We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing both of us will be at home with your dog and monitoring their safety. My childhood pets have now passed on but I took care a of my dog with heart issues and learned CPR to take care of her. I’ve also volunteered at a couple animal shelters, so I’ve learned how to take care of pets with different types of issues. I currently work 4 days a week. I don’t have a set days that I work but I work in the mornings 7-10am and the evenings 5-10pm. So, there will be days where I would have to be away for up to 6 hours. I try to understand how they want to be loved, by cuddles or by a little bit of space. The pets are always my number 1 priority.
About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life ranging from my 10 pound puggle to my 108 pound malamute! I have had quite a few dogs growing up and currently house sit/dog sit for family friends. I currently have my cat Mochi of whom I adore! I am just moving to the area so my schedule at the moment is going to be completely open until I start work in Hood River. I make sure that the animals themselves are having a good time and the space that we use looks the same or nicer than when we got there! I love building memories with the animals that will keep them in good spirits until their parents get home
About: I've taken care of my own animals (cats and dogs) for the last 15+ years. I love being around animals sometimes more than people! I am able to take your dogs for walks, care for your cats when you are out of town. I have two dogs of my own so for boarding our dogs must get along well. I work from home 90% of the time so it's easy for me to fit pet care into my schedule. My own dogs get a few walks per day, plus playtime in the yard. I will care for yours as if they were my own. I have a fenced in yard. When I'm walking dogs, I'll keep them on leash unless you specify otherwise and I feel confident with your dog. When caring for cats, I'll always play with them a little if they enjoy that before/after feeding time - as well as change the litter box.

About: My name is Emily and animals are a major part of my life. I grew up in a home where my mom was a dog trainer for 40+ years. We provided doggy day care and boarding service in our home. I have lots of experience with dogs, their behaviors and personalities, and how they truly bring happiness to people's lives. I have also volunteered my time at different animal rescues and have done an abundant amount of fundraising for animal causes. About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 3 year old golden retriever and an 11 month Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing both of us will be at home with your dog and monitoring their safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our boy Lambeau plays. Your dog will be part of the family and free to roam the house and yard as they please.
