Making sure to get to their level and accommodate them in any way I can. I currently have one doggie, one cat, and a fish. They are all super sweet. I train my dog often at home and the public parks. “Review is for cat boarding. That sounds like a sport but you get the idea - my cats stayed with Kaelin, who had generous availability on short term notice. 2 cats, 6 nights, 0 problems. Kaelin is an absolute gem. Pre-stay she held a call to learn the specific needs of my cats and throughout their stay she picked up on components of their personalities I didn't even think to share. One of my girls is considerably shyer than the other, but Kaelin made consistent and ultimately successful efforts to engage each cat in a manner comfortable for them. Her patience calmed my shyer cat and her energy and thoughtfulness invigorated my more excitable/curious cat - she picked up on beneficial ways to interact with each of them that could not have been covered alone by what I shared with her pre-stay. Kaelin is clearly someone who has a profound understanding of and deep appreciation for animals, and she takes seriously how much they mean to us, her customers. Kaelin paid incredible attention to detail, was able to tailor every aspect of their stay in ways beyond what I requested, and she provided consistent updates with photos and videos of the two, often focusing on activities she intuited that I would be wondering about (How is shy Summer utilizing the space and responding to interaction? How is playful Autumn being allowed to explore and see outside? etc.). Through the way she was engaging with my girls and seeing how they, in turn, responded to her, it is so clear that Kaelin approaches her work with immense passion and care. It put me at ease throughout my entire trip, and it was clearly an excellent experience for my girls as well. Cannot recommend highly enough, will absolutely be a return customer.”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for the past 30 plus years. I’ve walked them, bathed them, made their food, cared for them when sick and loved them. I have a lovely, safe walking neighborhood for dogs, a fenced yard, and everything I would need for a dog to have a cozy stay with me. I currently work 100% remote and have time during the day for walks and playtime. I have dog beds for nap time and toys for them to play with. I also own several leashes. I have a fenced yard that’s very safe. I don’t plan on watching more than one dog at a time. That way I can devote all my time to the one who’s staying with me.

“Matthew is super nice and friendly and took great care of our two small dogs and one cat. We could tell he really loves animals and was immediately treating our girls like they were his own! Our dogs usually need a long time to warm up to strangers but they immediately were very comfortable with him! He also has a very friendly French bulldog that is sweet and playful but also will give space if your dogs don’t want to play (ours are not the playful type). All and all - highly recommend Matthew!”

About: My husband and I have always had dogs in our lives, and while we’re taking a little break from having pups of our own right now, we miss having them around immensely. Our kids are grown and out of the house, and we love having the freedom to travel, so we’re just not quite ready to bring another dog into our family full-time. That’s actually what made us think Rover would be perfect for us — we get to love on and spoil your pups while giving them a home away from home when you need one! We also know firsthand how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. When your pup stays with us, we want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being loved and cared for just like we would want for our own. We have a very clean, dog-friendly home and a fully fenced, secure backyard with lots of room to explore, play, or just hang out in the sunshine. Dogs are welcome on our furniture, and there will be plenty of snuggles, attention and love. We do not kennel dogs in our home. We also have experience giving medications and caring for dogs who need a little extra attention, as we’ve been through that with our own dogs over the years. More than anything, we just genuinely love dogs. We may not be ready for another pup of our own quite yet, but we have lots of dog love to give in the meantime. ❤️🐾 We would love the opportunity to spoil yours and make our home feel like their second home while you’re away. When your pup is staying with us, they’ll rarely be alone! We love having them around and they’ll typically be right alongside us throughout the day. If your pup enjoys going “bye-bye,” and with your permission, we’re happy to bring them along when we can. My office is also dog-friendly, so they can come to work with me and keep me company if the owner allows. For walks and drop-in visits, my schedule is very flexible, which makes it easy for me to work around your pet’s routine and what works best for you. We know how much your pup means to you and how hard it can be to leave them in someone else’s care. We want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re not only being cared for, but genuinely loved while you’re away. About: My name is Sophia! I am 27 and I have been around animals most of my life. I always try to understand any animal and pet. Making sure to get to their level and accommodate them in any way I can. I currently have one doggie, one cat, and a fish. They are all super sweet. I train my dog often at home and the public parks. She loves cats and other doggies. My cat keeps to herself and she will often follow us on walks with our doggie. We take walks daily around the neighborhood. I have a fenced backyard and live in a duplex. Always feel free to message with any questions! 🐶🐱🐾 I work in the medford school district. I work monday thru friday 7am to 2pm and I am off weekends. I have a boyfriend who works later shifts, so pets won't be alone until 10am. We have a fenced back yard with a doggie door. My cat and dog let themselves out when they need to. My dog is kennel trained and usually is in her kennel when no one is home, but we leave her out when we aren't gone long. I make sure everyone has water in the morning and evening. We walk our dog around the neighborhood twice daily. One in the morning and one in the evening. I have fenced backyard. I have a doggie door for pets to come in and out. I can also close it off to control access outside. I always leash my dog when going on walks.

I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I’m happy to provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles, and companionship. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Weekends are my best days to provide the most care. I do work a part time job and will be able get back to your pup in the afternoon. I like to do walks in the morning before work and if they are dogs that like a good walk id like to bring them. I have a large fenced home where your dog can run, play and even dip in a kiddie doggy pool. I do have 2 dogs at home that are extremely friendly and would love to have play dates.
About: I have had dogs my whole life and each one has had a huge piece of my heart. I will treat your dog like they are a part of my family while they are in my care. I am home most of the time. I typically feed around 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, and this can be adjusted to meet your dogs needs. I do have crates if needed. I also have a large size doggie door that leads into a fenced back yard. I close up the house by 9:00pm after we have had the last potty break for the night. I have a cat, so your dog must be cat friendly. I also have a large male dog that is sweet and gets along with other dogs. Dogs are allowed on my furniture. They can either sleep in a crate, or sleep on their own bed, in my bedroom with me and my dog. I offer a daily walk in my neighborhood, weather permitting. Your dog will be the only dog I host. I only host one family at a time so that I can give your dog and my dog the best experience. Your furry family member will feel happy, safe and secure in my home.
