“I could tell my pup was in good hands with Hailey with the pics she shared during his stay. Hailey's location is great for a dog to run around and be a dog. Plus, the play time with her pups made for a good experience. She took care of my big pup as one of her own which helped erase any concerns I have in boarding him. I will definitely reach out to Hailey for another overnight stay.”

“Marissa bonded easily with Harley. Harley obviously liked her, evidenced by her sleeping on her lap so quickly. I will definitely be bringing Harley back for my next travel event in May!”

“Our 3 dogs - 3yr old Lab, 12yr old Cairn Terrier x, and 15yr old Terrier x came back after I was gone for 12 days Healthy, Happy, Clean and Adjusted. Rachel is sweet, caring, educated and responsible with everything I had asked of her, especially the feeding routines that were different for each dog. She even made special feeding adjustments for my Cairn terrier who is very attached to me and will go on a “starvation diet” when feeling displaced from myself or our home, allowing her to eat on the couch where she felt most comfortable to do that. I would not expect that level of accommodation but was so happy to see her commitment for each pet to not miss any meals. Rachel sent pictures every day with them doing various things inside and outside the house which I enjoyed, and did a check in with me to see if I wanted daily photos or not. Of course I did! I also asked Rachel if she could pay special attention to my under weight 15yr old who is already older and frail, and will eat less when I’m gone as well. My 15yr old is partially blind and hard of hearing - she came back having put on a little weight, not coming back skinnier, which spoke volumes to how comfortable my senior dog with special needs was! I was so happy to see she had gained a pound or two which she needed! On the other hand, my 3yr old lab was at a perfect weight when I brought him, and gave strict instructions for the amount of food he gets as to NOT gain weight - as labs can do so quickly. He can back EXACTLY how I left him. I am VERY pleased with the care my pups received from Rachel and I highly recommend! -Trina”

“We were so pleased from the care, love and attention Tuesday received from Kyle and Paige! He came back to us happy and energetic, and not anxious at all, which is not the norm when we leave him. They'd send us pictures throughout his stay and their dog, moose, was so welcoming and friendly to Tuesday!”

“Dear Vicki - thank you for taking such good care of me while my hoomins were at the doctor. Your sweet attention including talks, walks, blankets, and more made me feel good. You are the best! Love Emma”

“Matt is amazing! He took our doggos on a whim last minute booking due to an emergency! Sent pics and loved our babies like we do! Will definitely use Matt’s services again!”
About: Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets for nearly two decades. My attention to detail never goes unnoticed and I am confident in my abilities to comfort your pet(s) by making them feel special and safe! I have experience with all kinds of creatures — dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents/ferrets, fish, and waterfowl, at all stages of life. Yes, even your beloved seniors. I’m a parent/caregiver to a child with disabilities and while that does not affect my ability to care for animals, it can limit some of my time due to my child’s day-to-day needs, appointments, etc. I update my calendar accordingly to reflect my availability. With that said, most of our appointments are virtual or in-home and I am a stay at home mom so I still have plenty of time for pet care. I have a large fenced in yard for dogs and I am always nearby supervising. I allow pets on furniture and treat them just like my own when I’m watching pets in my home. Instructions regarding potty breaks, feeding, kennel time, medications, etc., are always followed if given.
“Bethany was fantastic! Very easy to coordinate and schedule with and she took great care of our beagle, Annie. She had two very lovely dogs that Annie got on with very well. Would definitely reach out her to again for dog care.”

“Meagan took wonderful care of our sweet Ellie Mae. Ellie quickly warmed up to her, much quicker than we anticipated. Meagan sent pics of Ellie and kept us apprised as to how she was doing. We will definitely use Meagan in the future. She even left us a thoughtful surprise.”

“We cannot say enough good things about Erica. This is the third time we've had her stay with our cats while we've been away. We know our pets are given lots of care and attention, she sends us updates during the stay, and makes sure the house is clean and tidy when she leaves. She will continue to be at the top of our list!”

“Mijo had a great time at Hailey's while I was able to take care of a few errands. My pup's energy level can go from moderate to high depending on his level of excitement. Hailey knew very well how to address that with her training skills. My pup came home happy and tired from all the play time. I will definitely reach out to Haliey for another doggy day care session.”

About: We’ve been hands-on pet parents since bringing home our first dog as a puppy 2.5 years ago. Through daily training sessions, we’ve gained experience with obedience, routines, positive reinforcement, and understanding a dog’s individual needs. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always our top priority. Unfortunately, due to allergies we can only accept hypoallergenic dogs. My wife and I both work from home so there is always someone around to monitor the pups. We have availability for frequent restroom breaks and plenty of outdoor exploration and exercise. We will do our best to keep the normal feeding and play schedule that your have at your home. Our dog, Moose, is a 15 lb Shih Tzu mix who loves to play with all other dogs and can keep them entertained for hours. He adapts to the temperament of other friends.
“Marissa was great! She was super responsive and attentive with Zoey. It was perfect to have my pup spend a few hours with her while I visit the Tillamook Creamery. I would definitely rebook if I’m in the area :)”

“Wasn't able to use Vicki at the last minute, but would have liked to. I had something come up and had to cancel. I want to pay her anyway so don't re m over the payment of 18.50”

About: Well I’ve had cats all my life but I do love dogs! I have done over night(s)! I love taking dogs for walks & to parks to run around and possibly play with other dogs I’ve helped with a friend of mine dogs while his other family members were off on a camping trip so I took them out for potty a few times a day, fed them, & played with them. I’m definitely an animal lover who loves being outdoors and helping out if and when needed I’ve been told multiple times that I’m a cat/dog whisperer if you know what I mean by that. If there is anything in particular you wanna know feel free to ask. I currently am a homemaker and do have my own vehicle. I currently have a very open schedule but I do not drive. My partner drives me (or animals!) wherever I need to go. First things first I like to have a conversation with the clients about their pet specific needs and schedules. If a, “In-home” pet sitting is needed, I also like to go over any house or home rules. This can vary depending on the animal.
“Penny had a great day with Christina! During the day, Christina sent me photos of Penny and updates on how she was settling in and getting on with her family furry friends. Christina is super friendly and a great communicator. I felt totally at ease leaving Penny with her.”

“Matt was a wonderful pupsitter for our somewhat neurotic, slightly clingy Frenchie. 😀 We left Maisey with him and his wonderful family of 6 dogs for only a couple of hours but during that time he sent a text update on how she was doing and took pics of her playing in the backyard. We rarely leave Maisey with a stranger but Matt made us feel super comfortable and we had an excellent experience!”

“Megan did a great job sitting with Duke in our house and kept in touch during her stay with texts and photos. We are planning a trip later and will use Megan again for house sitting.”

About: I was born into a family that loved animals. We always had at least one, but usually 2 dogs that I helped care for. And we always had cats. I got my cat Molly at 8 years old and cared for her until she passed when I was in college. I’ve had my own dog for 10 years. She gets princess treatment like all dogs should. I’m from Oregon, but I travel frequently in my van. I work random jobs on Taskrabbit as a handyman, and am looking to earn a little extra to keep the van topped with gas. Most of my days are free aside from an hour or two that I’m hired for a handyman task. Since I go between my van and short term rentals, I’m unable to host pets. But I’d love to meet your pet in your home and play there or take them on a walk.
About: I'm responsible and loving and you'll never need to worry about your family member. I have over 70 years of animal caregiving. I'm happy to house sit, pet sit, or do daily drop-ins. I have a long-standing relationship in the community. Our family farm was well-respected for seven decades. “I recently got a puppy and booked an hour with Erica as part of his socialization process, to get him used to spending time with strangers. Erica and her daughter did an amazing job and I could tell Raider warmed up to both of them right away and felt very comfortable. It’s SO important for young puppies (especially giant breeds) to have positive experiences with new people. Thanks for helping to make sure I don’t wind up with a 120lb dog that’s afraid of people 🤣🖤Very much appreciated! 100% recommend”

Also been a great house sitter and pet sitter for my mother in the past when she visited grandkids for a week in California. As far in advance as possible since I also do crowd management seasonally but haven't worked since April 1st. P.S. A page from the daily calendar for Life Hacks encouraged me to join and I do know someone on Rover.com named Stephen. He's a dog sitter, owner, and trainer. I live in a condo on the ground level with a patio and a view of Mill Creek. I'd prefer to house and/or pet watch at your place.
