“Michelle was wonderful. I had boarded my cat Roo in the past, but she would be very unhappy for a few days after I'd get her home. I had to be away for a week for a family emergency, and decided to hire a pet sitter to come in twice a day to feed and play with her instead. This was the longest I've had to be away from my cat and Michelle took amazing care of her. Likewise, Roo loved Michelle so much, I've never seen her get so attached to someone so quickly. On her visits she fed, watered, played with her, cleaned her litter box, cleaned up after Roo's water protest and took such great pictures of her. When I returned home, instead of Roo complaining about my absence for a few days, she only complained for a few hours. Such a huge difference and I'll never board her again. Michelle is thorough, responsible and dependable. I will use her again if she's available, and I would recommend her services to others. You cannot go wrong hiring Michelle to watch your pets. About: I grew up with animals always around, dogs, cats, and birds, but am not ready to have one of my own again at this time. I work from home so will be available to your pets at all times. I have a big fenced back yard to play in. I limit stays to 1 household at a time to ensure everyone is familiar and comfortable with eachother. About: I have had cats over many years... I have two 9 year old Ragdolls. Their needs and health are top priority and so important to me. When your kitties are in my care, so will theirs be. I worry about my fluffy babies when I am away, so when they have the care they need, I feel so relieved and grateful. That will be my goal for you when you're away. You can feel good knowing that I'll take the best care of your furry family members! :) The type of work I do allows me to kitty sit on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday afternoon/evening. Saturday/Sunday late morning and evening. I may be able to squeeze in Monday and Tuesday! My kitties are indoor. I don't let them out unless it's on my balcony and I'm watching them! They won't go outside, and when maintenance has to come by, I always make sure to remind them to NOT let them outside! :) I give them lots of loves and play! I'm their world! I would do two drop-in visits for your kitties. Make sure they have water, food, clean litter box... And give them pets and keep them company for a bit. I like to have pictures sent to me so I know my cats are okay, so I could do that for you if you'd want.

Everyday the pets in my care are let out for a potty break upon arrival or in the morning, before coming back into their separate spaces to have breakfast (if boarding or parent's brought breakfast). About an hour (time to let their food settle) after breakfast we go out for another supervised potty break, depending on the weather we'll stay outside and engage in some supervised play or come inside and do some enrichment activities before enjoying some down time to relax and reset. If you have requested a lunch for your pet, I'll provide a safe and quiet space for you pet to enjoy some lunch between 12pm-1pm. After letting their lunch settle( between 1pm-2pm) we'll go back out for a supervised potty break and some more supervised playtime, enrichment, or go for a walk in the neighborhood. I live in a house in a quiet neighborhood. I have 2 pet friendly dogs of my own, a husband, and a 16 year old son. My backyard is fully fenced (6ft tall) with security cameras all around the outside. I also have baby gates and x-pens to keep pets separated if needed. I have poop scoops and a bucket for quick and easy clean up, pet safe/vet approved sanitizer to keep things clean, pet first aid supplies, toys, enrichment/training equipment, a dog run, kennels, water bowls, a sandbox for digging in, swimming pools/sprinklers for hot days, and plan to add more outdoor equipment for a more fun and enriching time. Your pets will be treated like one of my own.

I officially became a dog mom in 2019 after graduating from college when I adopted an elderly Chihuahua named Lucy. She passed away two years ago, but caring for her gave me experience with senior dogs and administering daily arthritis medication. I now have my girl Peaches. She will be turning 3 in August and is puggle who keeps me on a consistent walking schedule! Through caring for my own dogs and pet sitting for friends and family, I’ve gained experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I also regularly watch my brother’s 2-year-old Staffie mix who is the biggest baby and I love like my own fur baby. I love going on walks, hikes, and visiting farmers markets/local parks/coffe shops, so your pup will get plenty of love, attention, and activity while in my care. I also like to call myself a “master pill hider” because Peaches has definitely made me work for my skills when it comes to giving daily medications 😂 I look forward to meeting your fur baby and possibly you, too! I promise to send consistent photos and videos while they’re in my care, and I’ll always communicate if I notice anything concerning about their behavior. I’d rather ask questions than assume something is normal. Im currently a full-time graduate school and do have in-person classes on campus downtown, so if I’m house sitting your furbaby would have to be ok being alone while I’m away. For walks, I will always keep your dog leashed and be mindful of outside temperatures while we're out. For drop-ins, I’ll make sure they have plenty of fresh water, receive any requested meals or medications, and have supervised outdoor time. If I need to administer medication, I’ll make note of when it was given and observe them afterward to ensure they’re doing well before I leave. Their safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities.
