About: Hello! My name is Samantha and I am 26 years old. I joined rover to earn some extra money while spending some time with furry (or non furry) friends. I have volunteered at local shelters and have watched the animals of my family and friends since I was about 10 years old. I treat each and every animal with the love, care, and respect that they deserve. I am very compassionate and take the time to tend to one’s animals as if they were my own. My rates are flexible depending on the animal(s), and the situation. I am able to flex my schedule around your needs! I work full time but I am able to work remotely if needed and can take breaks throughout the day if necessary. I often do not watch animals in my home due to my 5 fur babes. “Review is for cat boarding. That sounds like a sport but you get the idea - my cats stayed with Kaelin, who had generous availability on short term notice. 2 cats, 6 nights, 0 problems. Kaelin is an absolute gem. Pre-stay she held a call to learn the specific needs of my cats and throughout their stay she picked up on components of their personalities I didn't even think to share. One of my girls is considerably shyer than the other, but Kaelin made consistent and ultimately successful efforts to engage each cat in a manner comfortable for them. Her patience calmed my shyer cat and her energy and thoughtfulness invigorated my more excitable/curious cat - she picked up on beneficial ways to interact with each of them that could not have been covered alone by what I shared with her pre-stay. Kaelin is clearly someone who has a profound understanding of and deep appreciation for animals, and she takes seriously how much they mean to us, her customers. Kaelin paid incredible attention to detail, was able to tailor every aspect of their stay in ways beyond what I requested, and she provided consistent updates with photos and videos of the two, often focusing on activities she intuited that I would be wondering about (How is shy Summer utilizing the space and responding to interaction? How is playful Autumn being allowed to explore and see outside? etc.). Through the way she was engaging with my girls and seeing how they, in turn, responded to her, it is so clear that Kaelin approaches her work with immense passion and care. It put me at ease throughout my entire trip, and it was clearly an excellent experience for my girls as well. Cannot recommend highly enough, will absolutely be a return customer.”

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 13. Whether it was my own while my parents were gone or friends and neighbors as I got older. I have cared for both really active dogs that need to run all the time and older slower pets that need a lot of attention to details. I am currently a student at Western Oregon University enjoying my summer break back home. So I am available any time as I can create my own schedule. I have had her since she was 6 weeks. My fiancé and I have had many family friends leave their puppies with us for a week or so and we potty train them! I am a full time grad student at USC (virtually) and I currently work from home part time. I am very active, I work out 5-6 days a week, therefore, long walks excite me for some cardio! I will follow ALL directions that are provided. If a dog needs to be crated, left in a specific room, bowls filled, medications provided, toys in reach, anything that is asked of me I will make sure to do it as the comfort and safety of the dog is my first and only priority. I will stop on walks to provide breaks, water, treats, etc. I will follow all direction re interaction with other animals, walking route, picture updates, etc.

About: I grew up with animals on a farm and have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember, from having extra large dogs in the home to taking care of friends dog while they're on vacation etc.. I love doing treat inspired training as well as interacting and talking with the pups I'm very flexible and can take dogs of most demeanors. Trust your doggo will tell you what a good time they had when you see them! I currently work from home 5 days a week as an artist and spend a lot of the day taking care of my current dog Spirit. We spend a lot of the day outside playing in the 1/2 acre of fenced woods and do dog park trips to Medford every few days. I have a large house and fenced yard as well as 1-2 VERY friendly dogs here regularly. All dogs are allowed indoors and on furniture as we see them as friends here! Doggos are normally allowed to roam free indoors or out but i can also crate your dog if that's how they are trained. We do minimal treat inspired training with new dogs so everyone can learn the rules around the house!

About: I have done pet sitting for over 5 years which include boarding, housesitting and dog walking. I have also cared for cats, chickens, exotic birds and baby goats (bottle fed). I have cared for elderly pets, seizure pets and have no problem with giving medications. ****If you are requesting housesitting, I do have a small easy-going chill dog that likes to come with me if you are ok with that. He gets along with all dogs and cats alike. I do request that we have a meet and greet prior so as to ensure you are comfortable with me in your home and with your pets. I work remotely during the day. So I would be with your pet(s) for the majority of the day. They would only be left alone a few hours on occasion for errands/appointments and such. While at my house they will be allowed on furniture and my bed for extra cuddle time. They will be given plenty of walks and playtime!

“Our Maizy stayed with Allyse and her dog Cooper for a holiday weekend. They went on a hike and the two dogs played well once Maizy got settled in. About: Hello! My name is Samantha and I am 26 years old. I joined rover to earn some extra money while spending some time with furry (or non furry) friends. I have volunteered at local shelters and have watched the animals of my family and friends since I was about 10 years old. I treat each and every animal with the love, care, and respect that they deserve. I am very compassionate and take the time to tend to one’s animals as if they were my own. My rates are flexible depending on the animal(s), and the situation. I am able to flex my schedule around your needs! I work full time but I am able to work remotely if needed and can take breaks throughout the day if necessary. I often do not watch animals in my home due to my 5 fur babes. However, depending on the situation, and the animal, a short stay in my home may be an option. Hopefully I can be your next pet or house sitter. I have recommendations upon request. About: I have always loved animals. Had dogs and cats growing up. Would always want to take the stray home or help the wounded ones. Over the years my family and I have had numerous dogs, rats, hamsters, cats fish goats and chickens I work full time but have time before and after work to feed, walk, play or just sit and hang out with your animals. I can also come and visit during my lunch breaks. I'm half to stay overnight in your home or have your fur baby stay with me! I have a ½ acre that is completely fenced out in the country. lots of room for your dog to run. I can also stay at your home if that's where your animals are most comfortable. I will make sure they are fed and always have water available. I want your dog to feel like they are at home and safe
“Review is for cat boarding. That sounds like a sport but you get the idea - my cats stayed with Kaelin, who had generous availability on short term notice. 2 cats, 6 nights, 0 problems. Kaelin is an absolute gem. Pre-stay she held a call to learn the specific needs of my cats and throughout their stay she picked up on components of their personalities I didn't even think to share. One of my girls is considerably shyer than the other, but Kaelin made consistent and ultimately successful efforts to engage each cat in a manner comfortable for them. Her patience calmed my shyer cat and her energy and thoughtfulness invigorated my more excitable/curious cat - she picked up on beneficial ways to interact with each of them that could not have been covered alone by what I shared with her pre-stay. Kaelin is clearly someone who has a profound understanding of and deep appreciation for animals, and she takes seriously how much they mean to us, her customers. Kaelin paid incredible attention to detail, was able to tailor every aspect of their stay in ways beyond what I requested, and she provided consistent updates with photos and videos of the two, often focusing on activities she intuited that I would be wondering about (How is shy Summer utilizing the space and responding to interaction? How is playful Autumn being allowed to explore and see outside? etc.). Through the way she was engaging with my girls and seeing how they, in turn, responded to her, it is so clear that Kaelin approaches her work with immense passion and care. It put me at ease throughout my entire trip, and it was clearly an excellent experience for my girls as well. Cannot recommend highly enough, will absolutely be a return customer.”
