I was able to book just a few days before my leave date and everything went flawlessly. My trip was 4 days and 3 nights. She was flexible and allowed my in laws to pick up since my trip took longer than expected and allowed me to drop off a few minutes earlier than scheduled time. “This was my first Rover experience. My usual dog boarding option wasn’t available so I was grasping at straws last minute. I’m so glad do found Rover but even more happy that I found Josephine. I was able to book just a few days before my leave date and everything went flawlessly. My trip was 4 days and 3 nights. Josephine was very friendly and responsive anytime I reached out from beginning of booking to the end. She sends pictures and updates every day and let me know she would do more if I would like. She was flexible and allowed my in laws to pick up since my trip took longer than expected and allowed me to drop off a few minutes earlier than scheduled time.
