The photos of the large yard and that she had her own dogs and cats helped with our choice. She was very communicative. Photos were sent of our puppy ripping around the back yard (she needs a lot of exercise), playing with other dogs and we learned Sabie likes kiddie pools. She looked very happy. Please know that if you have an iPhone, use the Apple Maps app. Very easy to find the house using that app. Mapquest is a big nope. We will use Kaitlyn again next time we visit the area if we need help with Sabie.”

About: I have always had pets . I grew up helping my mother groom and take care of dogs. I would do anything for an animal. I am available all 24/7 everyday. I am willing to work any day of the week. I am availability because this is my only job, and I am passionate. I have been lucky enough to be raised with dogs my entire life. My family were breeders for standard poodles at one point, which was amazing to watch and learn about. I am no stranger to special needs, administering meds, able to provide short term care until help arrives. I love all dog breeds equally and will treat your dog like my own. This is my passion. I have 2 guest rooms that can be turned into private doggo apartments. If your pets need exercise I can provide. If they need relaxation, I love cuddles on the couch. We have crates of all sizes, beds for any size dog, dog gates for stairs, enough rooms to spread out and separate if needed, and live minutes away from a fenced in dog park. We live 3 minutes from 2 vet clinics and we use them for our own dogs. We have security cameras in the house with 2 way speakers if we need to step out for any reason. Please let us know about your dogs temperament with other dogs ahead of time. If your dog has special needs or quirks around certain people. We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.

I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I insist on a meet and greet to make sure that your fur baby is going to be a good match with our family. I do not board pit bulls (or pit mixes), German Shepherds, Rottweilers it any aggressive dogs for my safety as well as my pup. I am retired. I never leave your pups alone. If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.

I do then work full time monday- friday 10-12 hour days, but weekends and some weekdays i’m available and all for playing with puppies and any other animals! I know boarding places can be scary and stressful for a lot of dogs, and my goal is to provide a reliable, safe, peaceful, fun, and loving environment while you are away. PLEASE READ :) Due to the fact that I have 2 small children, I cannot under any circumstances accept: -Dogs that have never been around children -Dogs that have any specific aggression (towards food, toys, other dogs, etc.) -Pit Bulls/Rottweilers. I realize this is controversial and maybe even unfair, and If I didn’t have small children this would not be an issue, but my kids come first and I have to be selective to protect them. Being that we are caring for dogs we have never met, I cannot take the risk for breeds that could possibly do extensively harmful damage to them in a worst case scenario situation. Again, I love all dogs/breeds and realize these breeds are normally the sweetest dogs, I am just mitigating any and all risk as a protective Mama. I am currently a stay-at-home Mom! I am home every day with the occasional runs to drop my son off at preschool, or attend my own appointments that come up/occasional errands. Although I am home most of the day, I cannot accept dogs that have separation anxiety, as I do have weekly errands/school drop offs/grocery pickups etc. that take me away from the home for a small amount of time. I live in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I have a partially fenced in yard, but I would not be taking any dogs out without a leash. My back yard is hidden away from the main street and is great for taking dogs out. Rest assured they will have lots of potty breaks and sniffing outside breaks. We are pretty chill here! Once the weather warms up, walks are definitely in the daily schedule if wanted/needed... or just some sunbathing outside for the dogs who love a nap in the sunshine.
