“Review is for cat boarding. That sounds like a sport but you get the idea - my cats stayed with Kaelin, who had generous availability on short term notice. 2 cats, 6 nights, 0 problems. Kaelin is an absolute gem. Pre-stay she held a call to learn the specific needs of my cats and throughout their stay she picked up on components of their personalities I didn't even think to share. One of my girls is considerably shyer than the other, but Kaelin made consistent and ultimately successful efforts to engage each cat in a manner comfortable for them. Her patience calmed my shyer cat and her energy and thoughtfulness invigorated my more excitable/curious cat - she picked up on beneficial ways to interact with each of them that could not have been covered alone by what I shared with her pre-stay. Kaelin is clearly someone who has a profound understanding of and deep appreciation for animals, and she takes seriously how much they mean to us, her customers. Kaelin paid incredible attention to detail, was able to tailor every aspect of their stay in ways beyond what I requested, and she provided consistent updates with photos and videos of the two, often focusing on activities she intuited that I would be wondering about (How is shy Summer utilizing the space and responding to interaction? How is playful Autumn being allowed to explore and see outside? etc.). Through the way she was engaging with my girls and seeing how they, in turn, responded to her, it is so clear that Kaelin approaches her work with immense passion and care. It put me at ease throughout my entire trip, and it was clearly an excellent experience for my girls as well. Cannot recommend highly enough, will absolutely be a return customer.”

About: I’ve been taking care of friends and families dogs since I was 16 years old. I have had my own dogs my whole life. My current dog is a 9 year old German Shepherd named Nala. I have had her since she was 6 weeks. My fiancé and I have had many family friends leave their puppies with us for a week or so and we potty train them! I am a full time grad student at USC (virtually) and I currently work from home part time. I am very active, I work out 5-6 days a week, therefore, long walks excite me for some cardio! I will follow ALL directions that are provided. If a dog needs to be crated, left in a specific room, bowls filled, medications provided, toys in reach, anything that is asked of me I will make sure to do it as the comfort and safety of the dog is my first and only priority. I will stop on walks to provide breaks, water, treats, etc. I will follow all direction re interaction with other animals, walking route, picture updates, etc.

About: I grew up with every kind of pet imaginable, from snakes to bunnies, dogs, horses, parrots and more. Love all kinds of animals and have tons of experience caring for any kind of non-human baby. Looking for a job I can do without going into the office! I have A newborn baby and love that I am able to do this with him. He comes with me on all our walks in his carrier so hopefully that is not an issue for you or your pup. Whatever requirements you have for your fur babies I will meet! I can provide long walks and lots of affection for your pets and make sure their needs are always met.

“Kristina was wonderful! She kept us apprised of how everyone was doing daily which was great. But most importantly, the cats were happy with her. She was able to medicate those on meds the first day - which for a bunch of indoor/outdoor cats and someone they don’t really know is amazing. We also had to make some last minute changes in our plans (because ice) and she was completely fine with that. We also loved that she had experience with chickens and exotic birds as we may be adding those to our family. We very much hope to work with her again.”

About: I've been taking care of animals my whole life ranging from dogs to farm animals. I've had dogs of my own for over 40 years and I love them more than most people. I'm retired so I have plenty of time to care and love your fur baby. My boxer, Rocky, loves to play and is dog friendly. He loves to play. I have a fenced in yard and a large crate if needed. Your fur babies safety is my top priority and I also have the rooms to separate any problems that may occur.

About: I grew up with animals on a farm and have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember, from having extra large dogs in the home to taking care of friends dog while they're on vacation etc.. I love doing treat inspired training as well as interacting and talking with the pups I'm very flexible and can take dogs of most demeanors. Trust your doggo will tell you what a good time they had when you see them! I currently work from home 5 days a week as an artist and spend a lot of the day taking care of my current dog Spirit. We spend a lot of the day outside playing in the 1/2 acre of fenced woods and do dog park trips to Medford every few days. I have a large house and fenced yard as well as 1-2 VERY friendly dogs here regularly. All dogs are allowed indoors and on furniture as we see them as friends here! Doggos are normally allowed to roam free indoors or out but i can also crate your dog if that's how they are trained. We do minimal treat inspired training with new dogs so everyone can learn the rules around the house!

About: I’ve always had a deep love for dogs and have been around all breeds for as long as I can remember. Caring for them has been a part of my life from the beginning, and I’m comfortable meeting the needs of dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities. I currently work part time and like to do fun other side things like babysitting and taking care of your fur babies! I have a bunch of time and availability so I can fit whatever schedule you need! Even if you work overnights I can still come! I follow whatever your fur baby needs! Crate training etc! I can take them on long walks and administer medication as well, I’ve worked and been around all ages and have plenty of experience on what to expect!

About: I have done pet sitting for over 5 years which include boarding, housesitting and dog walking. I have also cared for cats, chickens, exotic birds and baby goats (bottle fed). I have cared for elderly pets, seizure pets and have no problem with giving medications. ****If you are requesting housesitting, I do have a small easy-going chill dog that likes to come with me if you are ok with that. He gets along with all dogs and cats alike. I do request that we have a meet and greet prior so as to ensure you are comfortable with me in your home and with your pets. I work remotely during the day. So I would be with your pet(s) for the majority of the day. They would only be left alone a few hours on occasion for errands/appointments and such. So they would get plenty of potty breaks, love and attention while you are away. I will care for you pet(s) per your instructions. While at my house they will be allowed on furniture and my bed for extra cuddle time. They will be given plenty of walks and playtime!
