About: We bring extensive hands-on experience with dogs, including professional K9 handling and training. We’re comfortable with everything from puppies and senior dogs to high-energy working breeds, powerful dogs, and dogs with more challenging behavior. Our approach is structured, practical, and tailored to the individual dog, with a strong focus on positive reinforcement, enrichment, confidence building, clear communication, and real-world manners. We welcome dogs others may find difficult and evaluate reactive or behaviorally complex dogs case-by-case so we can provide safe, thoughtful care. Dogs are a central part of our daily routine, and we’re home and available throughout the day. This gives us the flexibility to tailor each dog’s day around their personality, energy level, normal routine, and individual needs. Days can include outdoor time, enrichment and scent activities, structured play, training reinforcement, one-on-one attention, and plenty of time to relax and recharge. Dogs who enjoy socializing can have appropriate supervised interaction, while dogs who prefer their own space can enjoy an equally fulfilling day with individualized activities and attention. Safety starts with understanding the individual dog. Our 5-acre property gives us room to provide both activity and structure, with secure fenced areas, individual kennel spaces for feeding, sleeping, and decompression, and the ability to separate dogs when needed. Dogs are never expected to fit into one standard routine. Social dogs can enjoy appropriate supervised interaction, while dogs who prefer more space can have individualized outdoor time, enrichment, and one-on-one attention. We carefully consider temperament, energy level, play style, and comfort when deciding how each dog’s day should look. Our setup also includes enrichment activities, scent work, confidence-building obstacles, dog flats, and space for structured training and outdoor exercise. The goal is to create an environment where dogs feel secure, engaged, and understood—not simply contained. No Bad Dogs. Just Dogs Who Deserve to Be Understood.

Whether your pet needs a midday walk, a drop in visit, some playtime in the yard, or extra attention while you're at work, I would love to help keep them happy, active, and cared for throughout the day. Safety is my biggest priority and something I take very seriously with my own dogs. I'm extremely detail oriented and attentive, always paying close attention to my surroundings, leash security, gates, doors, and anything that could affect your pet's safety and wellbeing. I treat every pet as if they were my own.
“First off I want to say I don’t think I’ll ever find someone as dedicated to loving dogs as much as Riley! On the shortest notice I’ve ever done she was quick to jump up and walk Jack and make sure he was getting the fresh air and playtime he needed! Not only was she able to walk my boy on such short notice but made sure he had fresh water and a treat to go with it! She communicated with me through their walk and sent me plenty of pictures showing that he definitely had the best morning walk he’s had in a while! 10/10 me and Jack will be back!”
About: I have been raised taking care of all sorts of animals and critters. I total my 8 years of experience based on the cats I have raised, just in my adult life. They are happy and very well taken care of, just as I have been taught in my youth. I just hope to provide the same care I give my own, to yours. I am typically free all day Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday. During my work week, I usually get two short breaks throughout the day. My cats were raised in my home since birth. They are litter trained and have a balanced diet appropriate for each. I care for other pets the way I am asked to by the pet parent.

About: I have taken care of many animals! From dogs to cats, even horses and goats. I have always had a pet and love to snuggle! I currently work full time. But have flexible days off so just reach out and let's see how we can work together to make your life easier owning a pet! I am happy to offer supervised yard time and walk your pets on leash if you would like! I will stick to your schedule, and what you prefer!
About: Love every kind of animal! You kind of have to when you are a personal CNA, being in people’s homes who require medical care I’ve seen all manners of pets and environments even exotic pets. That being said I love to give attention to animals and learn their personality’s, and am willing to go through the bumps and flats of taking care of animals! Working part time, always looking for more hours, my job is flexible and I can do weekdays and board weekends as needed. If it’s something specific it can always be worked out! I often would like to get to know the owners style of care, how they’d like me to care for there pets and also the environment they’d like me to create. Everyone has a different need than others! About: We have both been around and owned dogs since we were kids. I worked in a vet clinic from the time I was 14 all throughout high school. I also worked with a dog groomer for a few summers. I am an Animal Behavior College certified Dog Trainer as well as a wildlife biologist. Let's just say I love animals!! We are cat lovers too and would be more than happy to care for them also! We would provide the same level care for your pets as you do. We like to treat them like a member of our family and hope that they enjoy their time with us so much that they hardly know you are away. We know it is an honor and a privilege to be trusted with caring for your fury family member and we take that seriously and strive to never disappoint. I currently work from home for my main career as a Spatial Data Analyst (wildlife related). Your pet would have someone around aside from the occasional trip to the store or other errand. I will always communicate openly about my schedule during your visit so you are aware of any times I may have to be out of the house. I have a large fenced backyard and a 4-year-old Great Dane to keep your dog company! Thus, for stays in my home your dog must be dog-friendly, non-aggressive, and not afraid of large breeds. I also have four cats. I do have a doggie gate that keeps the cats separated, but one of them can jump the gate as she likes to sit on top of the kitchen cupboards and observe. Aaron and I have two sons, ages 7 and 10. They both have been around dogs their entire lives and are very used to respecting their space and letting dogs warm up to them. With that said, they are still kids. So for stays in our home, your dog will have to be good with other dogs, young kids, and cats. For stays in your home, your dog ideally will be okay with kids but my kids don't always need to come with depending on the dates of the stay.

With your permission I take your pet(s) on outings to local parks, lakes, and trail systems. Having pets of my own and having had personal experience with a dog with aggression issues, I’ve learned how to get on “their level” so to speak. I have experience in dog/house sitting multiple pets, for weeks at a time. I have experience walking 4+ dogs at a time. References are available upon request, please don't hesitate to ask about anything! I currently WFH part time, which means I have fairly open availability to walk and or care for your pet(s). Walks with me are 45-60 minutes, and I am also available for daily check ins. At this time I am NOT offering boarding services in my own home. However, I am able to transport your pet for walks or even rides to where they need to be.

“Alex was so patient and kind with our dog Littles. This was Littles' first time going walking with a pet sitter and he tried to guard the house and scare her off. However Alex was kind enough to come again that very evening while we were home to spend some time with him so that he could get to know her better. And even though he was nervous again the next time she came, she spent time with him, giving him treats, and finally got him to warm up enough so they could take a walk. And of course Littles enjoyed the walk! I will definitely use Alex again when we are in town and need a pet sitter.”
