“Glenn was absolutely wonderful with our girl, Saphire, who is a 75lb American Bully. She can be stubborn at times and is very strong, but we felt totally at peace while she was in Glenn’s care. This was also our first time ever using Rover for a pet sitter and Glenn knocked it out of the park! We were sent daily updates at least twice a day with pictures, in addition asked us any clarifying questions that he had to ensure she was good to go and stayed on her routine. She has a lot of extra things / specifics and Glenn kept up with it all no problem, and really went the extra mile with the care that he provided. Highly recommend! About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have a 2 year old husky named Moose (Daphne), whose story started with me taking in her stray mom and unexpectedly becoming responsible for four surprise puppies basically overnight. Navigating puppy life x4 taught me a lot about patience, structure, training, and reading dog personalities quickly. Moose and her siblings still get regular play dates since they went to close friends, which has been really special. I’ve also had pets my whole life, including multiple family dogs and a cat who lived to 17 years old. I genuinely enjoy animals of all personalities, energy levels, and quirks. Whether that means adventure walks, play time, routines, or just making them feel safe and cared for while you’re away. So I naturally get very nervous when I leave my dogs anywhere. They have such knowledge of dogs and dog behaviors… they weren’t nervous, had a set up to combat the issue, and were just overall wonderful with both of my dogs. They also were very careful and loving to my old dog with hip dysplasia. The second day I went to drop the girls off, both of them went running right into the house and looked back like they were saying, see you later. If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is. “Had to go on a cruise and left my two fur babies in the care of my in-laws. While they were able to feed and pamper them they are no longer of the age where they can walk two large dogs. That’s where Krystal came in came. I’ve been told my dogs quickly learn to recognize the sound of Krystal’s vehicle and when they heard her pull in the drive way the dogs would run to the front door eagerly waiting for her arrival. I’ve been told now that I’m back that I need to keep Krystal as the dogs loved her so much. I really appreciated getting updates every evening with pictures of the dogs including the route they took, how far and how long they walked. All this was sent via email and text which was good as I was not receiving text messages (I could still communicate with Krystal via email). Overall a very positive experience.”

“Amy and her family were wonderful, and were incredibly welcoming for our two dogs' first time with them. Our dogs have wildly different needs and energy levels - one's an 11 year old lab, and the other is a 3 year old pitbull - and she accommodated both with all the play time for our always-on pitbull and down time when needed for our lab. Can't wait to have them stay with her again!”
