About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

I have 2 guest rooms that can be turned into private doggo apartments. If your pets need exercise I can provide. If they need relaxation, I love cuddles on the couch. We have crates of all sizes, beds for any size dog, dog gates for stairs, enough rooms to spread out and separate if needed, and live minutes away from a fenced in dog park. We live 3 minutes from 2 vet clinics and we use them for our own dogs. We have security cameras in the house with 2 way speakers if we need to step out for any reason. Please let us know about your dogs temperament with other dogs ahead of time. If your dog has special needs or quirks around certain people. We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.

She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days. About: Growing up we always had dogs in our house from bulldogs to an English mastiff. I currently have a 6 year old sharpei mix that I absolutely adore. I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends since I was 14 and love it. I’ve worked with puppies and dogs as old as 14. I would love to get to help other people out because I know how big of a hassle it can be to try to work around a work or vacation schedule to make sure your dog is taken care of. My dog has a tie out that he gets connected to when he needs to go potty, we do not have a fence due to living on a large piece of land. When he’s off leash he has an e-collar that allows me to keep track of his location. As far as taking care of other peoples dogs goes I just do as I’m told or whatever is requested. If you’d like your dog to be leashed, great! If you’d like them not to be leash, also great! Put them in a crate while no one is home, can do! Whatever they’re used to is what I will do, keeping them in a routine is so important.

I belonged to a dog training club for 20 years focused on teaching the average dog owner the basics such as potty training and manners. I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.

About: I have had pets ever since I was a small child: dogs, cats, hamster, gerbils, chinchilla, parakeet, turtles, even a toad that we saved from a freezing winter. We took care of it till spring and then released it. I love animals of all types. Almost, I'm not babysitting your tarantula or pet snake. My dog and cat are loved as if they were my children and your dog will be treated this way as well. We enjoy taking walks and car rides to the dog park in nice days. I never allow my dog outside without me. I am semi-retired and I work from home painting and repairing furniture and working on various crafts. Therefore I am very flexible with my time. I live in a decent sized 2 story home with a large back yard. It is not fenced all the way so my dog is always on a cable or leash. We live to go for walks and to the dog park for extra exercise. My dog is a husky mix and is almost 4 years old. She loves dogs of all sizes.

About: I have cared for pets most of my life. After high school, I would pet sit for teachers who went on vacation—and through word of mouth, became a regular on call sitter for 3 different homes with multiple pets. I have cared for, mostly, senior dogs but am so happy to give puppies the attention and energy they need. I especially love going on long walks. I am currently in nursing school and, because it’s an online hybrid program, I have lots of free time during the day and evenings. I have clinicals during the weekend but will be sure to block those days off when I get my schedule. I do not offer boarding for pets in my own home, since I live in an apartment, but am happy to do whatever you need to care for your little (or big) family members! About: I was born and raised with dogs in our home and I have always had multiple dogs as an adult. My husband and I have fostered more dogs than I can count. I belonged to a dog training club for 20 years focused on teaching the average dog owner the basics such as potty training and manners. My friends and relatives entrust me with their dogs care whether it be drop ins or boarding in my home. I do not currently work outside of my home. I am available to let your dogs out while you work, bring them to my house for daycare and boarding is available. I will take care of your dogs like they are my own. I have a large fenced yard and 3 of my own friendly dogs. I can easily crate dogs if necessary. There is also room to separate any dog that may be unsure. There will be times when I will have them rest so that no one becomes overstimulated.
About: I have had pets through out my entire life. I love animals and caring for them and have pet sat multiple different types and breeds of animals such as reptiles, amphibians, dogs, cats, fish, birds, etc. I have 2 cats of my own currently. About: Growing up my family always had one or more dogs so we definitely had our hands tied, additionally, to make some extra money when I was a kid my brother and I would offer to walk dogs around our neighborhood. I moved forward with the love for handling pets and creating new appreciation for the impact they really do have on our lives whether it’s my own pet or someone else’s. I recently took care of one of my best friends dogs every Wednesday for a few months while she had clinical all day, and it really revitalized my passion for being around animals. I’m a big outdoorsy girl and love to hike so being able to do a service outside is like two worlds colliding- it’s the best! I currently work full time, 8am-5pm. However I wake up around 5:45 every morning and am available until 10 til 8am. And I’m available after work until just a little after dusk, so around 7:30-8pm. I have a pet of my own, a cat! Her name is Kai and I’ve had her for a little over two years now. She is my best friend and it was truly the best decision ever to adopt her!

About: Growing up we always had dogs in our house from bulldogs to an English mastiff. I currently have a 6 year old sharpei mix that I absolutely adore. I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends since I was 14 and love it. I’ve worked with puppies and dogs as old as 14. I would love to get to help other people out because I know how big of a hassle it can be to try to work around a work or vacation schedule to make sure your dog is taken care of. My dog has a tie out that he gets connected to when he needs to go potty, we do not have a fence due to living on a large piece of land. When he’s off leash he has an e-collar that allows me to keep track of his location. As far as taking care of other peoples dogs goes I just do as I’m told or whatever is requested. If you’d like your dog to be leashed, great! If you’d like them not to be leash, also great! Put them in a crate while no one is home, can do! Whatever they’re used to is what I will do, keeping them in a routine is so important.

About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

“Jalaina did a great job looking after my dog Baxter. Typically, I board him with a kennel, but he hates being in a cage and restricted. Jalaina was all I could have hoped for. She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days. I can’t say enough about Jalaina and her sweet and gentle spirit which is why I think both dogs had such an enjoyable stay and I will not hesitate to book her again.”

I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix.
