About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.

About: I've taken care of dogs all my life since childhood. I have provided them with love and care medical care and one on one time during walks, traveling to different dog parks, and beach trips! Dogs provide me with emotional support and assists me with outside activities to keep me going. Every few hours I am caring for dogs and they're helping me. We are a team. About: I've had cats and dogs growing up my whole life. I was the primary caregiver, trainer and best friend. I also took care of many of the neighbors cats and dogs while they were away. And their farm animals as well. Also have experience from the Army training tracking and guard dogs. I am a retired latter carrier and a disabled Army Veteran. Emma and Ron were able to loosen up Tanuki after an evening, and Tanuki really appreciated being able to lounge on furniture and beds. Being worried parents, we were comforted by Ron’s regular updates on our boy. We’re all very happy to have Ron to send Tanuki to for short trips!”

Our elderly pomeranian, who has limited mobility and decreased vision, requires extra attention and patience, and Andy provided just that. She was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous in making sure our senior pup was comfortable and happy, even going the extra mile when he wasn't eating very well. She worked with him to ensure he got the nutrition he needed, which really eased our minds. Our 1-year-old puppy also had a blast with Andrea, and we could see from the daily updates and photos she sent that both dogs were well-loved and cared for.
