About: What does your cat need? Food? I know I'm little more than opposable thumbs that know where the kibble and treats live. Play? I'm fully prepared to run around with a string and congratulate the kitty on catching me. Meds? Swaddle. No matter what is needed, I will read the cat's behavior to respect their boundaries. I pet them only when invited to do so by the cat. Hissing can be waited out or skirted around. I have no desire to make a cat's day worse.

About: I’ve been caring for a variety of dog breeds since I was a child. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their animals. Not only will I offer a safe place for your fur babies, but I will offer love and care for them as they are my own. I am currently a stay at home mom to my 3 kids. About: I have taken care of my family’s pets as well as friends and neighbors pets for most of my life because of how much I love animals. I worked in a pet grooming salon for a few years and besides leaning the skills of grooming pets, I also learned to treat their owners with the same amount of care. I am a college student heading into my summer vacation, and would love to spend more time with some furry friends. I am available any day and time of the week. I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I always have doggy treats on me in case I meet a friendly pup and I love playing with toys or just cuddling if that is what they enjoy. I have two dogs at home, both are small, one enjoys cuddling and never plays with toys, and the other loves cuddling, but would much rather chase toys that I throw for him.

I am a full time student and part-time worker, but I have plenty of time for house/pet sitting overnight at client's homes. I love to go on walks with pets, too. I can stay over night at client's home and then leave in the morning, stopping by your home ever few hours for the pets as needed.
About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I am highly knowledgeable about dog care, behavior, and overall well-being. I have experience helping whelp puppies and have cared for and trained dogs throughout every stage of life, from puppies to seniors. I currently have a senior dog myself, giving me firsthand experience with the special attention older pets need. In addition to dogs, I have farm experience caring for horses, pigs, chickens, and other animals. I treat every pet with patience, compassion, and the same love and attention I give my own animals. I'm Master Level trained and animals absolutely LOVE these treatments! • A stop at Starbucks for a yummy PupCup or a fun stroll around Petco to pick out a special treat - $15 My animal clients are treated with care and compassion and are my number 1 priority. I limit the number of animals that I accept so that clients always get my undivided attention and we aren't ever rushing through the appointments. I send lots of pics and updates with each visit/service so the pet parent is always involved, even while on vacation and away from their animal family members.

My daily routine is very pet-friendly, with plenty of time for walks, play, feeding schedules, and check-ins throughout the day. I have one child in elementary school and a younger child at home with me, so our days are structured but flexible. This means pets are rarely left alone and can be part of a calm, family-oriented environment. I understand the level of trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. “Our 3 dogs - 3yr old Lab, 12yr old Cairn Terrier x, and 15yr old Terrier x came back after I was gone for 12 days Healthy, Happy, Clean and Adjusted. Rachel is sweet, caring, educated and responsible with everything I had asked of her, especially the feeding routines that were different for each dog. She even made special feeding adjustments for my Cairn terrier who is very attached to me and will go on a “starvation diet” when feeling displaced from myself or our home, allowing her to eat on the couch where she felt most comfortable to do that. I would not expect that level of accommodation but was so happy to see her commitment for each pet to not miss any meals. Rachel sent pictures every day with them doing various things inside and outside the house which I enjoyed, and did a check in with me to see if I wanted daily photos or not. Of course I did! I also asked Rachel if she could pay special attention to my under weight 15yr old who is already older and frail, and will eat less when I’m gone as well. My 15yr old is partially blind and hard of hearing - she came back having put on a little weight, not coming back skinnier, which spoke volumes to how comfortable my senior dog with special needs was! I was so happy to see she had gained a pound or two which she needed! On the other hand, my 3yr old lab was at a perfect weight when I brought him, and gave strict instructions for the amount of food he gets as to NOT gain weight - as labs can do so quickly. He can back EXACTLY how I left him. I am VERY pleased with the care my pups received from Rachel and I highly recommend! -Trina”
