“My experience with Jenna and Nathan exceeded my expectations more than I can say. I have a rescue dog who is very shy. I have never left her anywhere and did not know what to expect. I had lots of anxiety about leaving her. But, they were so good with her. Their children were so attentive to her. They are genuinely very nice, caring people. They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. They played with her and the other dogs outside. They treated her like she was a member of their family. Sent at least two videos a day with comments that kept me informed about how she was adjusting. Towards the end of the week I was afraid Maddie would not even want to go home with us. I highly recommend Nathan and Jenna. I feel like I can actually go away for a couple days at a time now as long as they are able to babysit my sweet pup. Another wonderful thing about them is that one of them is home at all times. At least they were able to do that the week we were gone.”

About: I am a veterinary technician with 14 years of experience living in Bolivar, OH . I'm looking to provide services through Rover to get out and explore the area while making some extra income so my furry family can keep living the high life- you know those chew toys aren't cheap ;) I would love to do dog walks so that I can get those daily steps in- a slimmer waistline is good for people AND pets! I also love the idea of "check ins" to help get those zoomies out while you're at work! I have 4pets of my own- 2 cats and two dogs, all rescues. You could say it's an occupational hazard! About: I've had dogs growing up, five of them being German shepherds and the other four being a lab and two mutts and a dachshund, and we've had tons of cats. We currently have two German shepherds and I walk them a ton and I spend a lot of time taking care of them, and then we have a dachshund who I just rescued from the place I work at. The place I worked at does dog boarding/daycare/training. I was a kennel tech so I just took care of all the boarding and daycare doggies. And on the weekends I also took care of all the training dogs when/if the trainers were away. I worked there for over year and loved it, only leaving because I started college and moved away. I have had to deal with so many different dogs and their personalities and I've definitely learned to have a ton of patience with the job. I have been working in general since I was 14. I started at some neighbouring farms, doing farm work so I could ride their horses and earn some money. I then did a couple restaurant jobs and then found the place I currently work at. I have done dog sitting and cat sitting before many times, sometimes for family or friends of family who I don't know but I am happy to help out. The most I have dealt with at one time was seven dogs in total. I have watched people's dogs get trained while at work and I have been trained to use an e-collar and a prong collar so I am able to use those correctly! I really loves my job, it means a lot to me I get to be in that environment and I'm depended on to keep them all safe and happy. And I am a second year student at Muskingum University, I am majoring in Animal Studies in hopes of having an animal conservation related job. I'm a college student and normally drop in between classes and have the rest of the day to tend to pet's. During the summer I am usually employed and work around my schedule At home I spend time walking the dogs mostly and hanging around the house with them. Every client I feel is different in how things are done at their home, so however you take care of your pets I'll follow

About: I have had almost every type of animal there is from hamsters to horses! I am currently in college to become a vet tech. I have been walking dogs as a side job but I’m working to build a bigger clientele. Currently in college and I have morning classes from 8:30-11:30 Monday through Thursday. I already walk dogs once a week but I am hoping to get more work as I’m working to make this my main job. I baby my pets a lot they are very spoiled and I will treat yours the same! My dog gets walked twice a day and is very pampered with regular grooming. My cat gets a lot of treats and has at least 2 long play sessions and I go to see my horse who unfortunately doesn’t live in my backyard almost everyday to groom her and ride. All of my animals stay up to date on vet visits and any other needs.

“My experience with Jenna and Nathan exceeded my expectations more than I can say. I have a rescue dog who is very shy. I have never left her anywhere and did not know what to expect. I had lots of anxiety about leaving her. But, they were so good with her. Their children were so attentive to her. They are genuinely very nice, caring people. They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. They played with her and the other dogs outside. They treated her like she was a member of their family. Sent at least two videos a day with comments that kept me informed about how she was adjusting. Towards the end of the week I was afraid Maddie would not even want to go home with us. I highly recommend Nathan and Jenna. I feel like I can actually go away for a couple days at a time now as long as they are able to babysit my sweet pup. Another wonderful thing about them is that one of them is home at all times. At least they were able to do that the week we were gone.”

If your dog is selective, reactive, or has shown aggression toward other animals, my home may not be the best fit. For your dog’s stay, please bring their food, vaccination records, and any medications they may need along with clear instructions. If your dog requires a crate for sleeping or when left alone, please bring one, as I do not currently provide crates. You’re welcome to bring a favorite bed or blanket to help your dog feel more at home, although I have plenty of beds and blankets available.
