“We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog feels the most comfortable, loved, and most importantly safe in the short time I have them. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I'm an out of state college student who has three larger dog breeds at home that I miss so much. I recently have over 2 years of volunteering experience at a no-kill animal shelter called “City of Norman Animal Welfare” and I’m hoping to take my lived experience and activism with animals into a summer job. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having together <3 Note: Might do cats in the future, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve grown allergic so Benadryl is a must. I am currently working an internship at a museum with very flexable hours for the summer giving me lots of time to play and walk your pups! With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. I’ve personally been responsible for cats longer than I have dogs, but I have plenty of experience with both. I live a very active lifestyle and could provide long walks and lots of play time in my fully fenced in yard. I live in a 3/2.5 + office house, so there’s plenty of space inside and outside for your fur baby to find their perfect spot to relax. Small dogs, large dogs, cats, it doesn’t matter to me. I would love to make sure your fur baby is loved on while you are out of town or busy throughout the day. I would be able to walk your dog every 2-4hrs, depending on my meeting schedule, but they would have access to the back yard basically all day if they wanted to. If your fur baby has special feeding schedules or routines they enjoy to make them more comfortable, I am more than happy to do whatever your fur baby needs to feel comfortable. About: I have worked with animals my entire life. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and currently live with three cats. I have cared for big and small dogs, cats, and special needs cats. I can administer insulin/ syringe medication, and will be patient with the needs of your pal! Most available early mornings and most evenings. I have experience primarily with small dogs and any kind of cat, with some experience with larger dogs. I have experience administer medications (i.e. insulin to a feline with a needle syringe), bathing animals, ear cleaning, walking, and basic care practices. I have lived around animals my entire life, and cared for many varying sizes and ages. I believe individualized care is important for each animal! Knowing what they like, how they act, and how to care for them individually is important in order to provide the best outcomes possible. I have a lot of love and patience with animals, and will update you consistently in order to share that love and relief.

About: Hello! I have been a dog sitter and cat sitter for over a couple years now. I have open days in my calendar due to less work obligations. Looking to fill the time and help out while I can! I am flexible to check on your pet throughout the day. I have a more than flexible work schedule and have the transportation needed to do so. I live on the fourth floor in an apartment building. I am in close proximity to multiple dog parks and walking trails. The area is very safe with many other neighbors having pets as well.

About: Can't wait to meet your fur family! I am a secretary at Lincoln elementary. I love caring for the students and I would love to care for your pets too! I have been a pet caretaker for as long as I can remember. From my Yorkshire Terrier, Tiffany Rene, my sweet beagle/lab mix Lucy, to my cats Bucket, Lemmy, and Pepper. Our gentle giant Betty (Irish wolf hound/poodle/terrier) went to the rainbow bridge. Now I have my one dilute tortoiseshell cat, Steel. We also have Bluey, a Texas blue heeler mix. My friends bring their pets around and everyone always gets along. I have a 19 and 17 year old (humans) who love animals too. So they can help out as well! I do look forward to meeting and caring for your furry family members! Pet care is always part of my routine. Taking care of my own pet needs and the needs of any other pet I am responsible for is an honor. I have a fenced in yard. Bluey is more of a go out and come in gal, but she would love to hang out and play. We go on walks &/or dog park.
