About: I have had animals my whole life (birds, cats, dogs, etc.) and have always fed, walked, groomed, and made sure they had plenty of outside play time as well. I've taken care of family and friends animals as well taking care to follow any specific instructions they have. I've cared for puppies and kittens newly born as well. Currently my roommate has two cats and a small dog as well that I help out with when she's busy. I love animals with all my heart and would love to be chosen to care for yours! I work part time 3 days a week so I have plenty of time for play, walks, and getting to just hang out with your pet! I'm available for boarding fri-tue because I work 3 am on the days I do work. I will be getting a new work from home job soon so my availability will open up! My roommate has 2 cats and a doxen/corgi mix. About: I love dogs, and they love me. It’s like I speak their language. I’ve always been surrounded by dogs my entire life. My little high energy Benito loves having other friends around. The more the merrier. I’m home all day, so these little dogs feel happy and comfortable at our place. I also go on regular walks with them. Dogs love walks. About: I grew up in a house filled with many family dogs of all different shapes, sizes and backgrounds. My grandparent raised me and I helped her look after all of her various animals from a very young age. I had my own Bernese Mt Dog Freya until November 2023, she lived until she was 12.5 years young which was an amazing achievement for her breed, she was the love of my life and hanging out with her was my all time favourite thing to do. I have always been the go to dog sitter for all of my friends and family since I was a teenager, I like to be around dogs as much as possible because they bring so much joy to each day, I have also worked with local dog shelters fostering & walking dogs. About: We can offer discounts on stays longer than 4 days. We do not offer them on holiday stays. Your dog will be loved and cared for as if it were my own dog Elijah! They will have all of the ear scratches and belly rubs it could ever want. Ours is an all girl home so if your dog has a fear of men then the fur baby would be content here. We do have cats so your dog being cat savvy is a must. Our animals are welcome to sleep with us in our beds and yours would be too if that is something they are used to. We are also not fans of kennels and do not use them with our own animals, but can if you prefer your dog to be in one. We are willing to go above and beyond for your fur baby to make them feel right at home while you are away. Also know that the prices are not fixed. If your dog is under a year and is house trained it gets the adult price. About this sitter: I am willing to watch your dog in your home to make your time away from your animal easier on him/ her. I am comfortable with dogs and cats if all ages, meds, and any other needs they may have. I’m a teacher so I can care for pets before/after school, over weekends. “Lyssette kept me updated with pictures and video my whole trip. We used her our first time using rover and she did a wonderful job and my dog was very happy when she got home. We used to take my dog to boarding places but after it made her super sick last time we decided to try out rover and I’m glad we did because it was a very good experience.”
“From the moment my two dogs met Peter they loved him. He is so good with doggies! The pictures he sent me showed just how happy they were with his family. They were given lots of time, affection, and fun, as well as special attention and grooming. They were with him because I was in the hospital for a medical procedure that went longer then expected. For me Peter's flexibility with my situation and the confidence he inspired made leaving my doggies in his hands in an already stressful time for me a peaceful decision. I would clearly recommend him!”
“Jami was able to make a last minute overnight booking work for us, including the meet and greet! My dog loved his time there and enjoyed playing with the other dogs.
