About: What sets me apart is that I truly love dogs and treat every pup like they're part of my family. I've cared for dogs for friends and family over the past 3 years and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs. I have two dogs of my own, a Lab and a Border Collie, so I'm very comfortable with active dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and playtime. About: I have taken care of my own animals and my families for about 10 years now. Including my aunts senior dogs. I love them all! I have a full time job Monday through Friday. I usually work 11 am-6pm but my hours vary in the afternoons. That being said I am willing to work with you to meet your fur babies needs! About: I started working at a vet's office when I was 16 and fell in love with it ever since. I learned how to administer medication, groom, and generally take care of various sorts of animals through my experience at the vet and in daycares: I've worked with cats, dogs, lizards, birds, rabbits, and a little bit with horses. Working at the daycare was most enjoyable for me, making sure the animals in my care were happy and less lonely when they're owners weren't around. I'm excited to get to know your furry friends! I have two dogs, two cats, a leopard gecko, and fish so my pet care schedule is busy daily. I love having something to take care of, put my energy into and taking care of pets is one of my passions! I have a fenced backyard for dogs who want the free space to run around, I have extra crates as well, and for my own fur babies I tend to use cbd calming treats for those pesky fireworks and loud noises. I also have a small stock pile of medications and preventatives for various ailments like gas, flea medications, etc.

About: We’ve taken care of puppies and seniors in our home of all dog breeds from Chihuahuas to Great Danes and we’re excited to take care of yours!! I currently work about 6 hrs a day out of the home and my husband is home most mornings and works a few hours a day. About: I've always grown up around animals mostly because my family owns a farm but the animals I've always found myself closest to are Dogs, Cats, and Bunnies. I’ve owned a total of 4 dogs: a toy poodle, Chigi, Alaskan Malamute, and German Shepherd. Sadly only two of them are still with me but I love(ed) them like crazy! I can potty train, crate train, harness/leash train, and just teach your pups some basic commands. I can handle dogs of all shapes and sizes! Caring for your pups or kittens will be the only job I have. I'm very flexible and like to plan ahead, I will have plenty of time to care, walk, and play with your furry kiddos. I have a dog park in my apartment complex, all the dogs are quite friendly here and with a bunch of space to run around inside they'll be well exercised. They can and will be crated if need be (preferred). I'm more of a clingy caretaker with animals so I'll either be, walking with them, doing some exercises indoors and outdoors, or "mini" grooming (Bathing, Brushing, nail filing) with consent of the owner. I bring my own supplies: Toys, Treats, Brushes, and Harnesses I have 3 pups of my own that I always care for day in and day out. Two are very high maintenance and need to be brushed/cleaned daily. I also care for my family and friends pets as well. All pets will be treated with care, respect, and gentleness. About: I love taking care of babies. Dogs make me happy. I have 2 of my own, but my love won't let me have anymore. This way I can love more. I've never seen a dog as just "a dog". My Border Collie saved me as much as I saved her. I think dogs bring a "peace" to their human. I've saved quite a lot, I use to find them, and if I couldn't find their human, I'd give them a home, show them love and then get to work finding the perfect home. About: If you are looking for someone with lots of animal experience, I'm your person. I was raised on a farm and LOVE animals. We love to play and be engaged with them. I've cared for many different types of animals for over 25 years ranging from gerbils, bunnies to chickens and horses. Growing up, my dog was definitely my "best friend" Now as an adult, we currently have 2 yorkies of our own that love to play, meet new people, and fur friends. We also have bred and raised multiple litters of puppies. I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls. My children are actively involved on a daily basis in caring for our own dogs and any dogs we sit. I'm also wife to a Soldier. Because we are a military family, we are use to constant change, flexibility, and making new friends. Which makes a great TEAM at taking care of multiple pets. Our fence is puppy proofed for our 3 pound yorkie so he can’t escape. We never leave animals outside. We also have a outside and indoor security cameras on our home. So if we do have to run to town or if I’m in another room, we can check on them via phone. Your animal safety is just as important as my own dogs. One way I ensure safety is, we never let different families of dogs out at the same time. We try to teach and reassure all animals that they are loved and safe.
About: I have been involved in the Basenji breed for 30 years and am an AKC Breeder of Merit of Basenjis. My dogs show quite successfully in conformation and participate in lure coursing and barn hunt among other things. I have also worked in the the Vet Med profession for about as long as I've been involved in Basenjis. The majority of my career has been in Emergency and Critical Care- first as a Technician and later as a Practice Manger- but I also spent a number of years in Day Practice where I was not only a Technician but also the Kennel Manager in charge of overseeing the boarding facility. I feel all these experiences, plus my day-to-day care and management of 20 horses, make me an excellent choice when you're looking for a person to entrust your furry family member with. I have the background to be able to recognize and deal with a medical emergency should one arise, while at the same time having the knowledge of what it takes to keep dogs happy and healthy in a clean and enriched environment. Steadfast Farm is a working farm. We raise critically endangered Hackney Horses and Select Hackney Sport Horses. As such, I am home every day pretty much 24/7 other than running the occasional errands or two. Working on the farm allows me to be very hands on with my boarding clients- I offer pick-up and delivery for example- and allows for your pets to have plenty of structured, well managed play time throughout the day. A general day looks like this: 7-8am wake up! Your pet is taken outside for potty and a quick play before breakfast. 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm depending on the weather, your pet will either get to spend time in one of the play yards or can hang out in the house with me for some games and enrichment. 6-7pm dinner time and another potty break. 10-11pm Final play and potty break. I have multiple safely fenced yards. The majority of the fencing is 6' privacy fence and/or 6' no climb wire. Each yard has shade available as well as enrichment activities like swimming pools (weather permitting) and designated dig spots. There are also 2 smaller pens inside 2 of the yards for toy breeds and young puppies. These pens also have shade available and enrichment opportunities. The perimeter of the area surrounding the house and yards where the dogs are kept is also fenced with a combination of 6' chain link and 6' pipe and welded wire horse fencing. Inside the house, dogs are kept in size appropriate crates (or in playpens if they prefer) when they are not outside playing or loose in the house with me. Coming soon- I will be offering private cottages for dogs who will be more comfortable in a home like setting without other dogs. The cottages will be furnished with a dog bed and comfy chair and a TV for watching DogTV. The cottages will be temperature controlled and have a doggy door for access during the day to a private, covered outdoor run. I am a certified Games Based trainer as well so I can offer additional training for your dog while they are boarding. Concept training/Games Based training is science based, Positive Reinforcement training used by Veterinary Behaviorists, leading professional trainers, and international dog sport participants with outstanding results! Plus it's fun for you and your dog!! I also have extensive experience in isolation protocols and am very conscientious about cleaning and sanitizing yards and kennels throughout the day. With the current outbreak of an as yet unknown canine disease- this becomes hugely important. All dogs booking stays will be evaluated for risk of exposure prior to finalizing reservations as it is important to me all dogs remain healthy while staying at Steadfast Farm.

About: I started working at a vet's office when I was 16 and fell in love with it ever since. I learned how to administer medication, groom, and generally take care of various sorts of animals through my experience at the vet and in daycares: I've worked with cats, dogs, lizards, birds, rabbits, and a little bit with horses. Working at the daycare was most enjoyable for me, making sure the animals in my care were happy and less lonely when they're owners weren't around. I'm excited to get to know your furry friends! I have two dogs, two cats, a leopard gecko, and fish so my pet care schedule is busy daily. I love having something to take care of, put my energy into and taking care of pets is one of my passions! I have a fenced backyard for dogs who want the free space to run around, I have extra crates as well, and for my own fur babies I tend to use cbd calming treats for those pesky fireworks and loud noises. I also have a small stock pile of medications and preventatives for various ailments like gas, flea medications, etc.

About: I’ve grown up with large and small dogs my entire life, I can’t think of a time when we didn’t have a mix in the house! I currently have a frenchie, a Manx cat & a 7 year old sweet pittie named Lemon 😊 I can usually house sit, board, etc. on weekdays! & If your pet likes other animals we can always go for a walk on our farm 🐮 We have a very large yard & live in the country with minimal traffic. Our driveway is private & I never leave our own animals outside alone so safety is my biggest concern for your animals as well as my own.
