About: I ONLY TAKE ONE PET AT A TIME SO THEY GET 100% OF MY ATTENTION & LOVE 24/7. I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. Animals have always been a very important part of my life. I worked for a vet for several years, was on the Board of my local SPCA and have rescued 3 dogs and a cat as part of our family in the past 15 years. Now our empty nest home is pretty quiet but I am always ready to love some more! I started pet sitting for friends and discovered how fulfilling it can be, so I am more than ready to care for your fur baby too. I am at home full time now and have the whole day to tailor to the needs of the critters I care for, so even special needs are not usually a problem. I am an avid photographer and will happily send photo updates regularly. OH, and I go by LOLLY (a nickname since I was a toddler). I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. I have one cat at home and aim to board only ONE DOG AT A TIME (or two if they are housemates already). Your pet will stay inside my home which is a peaceful and safe environment, no small children, quiet neighbours and a husband who loves to give free belly rubs! Home 24/7 so am able to be with your pet all day and night which is especially important for little ones who aren't used to being away from home. We have a large fully fenced and large back yard in a forest-like setting and miles of trails for leash walks. Also a smaller fenced area within the larger fenced yard for late night or early morning relief. Your pet will never be outside without me.
“Susan is the biggest sweetheart ever ! My boyfriend and I had never left our dog to stay at a sitter and it overall gave me alot of anxiety. I found Susan on rover and picked her to watch my baby. About: We've had dogs our whole lives and love the joy they bring us. We've been pet sitting on and off for the last 3 years and would love the chance to take care of your family member! Jathan works from home every day and Dani's office is dog-friendly and we have some flexibility between the two of us to both do work from home days. If your pup absolutely has to have someone there at all times or has medication needs, we can also rearrange schedules to have both of us work from home, or bring them along to the office! We have a patio dog door, allowing dogs to spend time inside if they wish or to let themselves outside to sunbathe, chase squirrels or burn off any energy if home alone. Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard that everyone always has access to. In the summer we try to spend a lot of time back there relaxing, chasing bubbles and throwing the ball. Then worked for another 3 years at a doggy daycare, interacting and monitoring dogs or caring for the ones that were boarding. I’m currently a stay at home mom. About: I have taken care of my own dogs and others dog's for over 10 years now. My family and I have 3 dogs currently and have owned 6 dogs throughout my life of varying sizes. I have dog sat and walked dogs for many of my friends and family over the years with the dogs being in size ranges as big as Great Danes down to little Griffons. In addition I have bathed and brushed dogs for years as well. I of course am also very affectionate towards any dogs, making sure to give them lots of pets and scratches. I will be available between 10 AM-6 PM every weekday unless specified otherwise, though days and hours are mutable and can be subject to change in the future. If I decide to change my hours/days all clients will be notified of the change with ample time to figure something out between us if need be. I will show your dog affection and make sure they have enough food and water as needed. I can also differ my services based off what my client needs. For example during a drop in I can wear out your overly excited puppy, I can clean your litterbox, or I can just lay down and chill with your older dog who just needs some pets and attention.
