“Our 3 dogs - 3yr old Lab, 12yr old Cairn Terrier x, and 15yr old Terrier x came back after I was gone for 12 days Healthy, Happy, Clean and Adjusted. Rachel is sweet, caring, educated and responsible with everything I had asked of her, especially the feeding routines that were different for each dog. She even made special feeding adjustments for my Cairn terrier who is very attached to me and will go on a “starvation diet” when feeling displaced from myself or our home, allowing her to eat on the couch where she felt most comfortable to do that. I would not expect that level of accommodation but was so happy to see her commitment for each pet to not miss any meals. Rachel sent pictures every day with them doing various things inside and outside the house which I enjoyed, and did a check in with me to see if I wanted daily photos or not. Of course I did! I also asked Rachel if she could pay special attention to my under weight 15yr old who is already older and frail, and will eat less when I’m gone as well. My 15yr old is partially blind and hard of hearing - she came back having put on a little weight, not coming back skinnier, which spoke volumes to how comfortable my senior dog with special needs was! I was so happy to see she had gained a pound or two which she needed! On the other hand, my 3yr old lab was at a perfect weight when I brought him, and gave strict instructions for the amount of food he gets as to NOT gain weight - as labs can do so quickly. He can back EXACTLY how I left him. I am VERY pleased with the care my pups received from Rachel and I highly recommend! -Trina”

About: I’ve been taking care of cats for 10 years! Some of my responsibilities included administering medications, feeding cats, cleaning litter boxes, and hanging around cats for companionship! About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was little I have loved animals and have always seemed to have a special connection with them. I've grown up in the area so I know it well. I used to volunteer for the local humane society when I was younger which kick-started my passion for wanting to help take care of animals. It was this passion that got me to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I've been working in clinics for the past few years taking care of healthy and sick pets. This experience as well as some medical background helps me take care of my own cat and dog at home, and I'll do the same for yours. Currently working full time, both morning and evening shifts. Between my wife and I we make sure our pets are fed and go out for potty breaks before we leave for work. I have a partially fenced yard on 5 acres to keep your pup active and happy. They will have my own dog to interact with and keep it company.
About: I've owned dogs since I was 8. Almost 20 years. I've done all my own training. I've trained puppies, administered shots and medication to senior dogs and cats, and everything between. I also have knowledge with rodents, cats, horses and other farm animals. I work 3 12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday. I get home around 6:30 those days but drive in the Yamhill/McMinnville area so stopping in for a quick walk or dinner wouldn't be a problem at all. My schedule Monday through Thursday is completely wide open for walking, drop ins, or pet sitting, however I will not be able to pet sit Thursday night through Sunday. I have 5 dogs who are get along very well with other dogs once properly introduced. They range from 25 to 65 pounds, most of them are very active. I have extra kennels but I also have a designated dog room with a comfy couch that two of my five sleep on at night. I live on quarter of an acre with a fully fenced in yard.
About: I am a huge dog person and have had a dog since the day I was born. When I was younger I was always volunteering at animal shelters and vet offices. I enjoy spending as much time with my own dog as possible and would love to have yours along for the ride. We like to hop in the car and go on adventures to all sorts of different parks and places. I also live on a 10 acre property with plenty of room to run around and beds to snuggle on. I love taking dogs on walks, even in the rain. I am a responsible, caring person and will treat your dog or cat like my own. My dog is very friendly and gets along with all other animals.

About: I have been a pet caregiver since I was a very small girl. I have helped Mama's deliver babies when needed. I have even done mouth to mouth and chest compressions on new horns a few times when needed. I have a huge heart for pets and animals of all kinds. My family of pets are trained either to alert me to go potty, use a box or crate themselves. I am able to give medication as needed and bathe if needed. My children are PET TRAINED. I have 4 children, all pet trained and pet friendly. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.
About: Since I was born I have had dogs in my family and friends, I've grown up with all size of dog and age of dog. I took care of my puppy and taught her how to potty on a potty pad if needed and I took care of a senior dog that couldn't walk far before being tired. I work the weekends in the health care world but love animals on the side! I don't have any dogs of my own due to my family dog which was mine has separation anxiety and I couldn't move her from my childhood home to a different state. The days i have nothing planned on are Sunday,Monday,Tuesday, and half of wednesday. Well it always will depend on the situation and dog! I always treat pets in my home like my own! I myself wouldn't want someone to not take care of my dog any different than they take care of their own.

About: I grew up on a farm taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, horses, and cows. I love all dogs but especially small dogs. My last cat was a rescue who lived to the age of 21. I personally provided iv fluids for the last 2 yrs of her life and am comfortable with meeting the needs of senior animals. I have also raised puppies and love playing with them! Currently I cannot have pets where I live so I watch my moms queensland heeler and play with my sisters German Shepard almost daily. Since my 20 yr old cat passed I have not owned another pet......yet :) I super flexible and can do whatever is needed to meet your needs. It's important to me that you feel confident that your fur baby will be pampered and treated with love and respect.
About: For over 3 years now I have had the wonderful opportunity to be a full time sitter for all sorts of wonderful animals with beautiful personalities. About: I’ve been caring for a variety of dog breeds since I was a child. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their animals. Not only will I offer a safe place for your fur babies, but I will offer love and care for them as they are my own. I am currently a stay at home mom to my 3 kids. Being able to offer pet care allows me to work, but also teach my kids how to be responsible pet owners too. We live on property that is not fenced, but when animals are outside, they are on leashes or in the dog pen next to our house which is enclosed. I think I was more nervous than my dogs being that this is the first time they’ve ever been boarded anywhere I was sent pictures all throughout their stay and my puppy Oliver really opened up while he was there. Before going to boarding he was much more shy with people and other dogs and being boarded really helped him with socialization. My other dog cinnamon is super social so I wasn’t really worried about her. She gets along with all dogs and people so I’m really thankful that I boarded them. They had the time of their lives.”
“Our 3 dogs - 3yr old Lab, 12yr old Cairn Terrier x, and 15yr old Terrier x came back after I was gone for 12 days Healthy, Happy, Clean and Adjusted. Rachel is sweet, caring, educated and responsible with everything I had asked of her, especially the feeding routines that were different for each dog. She even made special feeding adjustments for my Cairn terrier who is very attached to me and will go on a “starvation diet” when feeling displaced from myself or our home, allowing her to eat on the couch where she felt most comfortable to do that. I would not expect that level of accommodation but was so happy to see her commitment for each pet to not miss any meals. Rachel sent pictures every day with them doing various things inside and outside the house which I enjoyed, and did a check in with me to see if I wanted daily photos or not. Of course I did! I also asked Rachel if she could pay special attention to my under weight 15yr old who is already older and frail, and will eat less when I’m gone as well. My 15yr old is partially blind and hard of hearing - she came back having put on a little weight, not coming back skinnier, which spoke volumes to how comfortable my senior dog with special needs was! I was so happy to see she had gained a pound or two which she needed! On the other hand, my 3yr old lab was at a perfect weight when I brought him, and gave strict instructions for the amount of food he gets as to NOT gain weight - as labs can do so quickly. He can back EXACTLY how I left him. I am VERY pleased with the care my pups received from Rachel and I highly recommend! -Trina”
