About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and cared for dogs on my own for the past 10 years. I’ve had mainly border collies or a mixed breed. My fiancé and I currently own a border mix and German Shepard mix. My German has Addisons disease and I’ve learned skills caring for a more medically complex dog. I have experience with oral and injectable medications. I’ve also invested months into training my border mix Roo who is trained with an e-collar and loves it! I have multiple friends and family that have trusted me with their dogs care while they go to work or for vacations. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and many breeds including German Shepard, Labrador, Corgi, Chihuahua, and Herding breeds. I am active and would love a walk, hike, or running buddy depending on your pets needs. If you’d like them to socialize I’d be happy to help by bringing one of mine along for a meet and greet. I’m currently working a stay at home mom who works from home very part-time, so I’ll be home Fridays to Mondays for drop in visits and walks. If you need a weekday I’m not usually available please let me know and I may be able to accommodate depending on the week. About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and shapes including puppies and senior dogs. This app has a strong emphasis on dogs, which is no problem but I'd like to mention cats too. For everything I mention about dogs it applies to cats too. I've had dogs, I have 2 cats, I have 6 chickens and I've taken care of a whole gambit of creatures like fish and birds. I just like hanging out with animals, I watch my neighbors and brothers dogs often. I do a lot of outdoor work for my main profession so I can take dogs on plenty of walks if needed. I know when to keep an eye out for overheating and dehydration. I am great at following directions and learning watch out signs for other medical issues that are brought to my attention beforehand. No dog is too picky for what their challenges are for food, medication or rituals they need to be healthy and comfortable. That being said... dogs that are aggressive towards people and/or other dogs will be case by case and isn't an automatic no but I reserve the right to decline service if I don't feel I can safely handle them. I have a full time job that has a consistent weekday schedule that leaves my weekends open. Right now I am open all day, all hours for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I will take care of your pet however you like, and I'll make sure I fully understand all levels of care needed for you pet. If they know commands, I'll use the ones you use to further reinforce what you've been teaching them. If you feed them raw foods, fresh foods, frozen or kibble it's no problem. If they need fresh water changed throughout out the day, it's done. There really isn't anything I'm averse to doing to ensure your pet is taken care of.

About: I've taken care of my mother's dog for several years with her, a little Jack Russell mix named Manda, several other dogs for family and friends alike, and have taken care of cats for an even longer period of time. I just like being in their company and listening to their needs. I want to be a friend and a supporting hand if you have to leave the house and aren't able to take them with you or care for them. I know that struggle intimately, as I've lost my own pet due to moving circumstances, disallowing me from seeing and caring for him. I don't want others to go through that. I'm currently part time, but my schedule is exceedingly flexible enough that I'm able to take any requests at various times of day. I'm also available during the weekends whenever I might be needed. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions, and I won't hesitate to do the same to make sure I get what you need done. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your animals as close to the letter as possible! Your animals will be treated with respect and care, alongside whatever supervision and protection I am able to provide. I will check in whenever I have questions or notice odd behaviors, and make sure to respond to you in a timely manner whenever you may wish to check in!

About: We've included pre-loved dogs in our family since I was in elementary school. Since then, I've bonded with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and it's been fun getting to know everyone's unique personalities. I have a particular passion for senior pets, and am comfortable addressing such needs as injury/arthritis care, medications, and incontinence. I am certified in Cat and Dog First Aid/CPR through the American Red Cross. I currently live in an apartment, and would need to come to your home for pet care duties. I'm happy to accommodate basic housekeeping and other chores such as gathering mail or running other errands in the booking (additional rate may apply.) I work during the day, and am therefore not able to provide constant care (24/7 supervision) during the work week. I am open to discussing constant care in your home for a Saturday and/or Sunday booking; however, please know that due to the increased amount of planning and preparation this entails, I will likely not be able to accept a short-notice constant care request, and the service rate will be higher depending on the level of care/supervision needed. Thank you for understanding. 🙂 If you live outside the La Grande/Island City area, there will be an additional flat fee added to the total cost of the stay to cover fuel expenses. I will follow any specific instructions you provide regarding crating/confining your pet during "away" time. If you have a fenced yard, I'm always down for a game of fetch with your best buddy!

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals/pets. I can clean litter boxes and pick up poo with the best of them. I love to go on walks and scratches and pets are my favorite. I drive school bus, so I have a lot of time on my hands during the day. I take the summer off and should have lots of free time. I have a dog door and a fenced yard. I have 8 chickens and 3 cats and 2 rats and 1 doghtor. We are animal friendly. The cats will stay mostly hidden but one will come out and visit.

About: I've taken care of and have walked dogs my entire life. My family has always had 1-3 dogs in the house, and I have always taken them on walks/runs through Sandy Springs Park. I love to run so I would be more than happy to run your dogs if that is what best gets their energy out :) I also go for long walks so I can walk them anywhere between 1-8 miles per walk. I currently have a very flexible work schedule so I can walk most mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I have more availability on weekends, but availability shouldn't be a problem on weekdays. I used to volunteer at the animal shelter in my hometown and have been a pet sitter since middle school so I have walked lots of different sized dogs in my experience. I consistently take care of my roommates dogs while their out of town so I thought I’d give this app a chance.
