About: I currently have a pup of my own who I have been training. She still has work to do. I have spent years prior to that being the house/animal sitter back home in West Virginia. I work part time. I am a teacher during the school year. In the summer I just work 5 hours 2 days a week at a local winery. I usually walk/bike my dog every morning before work. On days I do not, I try to get her out on a longer walk or swim when the weather is really hot. I have a very flexible schedule in the summer to fit in other animals. I am pretty vigilant when it comes to my own dog. I try to make sure she gets plenty of exercise. She needs it. I love getting her socialized with older and younger dogs. I have even taken my pup to school with me to socialize best with my students are blind. I would follow the care needs set forth by the dog/cat parents. Please be sure to give special instructions if needed.

She puttered around the farm, played with Mosely, their sweet and cheerful aussie, and was happy relaxed girl when we picked her up. The property is spacious, safe and so cool! Samantha and Colton are in the process of developing a beautiful vineyard along the Columbia River called, The Narrows. They shared a bottle with us and it is fantastic. Samantha kindly told us about the history of the property, showed us the progress they have made thus far, and shared their future plans. I would be thrilled to leave Scout there again and hope to visit once the winery is fully up and running. A great experience all around. About: I've basically been around dogs all my life and I love them dearly. I lived on a farm in Mexico for over 15 years and had my pack of 5 dogs. I enjoy playing and spending time with them, walks and talks :) I have patience for dogs like no other, their needs are my top priority. About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 6 year old golden retriever and a 3 year old Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing your dog will be treated as part of the family and monitored for safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our pups love to roam and play. Your dog will be part of the family and free to roam the house and yard as they please.
