“My dachshund, Xena, stayed with Laura while my family and I went to Colorado for eight days. I was nervous about leaving her, because I had never been away from her for so long. Laura was good to frequently text photos and let me know how Xena was getting along. Xena always looked relaxed and like she was having fun. When we came to pick her up, Xena seemed excited and happy to see us but not overly so. I think Laura and her little pug, Kevin, had become like a second family to Xena! “We had a very important family trip come up and no one to leave our Papillon (Shilo) with. She had previously only stayed with friends and definitely no kennels. I was desperate to find a sitter which led me to the internet. I discovered Rover! It was there I found the perfect match for our baby! Valorie and Ryan were so welcoming, their home was beautiful and we were so relieved to meet them and introduce Shilo to them prior to booking her stay. She coordinated a meet and greet for us during which we introduced our dogs and did a walk through of the commons area of her house and the backyard. About: My mom has had dogs and other animals all her life. I have had a cat all my life and the last 5-6 years my mom and I have be one owners of several dogs and cats. Even have had several bunnies. We are both big animal lovers. I rode horses all my school years. We have friends and family that raised goats and chickens. Animals are in our blood! Currently I’m on disability and my mom became an amputee in 2024 and is retired now so our days are pretty much free to take care of pets anytime. We already had a few “friends” we took care of so thought we would make ourselves available. My mom’s brother (my uncle) and his son moved in with us last year and they are a big help with everything. Whether it’s getting to the door to let you in or helping feed, they love animals as much as we do! Your home will be treated with the utmost respect inside and out. Messes will be cleaned. Doors will be locked, gates will be secure. Plants and gardens will be watered as well if wanted.

About: Teacher looking for a summer time way to earn cash. I have cared for friends' pets over holiday times. I'm used to small or medium dogs and have only cared for a cat for a few days but I like both pets. If you're pet needs cuddles or a light walk, I'm there for them. About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 13. I personally have 5 current pets right now. This includes 1 dog 3 cats and even a turtle. I got a degree to be a veterinarian assistant and worked in an animal clinic for almost a year. Right now I am a kennel attendant at a doggy daycare. Where required online training was required. We get a variety of different dogs. Ranging from small to large, young to old, even a few dogs with some medicine issues. I'm currently working part-time. In my free time, I take my son out for walks, so I can possibly bring dogs with me. I do have my own car for transportation. I'm available Monday and Tuesday anytime after noon, Wednesday and Thursday 11 am to 2 pm. Friday anytime before 2:00 p.m., Saturday early morning to 1 p.m., and Sundays free all day. I live in a neighborhood where there is a lot of strays, so when I walk my dog, I carry a spray shield, which is citronella and animal deterrent from Pet Safe. Working at a dog daycare, we get a lot of dogs with some type of medical condition. From clean Bulldogs folds to make sure dogs take their medicine when needed.
About: I am a huge animal lover! I have always been the family/friend everyone asks to pet sit for them anytime they need. I have a lot of experience with a lot of different types of animals. I am also very good with certain training activities. I can do anything needed, play, walk, feed, train, potty breaks, bathe, change diapers, care for animals in heat or post surgery, I’ve done it all! Please let me know all rules and boundaries you or your pets have. I’d like to know as much as I can about them for their safety and comfortability. I am open any day at anytime. I don’t have much going on considering I am on a medical leave. I have too much free time. I have a fenced in yard for all the puppers needed! I do very well with very hyper dogs as well, I can handle a lot! Also very good at certain training routines if needed.

Rocky seemed to get along with her dogs and particularly loved playing with Oscar. There was plenty of room and he seemed to fit right in. “We had a very important family trip come up and no one to leave our Papillon (Shilo) with. She had previously only stayed with friends and definitely no kennels. I was desperate to find a sitter which led me to the internet. I discovered Rover! It was there I found the perfect match for our baby! Valorie and Ryan were so welcoming, their home was beautiful and we were so relieved to meet them and introduce Shilo to them prior to booking her stay. We were a bit nervous when we left but Valorie sent pictures that validated Shilo was a happy puppy! “Stasia was soooo amazing! I don’t know many people in town and was quite nervous about leaving my dog with just anyone but Stasia really put me at ease. She coordinated a meet and greet for us during which we introduced our dogs and did a walk through of the commons area of her house and the backyard. She and her dogs were welcoming and wonderful :) During Roo’s stay with Stasia, Stasia sent a plethora of pictures and updates which further helped relax my nerves! About: My mom has had dogs and other animals all her life. I have had a cat all my life and the last 5-6 years my mom and I have be one owners of several dogs and cats. Even have had several bunnies. We are both big animal lovers. I rode horses all my school years. We have friends and family that raised goats and chickens. Animals are in our blood! Currently I’m on disability and my mom became an amputee in 2024 and is retired now so our days are pretty much free to take care of pets anytime. We already had a few “friends” we took care of so thought we would make ourselves available. My mom’s brother (my uncle) and his son moved in with us last year and they are a big help with everything. Whether it’s getting to the door to let you in or helping feed, they love animals as much as we do! Your home will be treated with the utmost respect inside and out. Messes will be cleaned. Doors will be locked, gates will be secure. Plants and gardens will be watered as well if wanted.
