With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)

I am about to start my journey as a stay at home mom, and am looking for a new side hustle. I love animals with everything in me so no better way to make money while caring for your pets! I am home all day, and can provide exceptional care for your pets. Our sweet pups love to roam our backyard and spend the day at home. I have a nice fenced in back yard. Live in a very nice quiet area. We have a sweet Beagle named Copper a Mini Dachshund named Oscar, and a Golden doodle named Rusty they are all sweet boys and love to play! I live nearby to some awesome walking trails too!
About: Calling all fur babies, your Aunty Cindy has arrived. I have been raising and caring for different pets for many years. Dog, cats, small animals, birds to even horses. Pets are life and innocent creatures that I would do anything for. All pets no matter who or what they are I am here to make sure they are loved, fed and played with. You can rest assured when your pet is under my care they are in safe and caring hands. I myself am a Rover user and have had great experiences from Wa all the way to here in OK and now want to help you also have a great experience. I do seasonal work (self employed), my schedule is pretty open, early mornings and evenings are my preferred times but I will work around your needs. I am great at following specific instructions if your pet has any. I love playing fetch and don’t mind being shown their favorite slobbery toy over and over or even playing a good game of tug-o-war. With your cats, laser pens to cat fishing poles are a great way to relieve human and pet stress on top of bonding. I love a good fur baby hug should your pet need those to. I will care for your babies as I do my own precious fur children.
About: I’m pretty active so if you need a hiker/jogger type to keep up with your crazy dog you’ve found the right person, but if your dog is more of a chill out type that’s cool too! I’m a student so my class schedule can vary widely, but overall I have a lot of free time. It’s easy for me to schedule out walks and drop ins with pretty minimal notice. I like to provide a safe, calm energy that most dogs get along with really well. I have experience with fearful dogs, aggression issues, and no-other-dogs types.
About: I grew up in the Hill Country of Texas, we always had animals. I grew up with dogs, horses, cattle, chickens, you name it I have most likely taken care of them. From bottle babies to senior animals. I used to foster cats, but I now have two dogs, one I have trained since she was a puppy and the other is a rescue who is very skittish. I’m not afraid of a challenge and will respect your animals boundaries. I’m currently available anytime, though weekends are a little busier for me, but we can definitely work something out based on your needs. I am flexible. If your dog is high energy and needs the extra walking time, or is more laid back and just wants to cuddle I am able to help fulfill those needs while you are away. I will treat them as if they were my own fur babies and adjust my interactions with them based on their personality and needs.

“We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. It’s such a relief to know our boys were in such good hands and had so much fun. We will definitely be booking with April again!”
