I've had my own kitties for 6 years, and I've been taking care of others' cats for even longer, from young kittens to grumpy elders. I can give most kinds of oral and topical medications comfortably if your kitty needs any, and I have a decent amount of behavioral experience. Some of my own cats have been highly anxious or prone to aggression, and I've done long-term sits with cats still being gradually introduced, so I've seen and handled a lot! She followed our overly complicated feeding instructions and sent pictures of them eating and a few of them hanging out. One of the weekend days she definitely fed them all breakfast closer to lunchtime, but I still felt like they were in good hands, and in her defense I had expressed some flexibility in their feeding time. She also went out of her way to set our cat camera back up after the cats knocked it over so we could continue spying on one of their favorite hangout spots. Cats were happy and healthy when I got back.”

I love taking dogs for runs or walks with me and getting the chance to exercise them, or just playing with them in the house. I have plenty of experience with older dogs who need medication and various special care needs, dogs who have recently had operations, as well as with puppies making messes. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 4 years. I’d love to spoil your pup! I have an extra crate if needed and plenty of toys from my dogs they can use. About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.
