I have a lovely, safe walking neighborhood for dogs, a fenced yard, and everything I would need for a dog to have a cozy stay with me. I currently work 100% remote and have time during the day for walks and playtime. I have dog beds for nap time and toys for them to play with. I also own several leashes. I have a fenced yard that’s very safe. I don’t plan on watching more than one dog at a time. That way I can devote all my time to the one who’s staying with me.
“It's kind of a big deal to leave your pet with a stranger. I am so happy to report that I now have a trusted person to give love to my dog when I have to go away for work. Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. About: Suz and Brian have both been lifelong pet parents. Suz worked for a pet hospital for years and almost all of our pets over the last 20 years have been special needs rescue babies.(diabetic, blind, deaf, liver shunt, dementia, cancer, etc) This means we are well versed in special needs care for your special needs kiddos. Pills, SubQ injections, SubQ fluids, bandage changes, glucose testing, Suz works remotely from home, available to your pet as needed through the day for loves, medicine, etc. Brian currently works out of the home but will be retiring soon and will then be 100% dedicated to caring for the pets of our clients! We are available for meet and greet, home checks, and drop off/pick up almost any time day or night and will work with you to schedule what is best for you and your pet(s). Ensuring you are comfortable with who is caring for your pet(s) is second only to your pet(s) safety and well being in our care! Cat boarding: since we have a cat of our own and we know other cats may not be ooen to meeting her (she is ok with others.. mostly ignores them) we have a dedicated cat boarding room where she cannot go near them. Our yard has no grass (rock and astroturf) so no nasty ticks riding our coattails into the home to come in contact with your kitty. Brian is available for drop in care or overnight boarding in your home for dogs and/or cats. This is what we prefer for our own pets when we are away, maintaining their routines etc as best as possible, so want to be sure you have this option too! All of our personal pets are fully vaccinated and receive regular flea treatment.

I have cared for elderly pets, seizure pets and have no problem with giving medications. ****If you are requesting housesitting, I do have a small easy-going chill dog that likes to come with me if you are ok with that. He gets along with all dogs and cats alike. I do request that we have a meet and greet prior so as to ensure you are comfortable with me in your home and with your pets. I work remotely during the day. So I would be with your pet(s) for the majority of the day. They would only be left alone a few hours on occasion for errands/appointments and such. So they would get plenty of potty breaks, love and attention while you are away. I will care for you pet(s) per your instructions. While at my house they will be allowed on furniture and my bed for extra cuddle time. They will be given plenty of walks and playtime!
About: I was born into a house with 9 dogs. My mother has devoted her life to animal rescue and I have been helping and volunteering since I was 6. I absolutely adore animals and would love to look after yours! I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters at different places I’ve lived in the past and I have helped many different personalities of dogs and cats. I currently am working part-time, so I have a lot of time to spend with the babies! My schedule is flexible, so I should be able to accommodate any times or days you would need! I have been around animals my whole life and am good at being intuitive with their needs. If they are snuggle bugs, I’ll snuggle up with them! If they need play or to be left alone, I’ll act accordingly.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for the past 30 plus years. I’ve walked them, bathed them, made their food, cared for them when sick and loved them. I have a lovely, safe walking neighborhood for dogs, a fenced yard, and everything I would need for a dog to have a cozy stay with me. I currently work 100% remote and have time during the day for walks and playtime. I have dog beds for nap time and toys for them to play with. I also own several leashes. I have a fenced yard that’s very safe. I don’t plan on watching more than one dog at a time. That way I can devote all my time to the one who’s staying with me.
“It's kind of a big deal to leave your pet with a stranger. I am so happy to report that I now have a trusted person to give love to my dog when I have to go away for work. Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. I missed my pup so Anika even texted pictures over the weekend when she took him for walks. I will happily use Anika again the next time I need day or night care for Baron! Definitely recommend.”
