My attention to detail never goes unnoticed and I am confident in my abilities to comfort your pet(s) by making them feel special and safe! With that said, most of our appointments are virtual or in-home and I am a stay at home mom so I still have plenty of time for pet care. “If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m new to the area and having an anxious dog going through some major changes has been challenging. The first night Mickenzie came over to let him out, Beanie wouldn’t let her touch him and growled the whole time. He wouldn’t even eat a treat that she left in front of him on the couch! Mickenzie was gentle, patient, and communicative through the entire process. The following day she agreed to come out on her own time to meet beanie with me and let him get more acquainted in a safe space with mom. She was kind and understanding even as he barked and growled at her throughout the visit. That night she came back to try again. She took her time, was able to connect, Beanie let her pet him, pick him up, and put a harness on. She was able to let him out to the bathroom and get him back in without any issue other than the time and patience it took from her. Mickenzie is excellent. I HIGHLY recommend her especially for those who are anxious leaving their babies in the care of someone they don’t know. I’m so grateful and will continue to use her as often as possible. If your pet’s care requirements significantly limit my ability to accept other bookings or require me to remain with them for the majority of the day, we can discuss whether a constant care rate is appropriate. I also live with another experienced Rover sitter. If an unexpected scheduling conflict ever arises, they are available to let pets outside for a potty break or provide a quick check-in when appropriate. This helps ensure your pet’s routine is maintained even if I’m briefly unavailable. Any assistance would be communicated with you in advance whenever possible. If your pet requires constant or near-constant supervision, I do offer constant care at an adjusted rate. The requested dates are reserved exclusively for your pet(s), allowing me to remain with them throughout the duration of the stay. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space and routine with the same respect I’d want for my own. I can not board animals in my home cause i have a high anxiety senior dog so bringing any animal in to my home will not work but i will definitely stay at yours cause its a comfort thing for them. Its there own home. It not fair to kick them out of their own home.
