About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. (Also, we only take small breed puppies.) Ours is a child-free home, with a fully-fenced backyard. We can host up to three dogs per day/night. I always sleep in the same room with our visiting doggies--either on our comfy sofas, or our king sized bed. My husband is a retired Registered Nurse. Please be mindful that visiting dogs need to be current with vaccines, flea & tick prevention, and an identity tag. We also have zoned heating and air conditioning throughout our house. There's several doggie-beds, toys, and crate (if requested) or feel free to provide your own. About: I have had dogs and cats all my life, along with horses,chickens and goats. they are always treated like a part of the family and that's what is in store for your furry babies as well while in my care, I don't mind watching for the day or doing over nights. About: I recently trained my high energy border collie mix puppy and although he’s still a teenager, he’s turned out to be a calm, caring, and gentle pup. Most of my pet sitting care has been done for cats, but I have house sat for a family with a Newfoundland, so I have experience with large breeds. I also have cared for a smaller dog that has OCD and separation anxiety. Thanks to the research and dedication that went into puppy training, I’m well aware of what their body language is signaling, and how to adapt according to what they’re feeling. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. My weekends are pretty flexible as well. Most of my plans are in the evenings (if I do have plans). I give my pets a predictable routine. The cats need a lot of attention as they’re very social. I take my pup to the dog park every couple of days, but I also tire him out through walks, herding games, and mental stimulation.

My schedule is pretty open seeing as I make my own schedule at work. And it’s summer so that’s even more time to help out. I have a very friendly dog! I am currently in school and have a very open schedule. I am able to come and stop by or watch overnight. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. I have fostered a wonderful environment for my pets at home. My dogs fully trained on and off leash. He has excellent recall and trust with me. My cats are all free range in the house and we have gates put in place so they can have their own space. While watching others pets I am very proactive and careful of where I bring them and watch them carefully.

About: I have had dogs of varied sizes, temperaments, and ages throughout my life from pug/shitzus, to chow chows, to Goldens, and have loved them all. I am currently working part-time from home, so my availability to watch and care for dogs is very flexible and abundant. Including weekends and most holidays. My home is close to town country living. About: I've been actively taking care of dogs and cats for other military families since July 2018. Most of this care has been centered around boarding for long vacations or deployments. I provide boarding for all dog breeds, boarding includes; feeding, walking, baths, and cuddles. When your dog is in my care, they are treated like my own dogs. For cats I provide drop in care because most cats don't like being removed from their homes. I am a huge cat person and when your cat is in my care I will do anything to gain their trust. I have a very flexible work schedule and am able to provide board and drop in care daily. I am home most days from work at 3pm and have weekends off. I have a fully fenced in yard with two dogs of my own who are eager to play with new friends. I love to do treat hunts with toys and go for daily walks. For drop In care at your home I provide plenty of playtime, litter box cleaning, walking and cuddles with your pets.
