I have a very sensitive, anxious, high energy cat of my own, so I understand the importance of stimulation and reading body language. About: What does your cat need? Food? I know I'm little more than opposable thumbs that know where the kibble and treats live. Play? I'm fully prepared to run around with a string and congratulate the kitty on catching me. Meds? Swaddle. No matter what is needed, I will read the cat's behavior to respect their boundaries. I pet them only when invited to do so by the cat. Hissing can be waited out or skirted around. I have no desire to make a cat's day worse.

About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

Over the years we had a basenji (high energy), sheltie (shy), blue heeler (focused), and now a corgi (extra friendly) as well as many fun cats. We work from home and make our own schedule which keeps us open to the needs of your pet. We will care for your pet like our own and we always strive for a happy experience. We provide daily routine care which includes long walks, outdoor bathroom breaks, playtime, wet cat food treats, love and attention, and routine.
About: I am a remote worker with extra time available. I grew up with labs and Shih Tzus as well as cats. I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. I can feed, walk, play with, cuddle, or even bathe your dog! I'm an animal lover and would be fine with other pets at the house, too. Watching and caring for dogs, cats or other pets is something I love to do on its own, aside from it being a "job." This would be a great way to spend my time. I am currently working part time, so will have time most days for drop ins, walks, etc. I am also available some weekends, as well. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. If your pet is friendly, then it could be an option for them to come stay at my house.

I live in a condo on the ground level with a patio and a view of Mill Creek. I'd prefer to house and/or pet watch at your place.
