About: Our family loves animals! We have a big yard, but our pets are usually in the house with us. Our kids (5 & 9) love to play with and help care for them. We are home during the day to accommodate various schedules. We homeschool, so we are extremely flexible to accommodate various schedules for drop-in visits or in-home care. Being home often also means pets will not be lonely! We have a good sized fenced yard with plenty of room to run! Our senior dog isn’t high energy, but us easy to get along with.

About: I am active and enjoy hiking and walks in nature with four legged friends. Your babies will be cared for like family. Sorry, but I don't accept aggressive breeds (Pit bulls, Rottweilers or any dogs over 75lbs.) I love to make animals happy and contented. I believe in positive care and love to them. Their comfort while their parents are away is my priority. My property is fully fenced large lot. I am with them the entire time outside. I have some experience training dogs. I taught commands by voice and hand signals successfully. We can do meet and greets. I am very responsible and would do everything possible to make sure your pet is safe and happy while you are away. About: Hi, I’m Dinah! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up on a small farm, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the past five years, my bond with my two dogs, Polly and Moose, has grown especially strong. Polly is an Akbash/Anatolian Shepherd, and Moose is an Aussiedoodle. We love going on daily adventures together and typically get out for 3–4 walks a day. About: I don't have a lot of cat care experience but what I have done has been pretty easy. I think the biggest thing I've learned is that each cat is very different. When I'm around I love to give them pets and attention but not all cats want that, so I tend to let them come to me. As long as I take fare of food, water, litter, they seem to be pretty happy ?. One thing that might set me apart from other cat sitters would be that I will give them all the attention they want when I'm around. They want to sit on my lap while I eat dinner? Fine. My dog recently passed away, at the ripe old age of 12, so I am accustomed to accommodating elderly dog's needs. “Christy was such a wonderful caretaker of our kitten! While we felt uncomfortable needing to board a young kitty, Christy was a tremendous relief and comfort while we were away. We received several videos a day, thorough information about how our kitty was doing and even helped us learn some new behaviors and interests our kitty was exhibiting. Sometimes I thought my wife was spending too much time messaging with Christy and not focusing on the trip (lol!), but Christy was more than generous with her time and was very patient throughout. Before our trip, Christy made herself available to meet us and our kitty at the park and it really helped ease our pre-travel anxiety! Once we returned for pickup, Christy packed all of our kitty’s things (which was a ton, sorry, Christy!) and sent her home with some toys that out kitty enjoyed playing with! Corrie did a great job monitoring their behavior and intervened with Kona if she overstepped the boundaries, which I appreciated. I felt Kona’s care was excellent, loved the pics Corrie sent us and let me know at the end of her stay how often Kona peed and drank water. To me, that was very helpful. I didn’t have to wonder. Kona has never been around cats, and they lovingly and carefully introduced their cat to Kona. It was nice seeing the pics of that, precious and priceless. I will be using Corrie to watch Kona in the future when we need local care. I highly recommend her. She was kind, loving, caring, and treated Kona like she would treat her own dog, Bo, as part of their family. Their home and yard is set up nicely to accommodate a safe experience for your beloved pet.”

About: I was raised on a self-sustaining farm and have been around animals my entire life. I love giving them the care and attention they deserve. I also love being a nanny for pets. About: I've always had a huge heart for animals and taking care of things in general. I've taken care of my own animals since I was 8 or 9 years old and did 4H for 4 years. Family and friends always had me as there pet sitter because not only was I attentive and took good care of their animals, but I absolutely loved doing it! I used to live on a farm with her so she is used to other furry friends.

About: I have been around dogs of different temperaments and personalies my whole life and I'm the kind of person who stops to pet every dog I come across. When I spend time with my dogs I enjoy being outside and active, just as much as hanging out and giving pets. I've never met a dog I didn't get along with, and I promise they'll love hanging out with me (maybe too much). I like to either go for a walk, run, ski, or maybe even for an excursion into the mountains. It really depends on the dog though. If we need to keep it low-key then we'll just do a few laps in the neighborhood or even just hang out at home. Aside from getting the pup some exercise, I will often go spend time with friends or go run errands. In these cases I like to bring the dog with me as much as possible, but again, it depends on the dog. If you have a younger dog I can do some very basic training in obedience, commands and behavior. I work inconsistent hours and days. Outside of that I spend time outside or at the house cooking and hanging out with friends. Typically if I'm not working I will spend most of the day with the pet. When I do work, I can be gone 8 to 14 hours, so I like to get up super early to walk the dog, and take care of chores. This really depends on the pet. Some dogs like to flee if they get out, some like to stay around the people. Some dogs are friendly to other dogs, some are not. Some are all bark and no bite, some no bark and all bite. Learning how the dog does in different situations helps me figure out where I can take them, and how to take care of them and keep them safe. I think the big thing about house sitting is making sure they have everything they need before I leave them for an extended period of time: taking them out to poo, making sure they're fed, making sure there's no human food left out for them to snatch, etc.

About: We have both been around and owned dogs since we were kids. I worked in a vet clinic from the time I was 14 all throughout high school. I also worked with a dog groomer for a few summers. I am an Animal Behavior College certified Dog Trainer as well as a wildlife biologist. Let's just say I love animals!! We are cat lovers too and would be more than happy to care for them also! We would provide the same level care for your pets as you do. We like to treat them like a member of our family and hope that they enjoy their time with us so much that they hardly know you are away. We know it is an honor and a privilege to be trusted with caring for your fury family member and we take that seriously and strive to never disappoint. I currently work from home for my main career as a Spatial Data Analyst (wildlife related). Your pet would have someone around aside from the occasional trip to the store or other errand. I will always communicate openly about my schedule during your visit so you are aware of any times I may have to be out of the house. I have a large fenced backyard and a 4-year-old Great Dane to keep your dog company! Thus, for stays in my home your dog must be dog-friendly, non-aggressive, and not afraid of large breeds. I also have four cats. I do have a doggie gate that keeps the cats separated, but one of them can jump the gate as she likes to sit on top of the kitchen cupboards and observe. Aaron and I have two sons, ages 7 and 10. They both have been around dogs their entire lives and are very used to respecting their space and letting dogs warm up to them. With that said, they are still kids. So for stays in our home, your dog will have to be good with other dogs, young kids, and cats. For stays in your home, your dog ideally will be okay with kids but my kids don't always need to come with depending on the dates of the stay.
About: I’ve watched and lived with lots of animals. I love helping out neighbors and friends with their amazing pets while they are on vacation or need any help at all! I currently work part time at the airport and a part time student. Only work in the middle of the day on Sundays but most other days I work 2am-7am. I have a fenced yard at home! In other clients home I am very respectful to their home and do exactly what the client needs me to be available for!
About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. I started dog sitting at the age of 10 and have worked with a variety of breeds. I have personal experience with puppies and mid-aged dogs. I’m currently available mornings and evenings, and occasionally midday, for pet walks. I enjoy walking around the neighborhoods, parks, and trails around Prineville. I keep an eye out for hazards like snakes and bad water and always clean up after potty time. I always keep my pets on a leash or e collar (if trained). I use loose lead walking techniques (no pulling), and train dogs to stop at intersections. We are generally in areas with little to moderate use.
About: I've taken care of dogs most of my life currently have 2 and I take upmost care to make sure the animals in my care are happy healthy and safe I work 2 to 3 days a week at a care home but I am free most of the week. To walk play and take care of your furry family members I have an unfensed yard but have plenty of time to take them for walks and go to the park with them. I have 2 other dogs both can be kept separately or can be playful companions to your pups
About: I have my own dog, got him at 12 weeks he is 7 now. I also grew up with dogs as a kid to adulthood. My dog has a lot of health problems so I know a bit when it comes to a sensitive dogs or ones that needs things done a certain way because of a condition. It really depends on the day, but mostly I could so daily or weekly. I’m dealing with some health stuff and my dog has too. So I’m currently working on those but have plenty of time most days to do something like this. I have a fenced in yard for my dog, when I was in college one house I did it so he was constantly on a leash outside, another house I was in had fences but had to patch them up and make sure he couldn’t get out. I also created my dog at night he loves his crate. During the day when he is alone he has most of the house free to roam, but I will put down potty pads just in case. If clients are okay with there dog out or crated I’m for both.

About: I’ve had pets and family pets I’m always ready and willing to give them what they need. My baby loves animals too. It will be fun! I feel like they are the same as humans. I made a lil human! So I can manage my son loves dogs too. Just happy to get out more. I don’t have any pets anymore mine got old. I make sure they are feed and tuckered out before bed. About: Working with animals is my favorite hobby. I have helped with many foster programs and worked with plenty of adoption dogs and currently work as a veterinary assistant. What I can provide is extreme attention to detail on your pets needs. Whether it’s a drop in or a walk, your dog is in good hands with me. I work full time at a veterinary emergency and specialty hospital as an assistant. I currently work 7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday so those can be long days for kiddos. I am free Friday to Sunday to house sit, walk, check in. I typically hike or run daily at least 3 miles if you have an active, high energy pup. I try to keep to the norm for the pets I’m watching, if they’re used to going for a long walk in the morning and having a more chill evening then that’s what I do too.

About: Our family loves animals! We have a big yard, but our pets are usually in the house with us. Our kids (5 & 9) love to play with and help care for them. We are home during the day to accommodate various schedules. We homeschool, so we are extremely flexible to accommodate various schedules for drop-in visits or in-home care. Being home often also means pets will not be lonely! We have a good sized fenced yard with plenty of room to run! Our senior dog isn’t high energy, but us easy to get along with.

About: Hi, I’m Dinah! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up on a small farm, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the past five years, my bond with my two dogs, Polly and Moose, has grown especially strong. Polly is an Akbash/Anatolian Shepherd, and Moose is an Aussiedoodle.
