So I naturally get very nervous when I leave my dogs anywhere. They have such knowledge of dogs and dog behaviors… they weren’t nervous, had a set up to combat the issue, and were just overall wonderful with both of my dogs. They also were very careful and loving to my old dog with hip dysplasia. The second day I went to drop the girls off, both of them went running right into the house and looked back like they were saying, see you later. If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I will feed them, give water, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I’m happy to follow any special instructions regarding their routine to help them feel secure and stress free.
About: I got my first dog in elementary school, and ever since then I’ve never had less than two pets at a time. I often bring home dogs I find on the street and take care of them until I can find them a suitable home. I have experience pet sitting dogs of both small and large sizes, and am willing to work my schedule around your pups typical habits. I currently have a very flexible part-time schedule and am also currently enrolled in online college courses. This gives me the ability to structure my day around your pet’s needs. I volunteer with animals on Tuesday evenings, but if those times collide we can work it out. :) I do my best to over communicate if I notice anything going on with your pet that might be cause for concern. If there is no backyard that’s okay, I am more than happy to walk pets multiples times a day. If I am staying overnight I usually do a thorough cleaning of the floors before I leave. I am willing to water plants, take out trash cans, scoop litter, etc.
About: With over 9 years of hands-on pet care experience, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and other animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I understand how important trust and reliability are when choosing someone to care for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. I have experience with senior pets and administering oral medications as well as caring for animals who may need extra patience, reassurance, or routine. I’m calm, attentive, and always focused on your pet’s comfort and safety. I’ve also been involved in rescue and care for animals in need, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of animal behavior and compassionate care. Your pet will be treated like family, and I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a lot of extra time for pet sitting. I’m very flexible and I will try to accommodate any requests made. Please don’t be shy to reach out. I have a very large fenced backyard. The fence height is 6 feet tall and is far away from roads on my rural family farm.
