About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! I also really enjoy doing 'Street' photography of doggies and their humans. Dogs bring us so much joy, we just love making a fuss over them! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. About: I've been actively taking care of dogs and cats for other military families since July 2018. Most of this care has been centered around boarding for long vacations or deployments. I provide boarding for all dog breeds, boarding includes; feeding, walking, baths, and cuddles. When your dog is in my care, they are treated like my own dogs. For cats I provide drop in care because most cats don't like being removed from their homes. I am a huge cat person and when your cat is in my care I will do anything to gain their trust. I have a very flexible work schedule and am able to provide board and drop in care daily. I am home most days from work at 3pm and have weekends off. I have a fully fenced in yard with two dogs of my own who are eager to play with new friends. I love to do treat hunts with toys and go for daily walks. About: Ive taken care of all my own dogs since I was 15, we can bathe, give pills, walks, runs, park trips, rides in the car, hikes. I have a Scottish terrier who has a lot of skin and allergy issues so I know how to deal with all that. I have had her since she was 6 weeks. My fiancé and I have had many family friends leave their puppies with us for a week or so and we potty train them! About: I recently trained my high energy border collie mix puppy and although he’s still a teenager, he’s turned out to be a calm, caring, and gentle pup. Most of my pet sitting care has been done for cats, but I have house sat for a family with a Newfoundland, so I have experience with large breeds. I also have cared for a smaller dog that has OCD and separation anxiety. Thanks to the research and dedication that went into puppy training, I’m well aware of what their body language is signaling, and how to adapt according to what they’re feeling. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. My weekends are pretty flexible as well. Most of my plans are in the evenings (if I do have plans). I give my pets a predictable routine. The cats need a lot of attention as they’re very social. I take my pup to the dog park every couple of days, but I also tire him out through walks, herding games, and mental stimulation.

I used to do dog rescue while living in France, and placed all dogs saved in very good homes, this was my main concern. I can read dogs body language, and dealt with traumatized dogs, among them my silver poodle, who was very traumatized by his past. I do like old dogs and have adopted some in the past. If a dog swallow something he should not have, I know how to make them throw up. I am retired, as a parent of 2 purbred miniature poodles, I spend most of my time at home, and take them out reguarly. When I have to go out, I am never gone long. I give a lots of attention to my dogs and dogs I sit. I will give the same care to your dogs and if I take them on a walk, will never let them approach a dog I don't know. the yard is fenced but will always go outside with the dogs and will take them on a leash when it's dark. I don’t offer my home for boarding but we do live on 10 acres of property that is full of madrone trees, creeks, challenging terrain or relaxing flat logging roads for an epic leg stretch! I’m an outdoorsy chick who is always scouting for fish so my walks are generally planned around a watershed for the most part. About: I have been caring for my own pets for seven years, as well as helping others with their pets. I have three very well behaved dogs of my own! I really enjoy going for walks so bringing a new friend would be awesome! I am a full time student at UCC, and work part time at planet fitness on the weekends. About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 5. and have had my own dog since I was 16 and currently live in a household with 4 dogs. I even have pet sit for friends and family. About: It’s been rough - three rainbow bridge trips in short order. About: I've been actively taking care of dogs and cats for other military families since July 2018. Most of this care has been centered around boarding for long vacations or deployments. I provide boarding for all dog breeds, boarding includes; feeding, walking, baths, and cuddles. When your dog is in my care, they are treated like my own dogs. For cats I provide drop in care because most cats don't like being removed from their homes. I am a huge cat person and when your cat is in my care I will do anything to gain their trust. I have a very flexible work schedule and am able to provide board and drop in care daily. I am home most days from work at 3pm and have weekends off. I have a fully fenced in yard with two dogs of my own who are eager to play with new friends. I love to do treat hunts with toys and go for daily walks.
