About: I have grown up with pets and even found my first job working at an animal boarding house. You could say I learned to become a professional dog walker at a young age. I have two high anxiety dogs and have been working on their social skills and coping methods to help their anxiety. I work full-time from home but take frequent breaks to let the dogs go out and play and take multiple walks a day to give them exercise. Weekends are mostly free to cuddle and to play with the fur babies. When house sitting or boarding pets I stay close so they be taken care of as needed. “Finding the right fit for taking care of my two older chihuahuas was very stressful, until I came across Julie and Barry. Firstly, my huge requirement was that they had no dogs of their own and secondly, that they would only have one client at a time. That is not super easy to find. And not only do they fulfill both of those requirements, but it is two people instead of one, so it's an incredible amount of care and attention that is given to any animal that they might care for. One of my pups has some pretty major anxiety and Julie knew just what to do with her. She turns on her heating pad and cuddles up on the couch with her, and I can tell that they are very loved while there. And though I know my pups don't like being away from me, they very obviously feel safe and comfortable with both Julie and Barry. They also have a wonderful place for the dogs to be when outside. Our pups are going to board with them soon and we feel 100% comfortable with it, and excited that we have found Julie and Barry. Besides taking great care of the pups, they are lovely people and we have enjoyed getting to know them.”

About: I’ve always loved old dogs, my first dog was 9 when my family adopted her, I was only 7! But when I saw her for the first time I just knew she was mine. I’ve had many dogs since and absolutely love meeting new dogs and getting to know them. I am currently self employed full time so my schedule is very flexible. I generally am available for pick ups and drops offs from 7am to 12am. I treat your dog like family. Dogs on the bed! I have lots of puzzles and lick mats etc for enrichment and lots of toys at my place for boarding. I frequent many of the dog parks in the city if your pup and you are comfortable with off leash dog parks. I also know all the great walking trails around the area for on leash romps. I’ve defended my dogs against aggressive off leash dogs in the past and feel very confident in my ability to protect your baby whether at the dog park or walking the neighborhood.

“Love love love it all that they provided to our Tofu❤️Absolutely recommend Linda and her family hosting your fur babies. Our Tofu spent his best two weeks at their place with lots of walks, treats, and even baths when needed. They asked many questions before hand to get to know Tofu and arranged a visit as well. It was such a relief for us during our international trip where we had no access to text messages and major social media. However, Linda still offered to contact us via WhatsApp in order to send daily updates.”

“Overall, had a really great experience leaving my pup with Araceli! I happened to be gone two weekends in a row and I was really grateful to be able to have my dog in the same place. He really enjoyed playing with their dog and in their big yard! The only bummer is that both weekends I asked Araceli to give my puppy a specific supplement after dinner and that didn’t happen, even after I reminded her for the second weekend. She is very sweet and would work with her again!”

“Anastasia is awesome!! We were nervous to leave our puppy overnight for the first time, but we knew she was in great hands. Anastasia was super easy to communicate with, and gave us lots of updates. Even when our puppy decided to refuse to use her crate while there, Anastasia just went with it and was able to accommodate. We were so excited to pick our puppy up but she honestly seems sad she had to leave, which I know means she had a blast. We are so appreciative of our puppy having a loving second home while we are away.”

Leslie has a wonderful single story house with a great flat fenced yard! I had to leave my old pup for a whole week and Leslie spent so much time with him, so much love and many cuddles. My dog really did not want to come home after his vacation with Leslie., he even had more pep to his step. Leslie sent pictures and was very clear with communication.
