About: I’ve hand raised birds and kittens. I volunteer with Save a Gato and Puerto Rico dog fund. I foster for both and flight ángel where I fly animals to the states and coordinate getting them to the foster. I have 1 chihuahua mix breed and two cats full time. Occasionally, I will have other foster animals as well. I’m free. I’m a independent contractor I make my own hours. I work from home. I travel often so my days will vary I’m best for boarding short term. I have a fenced yard and all of my pets are friendly. Everyone has flea treatment, dewormed and shots. About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 3 year old golden retriever and an 11 month Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing both of us will be at home with your dog and monitoring their safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. About: For about 5 years now I have pet sit many pets from horses,cows, to puppies and rabbits. Many of my neighbors, family, and friends who I have pet sit for have said nothing but good things on the way I strictly listen to all the needs of each pet. About: I was Blessed with a Tortoiseshell cat for 15 years named Penelope Rose. Pets truly help us through the hardest times of our lives and we help them in return. They do find us, for sure. She was developed cat asthma (rare) and medication was not helping her so I put her down and that was my last pet years ago. I grew up having a grey Siamese cat. Both cats followed me everywhere. About: I’ve owned huskies and malamutes for over 10 years. I’ve had my current malamute since he was a puppy. I would love to help out other pet owners while they’re out of town or take your doggo on some walks! I have a dog myself so pet care is daily for me! I do all his grooming including brushing his coat and teeth multiple times a week. I make sure my dog is on a leash at all times to prevent harm to my pet or others! About: 5 months of volunteer experience in a private shelter in Romania, taking care of 80+ dogs at any given time. Recently adopted one of the dogs from the shelter. Dogs and cats have always been present in my family. On M/W/F, at 8AM-2:30PM, I attend massage school in Portland. On the days I go to school, I do have periods of time, early morning and early evening, to check on your fur babies. Aside from that, my free days, Tue/Thur/Sat/Sun, are fully open for whatever frequency is needed to check on your animals. I have a fenced yard with two dogs that are social. About: I care about animals more than I can describe. I’m very focused on animals that are around me whether they are under my supervision or not, I’m always watching and learning behaviors and personalities of each breed. I have an open schedule at the moment 7 days a week with the exception of occasional plans and holidays. We can always have a conversation about my long term availability if needed because my schedule often changes. I live on a farm that is fully fenced around the entire property, there are other dogs on the property that will need to meet the pet before you leave. But I also am open to keeping the dogs separate from each other for any reason if needed. When staying at your home I am respectful of privacy and rules. I will NEVER have anyone other than myself inside your home or on the property, and I will clean up after myself as well as have the home clean when you get back. I do allow dogs on furniture at my home but will not allow it if needed.
About: I grew up with all kinds of animals and I am willing do to whatever it takes to make them happy, comfortable, and cared for. I do work varying shifts from 10-12 hours 3-4x a week. However, outside of work I will still provide everything they may need! With lots of pets, play time and going outside! I do have a full yard and I moved to a house so i no longer live in an apartment. I dont have any dogs. Not since I moved out. I watch a beautiful hound when his parents need time away. My parents have two beautiful well taken care of Rottweilers. I have five cats. I feed them good quality food and occasionally do raw food diet when I can afford it. About: I have my own dog, cooper and a cat, Mimilaka, which I have been loving for 5 years. Mimi is independent and loves exploring, catching mice and napping in the trees. Cooper and I love hiking together. Cooper was a rescue, and I approach training very gently as he had trauma before we adopted him. Now my focus is to create a healthy environment for all of my animals. Trust and patience is very important for your pets. You have to remember that they are not able to voice everything, so be a positive voice for them! Before Cooper and Mimi I had a dog named Duman, he was a husky and unfortunately passed away from cancer. I miss him a lot and know that him and cooper would’ve been best buds. I also had a cat named Tucker, an orange tabby. He was the best cat, he passed away from old age. I honor and remember those pets forever. I work at a barn part time and have been caring for horses since I was 10 years old. Animals are very special to me! I am currently not working so I am very flexible in my schedule and can be booked any day! I feed my pets twice a day and take them out to hikes/ walks often, but for times I am not home, I have 2 other pet care givers at home who help feed and care for our animals. I make sure to feed my pets the best quality food that is nutritious and meets their needs. I make sure to exercise my dog and make sure he is happy. We go on hikes, walk our backyard (on our farm) and go do fun activities together. My pets as well as other peoples pets are my priority before anything else. Animals are very important to me. About: While growing up I have always had a dog in the home. I’m a huge dog lover and don’t know what I would do if I did not have a dog in my life. I remember when my parents let me chose our next dog when I was young. I chose a sheltie and named him Arrow. The reason for the name Arrow was when I went to pick him up I noticed in his fur on the back of his head was an arrow. I loved taking care of Arrow and we had a special bond! I loved taking him on walks and he loved chasing me around the house. When I turned 15 I started to take care of one of my neighbors cats and fish when they went on vacations. After completing one summer, I started taking care of their cats and fish for the next eight years before I moved out. Once the rest of my neighbors found out I was known in the neighborhood for taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats when they were on vacations! I have also taken care of many of my coworkers cats and dogs as well. So rest assured your pet will be in good hands while you are on vacation. It will be one less stress to worry about. I currently work full time, however work three 12 hours shifts. I’m currently off Friday-Monday. So I’m available for the weekends, so perfect for anyone wanting to do a weekend getaway! I do work graveyard so I’m available anytime after 2pm on Fridays. However, if you need to drop of earlier just communicate so I can plan ahead. My girlfriend and I live in a townhouse. I don’t have a fenced backyard. However, have a small backyard that is used for potty breaks. It does have a small area of grass turf (fake grass). The good news we live in Fairview in the Fairview Terrace community. We have a very large area for dogs. So your dog will have lots of playtime in the grassy area. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for walking your dog as well. The community is fenced and a gated community as well. Our community is very dog friendly and many pet owners. We also have a micro mini Golden doodle. So your dog will have a playmate as well. We can also send photos of your pet to you while on vacation to help with the separation. I know when I go on vacation I have a hard time leaving my fur baby behind. For me, getting photos of my fur baby made the vacation a little easier!
