pics. Sarah is very personable and professional. If she wasn’t sure of something she didn’t hesitate to ask (we told her to reach out anytime with questions). Our getaway turned into a great trip knowing our animals were being taken care of. Sarah truly put my mind at ease and we are forever grateful.”

About: I am the local cat befriender, crazy cats are fun to play with, aura cats are great to chill with and sassy cats will match my diva energy. All in all, I love how different cats are and taking care of them is great! The wild cats in the neighborhood, my neighbors down the street or even your best friend at home will always feel secure in their cattivities!k

“Alexandra was amazing! She was super communicative and my cats were well looked after and happy when I returned home. I would recommend her to anyone for their cat-sitting needs!”

“Sandra is amazing. She took on the challenge of taking care of my scared rescue cat who hides and needs to be given oral medications in the morning and evening. She was patient and very responsible, spending extra time to allow both cats to warm up to her, get used to her and come out. She was dedicated and tried multiple things and was able to get the cats to come out and also take the needed medication. Sandra was also great at communication and sent me multiple updates and pictures during the stay.”

About: I never thought I'd be a cat person, but then my roommates brought home Cokey and Marsh when the shelter had a promotion where you adopt one cat and get another free. Since then I've been obsessed, and my co-worker has also had me catsitting for Marilyn (the white cat in my profile picture) since 2024! Can administer oral and topical medications with minimal drama, depending on the cat.
“Alivia sat for Sage over the Christmas holidays while we were out of town and was fantastic. She kept us updated and took great care him. We always feel a little wary leaving him but it makes it a lot easier having someone like Alivia to take care of him. I wholeheartedly recommend her to look after your pets!”

“Andie's first job for us was 15 days housesitting our cat. She did a perfect job and even added fun times for his day. She made sure he ate well and adhered to his dailey schedule. We appreciated coming home to a very well loved kitty and we will have no hesitation at all calling on her again!”

“Erica was fantastic and obviously very savvy about dogs. She was wonderful with our dog Ziggy, and she has a beautiful property where dogs can play outside or relax in her home as Ziggy chose to do out of the heat. Erica texted us several times with updates and photos. She communicated well during the whole process. We definitely would recommend her for your doggy care and would use her again without hesitation. Thanks, Erica, for making our day at the Oregon Country Fair so much more enjoyable knowing Ziggy was well taken care of while we were there.!”

“We have never really had to board our dog before, but we felt very confident leaving her with Angeline. We were only gone a few hours but she took really good care of our fur baby!”

“Valerie has a great space for the dogs and really worked well with my shy mini-Aussie! Will be coming back and know that Winnie will have a great time :)”

“We had to make a couple of changes to the times and dates of our dog sitting sessions. Diane was extremely accommodating and did a really nice job of spending some one on one time with our dog, who can get a little anxious when we leave him. Thank you Diane.”

“I was nervous like a parent dropping their kid off for the first day of kindergarten. My dog hasn't had much separation from me in her seven years and it was her first time at doggy daycare. She had a blast!!I got a bunch of pictures videos and status reports that made nervous dad feel wonderful. She was worn out and slept with a big contented smile on her face!”

“Claire was patient and kind with our younger rescue dog, Quince, who can get stressed in new environments. Our senior dog, Duncan, seemed to do great. We appreciated the pictures of their day and were happy they were comfortable enough to settle in for a snooze. Their home seemed warm and inviting with plenty of comfy spaces to cuddle up. Claire had some good insight for future visits, and we hope to be able to have our boys in her care in the near future.”

“Ying is marvelous; the dogs feel very comfortable with him and his gentle demeanor. He was extremely conscientious with our dogs and kept them safe and happy! We will certainly call on him again.”

“Denise was amazing. Coffee gets anxiety being away from me and she was able to calm him down and he even jumped up in her lap for a nap by the middle of the day.”

“Excellent communication, and could accommodate us on short notice, our dog got some dog playtime while my daughter and I attended a live sporting event. Good with dogs, highly recommended.”

“Plain and simple, Madison was nothing less than a pure blessing caring for my puppy Sailor. She didn’t simply care for her, she made her part of her family. Finding Madison (Maddy) to care for my pup was an answered prayer. I cannot sing her praise enough! 5++++++++ stars!!”

“Her and her hubby are so sweet. My pup seemed happy. Their home was nice and clean. Everytime I'm in their neck of the woods, I'll be sure to look up their availability. My only wish is she is closer to me so I can drop off my pup more often! Lol.”

About: Hi there! My journey in professional animal care began early, shadowing my mother in her animal behavior and care business. I gained hands-on experience with a wide range of species—including dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, cattle, goats, and rabbits—which shaped my understanding of how to meet animals where they are: emotionally, behaviorally, and physically. While I am not a licensed dog trainer, I’ve spent much of my life developing a thoughtful, intuitive approach to animal care. My professional background includes extensive training in wildlife handling and care techniques. During college, I volunteered at the Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene, assisting with the daily care and rehabilitation of birds of prey. Over the years, I’ve also provided pet care for friends and family, building trust through reliability, compassion, and a deep respect for each animal’s unique needs. Now, I’m excited to offer my experience and dedication to the local community. I’m Fear Free Certified for dogs, and while I’m not certified for cats or other animals, I apply many of the same principles across species: 🧘♀️ Creating low-stress environments 🐾 Respecting boundaries and body language 🛏️ Offering comfort, routine, and enrichment 🐕🦺 Using gentle handling and positive reinforcement In 2024, I worked with shelter animals at Greenhill Humane Society, where I received extensive behavioral training and advanced to independently care for dogs and support enrichment for cats. That experience helped me develop a deep understanding of animal behavior, stress signals, and how to build trust with pets from all backgrounds. What I offer: 🐶🐱 Drop-in visits, walks, feeding, litter care & medication support 🧶 Enrichment activities tailored to your pet’s personality 📸 Daily updates with photos and notes 🐾 Experience with seniors, shy pets, and those with special needs Whether your pet is playful, reserved, or somewhere in between, I bring calm energy, reliable care, and a genuine love for animals to every visit. Thank you for considering me — as someone who has also used Rover for my own pets, I know it can be daunting to find the perfect fit for your furbabies. Pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Whether it’s a midday walk, a drop-in visit, or extended overnight care, I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs without the constraints of a traditional 9–5 job. Because I’m home-based, I can offer: 🐕 Timely potty breaks and walks 🐈 Calm, low-stress drop-ins for cats and small pets 🐾 Flexible scheduling for last-minute requests Whether your pet needs a quick check-in or more involved care, I’m able to integrate it seamlessly into my day, ensuring they get the attention and comfort they deserve. I currently do not offer in-home boarding, but I provide personalized care in your pet’s own home, where they feel most comfortable and secure. Whether it's a quick drop-in, a longer visit, or multiple check-ins throughout the day, I tailor each session to your pet’s routine and emotional needs. Because I work from home, my schedule is flexible—I can accommodate midday visits, early mornings, or evening care depending on your pet’s habits. I focus on creating a calm, low-stress experience by respecting their space, reading their body language, and offering enrichment that suits their personality. Your pet gets: 🐾 Familiar surroundings and routines 🧘♀️ Low-stress care with gentle handling 🐕 Walks, playtime, feeding & medication support 📸 Updates so you stay connected I treat every visit as a chance to build trust and make your pet’s day better. Whether they’re playful, shy, or need extra patience, I’m here to meet them where they are.
“Absolutely wonderful first day with Brandy! When I picked Sampson up after leaving him for the day, he wasn’t all wound up and anxious like he normally is if I leave him with a friend. He was relaxed and immediately slept the rest of the night. She tuckered a border collie out!! I will absolutely be taking him back. 100% recommend.”

“Jen and Josh took amazing care of our 4 month old pug puppy. She had so much fun playing with the other pups and was super tired and happy when we picked her up. I did not worry at all about her Jen and Josh really love and care for all the dogs. I am so happy to have a safe place to take my girl for those times when we are busy. Thank you guys!”

About: I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). About: I have experience with all sorts of animals. I have worked with dogs and cats and most other household pets including snakes and birds. I have also worked with horses and most livestock farm animals. I make a daily roster of animals to care for and schedule my time accordingly. I care for my animals first always and help my community with animal care needs. I have a large fenced yard with room to run. I have 2 female dogs that are well trained and managed. The smaller mutt is elderly (11) and has a room of her own where she will put herself as needed. About: 8 years of experience with birds, and 3 with cats! Some experience with puppies and senior dogs belonging to friends and family. I'm happy to feed, medicate and play with your pet! If it's a dog, I can take them on walks up to about a mile per walk. Past experiences with pets include owning budgies starting when I was 14 (sadly, my budgie has passed away since, but lived a long and happy life) as well as living with roommates who had cats for the past 3 years. Experience with dogs is more limited, however I do have experience with my family's senior dog from childhood as well as occasionally puppy-sitting for my in-laws. In terms of availability, I am between jobs at the moment so I am very flexible. I am available pretty much anytime but have a preference for weekdays. New to the area and searching for jobs, so right now availability is very flexible. Preference for weekdays and mornings/afternoons. Anything works though, just let me know! Will follow any special instructions, no matter how convoluted! My roomate's cat is very ritualistic with her morning routine, so I get it. I would much rather pet-sit at the client's house rather than my own, especially as I do live in a shoebox apartment.
About: I have owned dogs from the age of 7 . At age 11, I started walking dogs for multiple families. At 18, I was a manager at a dog boarding facility as well as a dog foster parent for dogs that had behavioral problems and health issues. As of 5 years ago, I started showing and breeding Labradors and doing professional training. I love everything about dogs and want to help you keep them happy!!! My schedule is very flexible as I run my own business and make my own schedule. I have plenty of time to walk and care for dogs. I have over 20 years of experience taking care of other pets in their own homes where they feel comfortable. I’m able to do multiple check-in’s to make sure the pets have all their needs met!
“AJ is amazing, I really trust her with my home and my dog Milo. She’s always very flexible and knows what she’s doing. I truly feel like my dog is taken care of when he’s with her. 10/10 recommend and will also be using her consistently”

“Cecilia and family took great care of my babe over a long weekend while I was out of town. She sent pictures and updates ensuring me she was having a wonderful time sunbathing and getting lots of cuddles. She has a back yard and took Helena outdoors to keep her fit and healthy. Cecilia is responsive and allowed me to be flexible given I was flying. I would recommend Cecilia for your pup's boarding anytime!”

About: I've taken care of animals for 15+ years. Weather it was my own animal or a friend or families I was always there to give potty breaks and train them on proper care. I also train dogs and have many years of experience training dogs to do various commands such as sit, down, roll over, and crate training. This will be my full time job so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friend. I do have a dog and cat of my own but they are great around other dogs. I live in an apartment in the middle of campus. There is unfortunately no backyard but I ensure that your dog will get many walks and potty breaks and playtime.
“Griffin is gentle, soft-spoken, and was sweet and patient with our timid little dog. We really appreciated that he sent us photos during our dog’s stay, which was reassuring that she had settled in and looked plenty comfortable. Although he lives in an upstairs apartment with a balcony, he took our dog out regularly, several times a day. He was conscientious, and communicated well.”

“Highly recommend Corynne and Matthew! They watched our 2 dogs while we were out of the country for 11 days. They did great with both of them, which are completely different in their needs: one a very energetic 2 year old heeler mix and the other a 16 year old lab mix. They administered meds for our senior also. Our dogs had such a great time, they didn’t want to leave. Will be booking again - thanks!”

“Joshua was punctual and very sensitive to the needs of my dog, who is reactive. He provided pictures and updates and kept me posted on the visit. Looking fwd to working with him again!”
