Sara was even able to see and get a photo of my super scared cat (Odie) that no ever sees, that just doesn't happen. We asked Sara to stay for an hour to love on them so they would not feel so abandoned. She did just that and we have pictures showing how our needy/affectionate cat (Loki) just crawled all over her. The area around the food and water bowl was left clean and tidy. The liter box was cleaned regularly. Thank you for attention to detail. My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and before having our daughter, we fostered dogs, which gave us experience with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and needs. We currently have a friendly 2-year-old lab mix, so we’re very familiar with maintaining routines, exercise needs, and positive reinforcement. One of our biggest strengths is working with anxious or shy dogs—we’re patient, attentive, and take the time to build trust at each dog’s pace so they feel safe and comfortable. We treat every dog like part of our family and strive to create a calm, loving environment where they can relax and be themselves. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine since I work from home Monday–Friday. Your dog will have consistent companionship throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long periods. During the day, dogs are free to relax, play, and interact with our friendly 2-year-old lab mix. We also incorporate daily walks and outdoor playtime (weather permitting), along with plenty of attention, affection, and structured routine. Because I’m home, I’m able to closely monitor each dog’s needs and adjust care to ensure they feel comfortable, engaged, and right at home. Then when my husband and daughter are not in work or school they will help care for your dogs and play with them. In our home, we strive to create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every dog in our care. About: We have watched many pets over the years and are finally bringing our love to the masses. :) We truly love all animals (every where we have lived animals indoor/outdoor just flock to us it seems ha). We give them the care they deserve and treat every last one as if it were our own personal pet. We have also had several pets through the years that needed medical attention daily (generally giving medication) and understand the importance of maintaining medicine/medical care in a very timely manner. I noticed that every time I used a kennel service for our fur baby, our dog would get so scared, stress shed, nervous/anxiety, she would not eat, different times she caught kennel cough (which meant more vet bills), and our dog was definitely unhappy with the small kennel space surrounded by other upset loud barking pups/dogs/animals! We have a small dog, bunny and fish! I used to volunteer at SPCA and Paw-sitive (Non profit, walk, groom, and feed stray dogs until they got adopted). (Yes, I have a small dog but our house is big enough to have another dog/cat/pet around . I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need) Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-9 times with pictures)! About: I am a huge animal lover! I currently have an 12 year old Goldendoodle named Stella. I have had dogs my whole life and can’t imagine ever being without one! I love taking Stella to dog parks, going for walks, or hanging out around town. I would love to do the same with any dog that I would be watching! About: With over 15 years of hands on experience fostering more than 80 dogs, I've cared for puppies, seniors, medical cases, and dogs needing extra patience, confidence building, and socialization. Every dog is an individual, and I enjoy getting to know their unique personality and routine. I actively train (and occasionally compete) in agility, herding, trick training, scent and others with my dogs as well as helping introduce others to CPE Agility as an instructor at Clermont County Dog Training Club. This experience has given me a strong understanding of canine body language, safe introductions, and enrichment. I provide a calm, home based boarding experience with plenty of individual attention. I'm comfortable administering most medications, happy to follow your dog's routine, and require a meet-and-greet before every first stay. To ensure personalized care, I accept a maximum of two guest dogs (40 lbs or less) at a time. I work from home, so your dog will have company and supervision throughout the day. Guest dogs are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours, and if I do need to step out, all dogs are safely crated for everyone's security. Outside breaks are offered every 2–3 hours (or more often if needed), with plenty of opportunities for sniffing, play, and relaxation. Most days include two walks, enrichment activities, and, when weather permits, a longer hike or adventure around the adjoining 150-acre property using secure long lines. Dogs who enjoy the water may also have the opportunity to splash in the pond or explore the creek with owner approval. Every dog's activity level is adjusted based on their age, fitness, personality, and your preferences. Your dog's safety and comfort always come first. Every new guest is required to complete a meet-and-greet before booking so we can make sure everyone is a good fit. Because my own dogs share the home, I look for guests who are dog-friendly or dog-tolerant. New dogs are introduced gradually, and crate-free time with my dogs only happens after I've assessed everyone's comfort and temperament. Dogs are continuously supervised while together, and I carefully manage interactions to keep the environment calm and positive. My home features approximately half an acre of securely fenced outdoor space, along with access to 150 acres for on-leash adventures. Guest dogs are never off leash outside the fenced yard; long lines are always used when exploring. Dogs are welcome on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise, and I'll happily follow your household routines and care instructions to help your dog feel at home. Please note this is a hobby farm with chickens and sheep on the premise. They will be secured away from the guest dogs.
About: We've had dogs our whole lives and love the joy they bring us. We've been pet sitting on and off for the last 3 years and would love the chance to take care of your family member! Jathan works from home every day and Dani's office is dog-friendly and we have some flexibility between the two of us to both do work from home days. If your pup absolutely has to have someone there at all times or has medication needs, we can also rearrange schedules to have both of us work from home, or bring them along to the office! We have a patio dog door, allowing dogs to spend time inside if they wish or to let themselves outside to sunbathe, chase squirrels or burn off any energy if home alone. Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard that everyone always has access to. In the summer we try to spend a lot of time back there relaxing, chasing bubbles and throwing the ball. About: I've cared for dogs, cats, fish, and small animals for 20 years. I am also a reptile owner and comfortable caring for some reptiles and amphibians. I am currently available full time for pet care, regarding pet sitting or daily walks. I am also able to care for and feed some reptiles and most amphibians. I much prefer to care for animals in their own home. I feel it is less stress on the animal and more comfortable for them.
About: I have two adorable caviler king charles spaniels prince who just turn 5 and Gypsy who is almost 2 ! We have one funny guy otis the pug who is about to be 4! We have a large about a 1acre of yard for the dogs to be out as much as they like and to be free off the leash ! I love when dogs cuddle and want to be loved and will love them all as much as my own. I am the person who wants to pet every dog! I will even let them sleep in the bed if they are allowed. My pups can be excited the first 5 minutes but after they meet your pup they calm down! They are just excited to have a new friend stay ! I love also the senior pups my favorite 😍 we cant wait to meet you and ur furr baby 🐕🐶 I work at home and have a 12 year old son who loves meeting new friends. He also will play with the pups and like to run and they chase him and play I have safe places they can stay with me in my home and a safe park. All dogs are welcome in my car. I noticed that every time I used a kennel service for our fur baby, our dog would get so scared, stress shed, nervous/anxiety, she would not eat, different times she caught kennel cough (which meant more vet bills), and our dog was definitely unhappy with the small kennel space surrounded by other upset loud barking pups/dogs/animals! I believe I can help your dog/pet feel loved, safe, comfortable, fed, clean, exercised, washed (optional), fun/waggy tails, like family, when you are away. My name is Michelle. I love animals! We have a small dog, bunny and fish! I used to volunteer at SPCA and Paw-sitive (Non profit, walk, groom, and feed stray dogs until they got adopted). I have housesit/housesat and dogsit/catsit/ bird and turtles-sat for friends and was suggested to extend my love on ROVER! (Side note: My husband goes to work during the day.I recently changed our schedule to homeschooling. My 2 kids are used to me caring, playing, and walking other dogs. They loves animals as well. I clean the house and wipe everything all the time. We got a new Hoover carpet wash, and our dog is up to date with shots! I have owned dogs most my life (had my first pup with the responsibilities at 6 years old, and owned/fostered animals on and off for about 34 years) …cared for puppies, adults and senior dogs such as pit bulls, Pekingese, Shih Tzu , mini pincher Dobermans ,then fostered a German Shepard, a black pup Labradors, also taken cared of a Golden Retrievers, a Pitbull, poodles, bulldogs, Soft- wheat Terriers, birds, hamsters, turtles, a class pet guinea pig, and cared for friends cats too (see photos). (Yes, I have a small dog but our house is big enough to have another dog/cat/pet around . I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need) Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-9 times with pictures)! Schedule: I take your/our dog out first thing in the morning, break, lunch, then around 3-4pm, around/after dinner time, and right before bedtime too ( update you with photos)! I will spend time with your dog/cat/pet. I will sit with, read to, massage, clean, comb, feed and pet (constantly check on, if they don’t want to be disturbed)! Even while I read to my kids, homeschool or while we watch tv at night. And my dog will be gated, separated, away from your dog/pet when we are out and when requested. I left my 911 emergency call taking position to be a stay at home mother. I would love to care for, walk, play, cuddle with your dog and take your dog to the park with us too ! *** ONLY DOGS UNDER 35lbs at this time. Thank you*** I have a lot of room, space, toys, pillows, blankets for your pup/dog/cat/pet (separated away from our dog), open concept spacious house, and animal-friendly neighborhood. I live in a cul-de-sac with extremely caring sweet neighbors that know me/us. Several families around us have animals of their own and I know most dogs have been trained or gone thru training as well as ours. I will text or email you pictures and FaceTime your dog/pet too if you like. Your dog/pet is unique and special to you so I will do my best to help. I will keep your dog/pet on a leash every time we go outside, so they don't go missing or let other dogs bother them ***Off leash free to run roam inside the house ***! Our dog is up to date with all shots, vet visits, and takes medication for tick/flee, heart worms. We give our dog a shower once every other week and when she gets muddy. About: I've had pets as long as I can remember. I have 2 Great Danes..a bully mix and two cats at the moment. My most recent job was at a local dog boarding/daycare facility. I also foster through Cincinnati Animal Care. I'm currently a stay at home mom with pretty much an open availability. I can make myself available morning..noon and night. Almost any day of the week I would be available as well. I provide your pet with lots of attention and pets if that's what they're into. About: I am a very passionate, attentive, and empathetic person when it comes to any and all animals! For many years I have taken sole care of both dogs and cats of all different breeds, and am well experienced in all general pet care to include special needs pets. All of the dogs I ever had as a kid were trained as puppies almost solely by myself and my brothers. My mom used to make me read books and do online research about the breed of dog we had, different training techniques, K9 first-aid, and so much more. Being as passionate as I am about animals, those studies were well retained, and while I don't have professional experience, the knowledge gained from doing it on my own with 9 different dogs over my lifetime have graced me with at the very least, an in depth knowledge of all different stages of dog ownership. This knowledge was also accentuated professionally as I worked alongside military police K9 handlers during my time in the Air Force. Not to worry though, I mix structure, routine, and discipline with plenty of tender loving care, and know how to tune my approach to dogs of all temperaments. In regards to puppies: I have experience potty training, leash training, crate training, and what I would call experienced but moderate obedience training skills. I know how to deal with things like food aggression, how to properly establish the "hierarchy" or "pack mentality" and other conditioning behaviors. As well as handling young puppies, I've even assisted a momma in giving birth to a new litter, and taking special care of a brand new litter of 7 pups! So my experience with all dogs truly does begin at birth and goes all the way to end of life care. For the old timers: The couch potatoes in our lives need just as much, and sometimes even more care than their energetic and young counterparts. I have experience with things like giving medication and shots, managing specialty diets, and a number of other age specific needs. I'm very patient and am willing to take the time to get to know your pet and what they need. Every animal has a different personality and needs attention in different ways, and I'm very attentive to that! I will always treat your pet as if they were my own, and will to the best of my ability make sure that your pet is well taken care of at all times. I'm a full-time nomad and side gigs are my primary source of income. Pet care IS my weekly routine. I'm available and more than happy to abide by the normal 9-5 schedule for daytime pet care, but I can also easily adjust to fit any alternate schedule; whether you need overnight pet care, or any other odd schedule constraints met, I am available. I have lived with my own dog in a variety of different conditions. From being on our own in both houses and apartments, to having a full house of dogs and cats. I am well versed in any additional responsibilities and special care based on living situations, and have no trouble go up and down a few flights of stairs for potty breaks/walks, etc.
