About: Hi, I’m Trina. I’m someone who leads with compassion — especially when it comes to animals. I’ve been helping rescue and care for them since I was 13, and I still feel just as passionate now as I did when I walked into my first shelter. Whether it’s dogs, cats, rats, or any animal in need, I’m always ready to show up. I currently volunteer with my local Humane Society and have hands-on experience with everything from fostering and bottle-feeding to behavioral support. I’ve helped scared, sick, and overlooked animals feel safe and loved again — and there’s nothing more fulfilling to me. I’ve also been vegan since I was 13 because I believe in kindness toward all animals, not just the ones we share our homes with. My approach is calm, patient, and respectful. I know that trust takes time, and I never take that for granted. I’m new here and just getting started, but I’d truly love the chance to turn this kind of work into my full-time job. It would mean the world to me to earn your trust and be given opportunities to grow, help, and show what I can do. If you’re looking for someone who brings heart, care, and consistency — I’d be honored to work with you. My longest day at school is on Tuesday and I am there for about 6 hours. On Wednesdays I am at school for about 5 hours. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays I am at school for about 2 hours. I will devote the majority of my time to your pets aside from having to leave them to go to school for a few hours during the day. When I get back from school, I will make sure your pets are well taken care of and feel loved by playing and getting their energy out or by cuddling if that’s what they prefer:) I will care for your pet in your home with any and all instructions you give me. I will be willing to clean up any messes that are made. I will feed, bathe, and cuddle your pets! I will make sure they have enough water and always take them outside for potty breaks!

“Kathryn did an excellent job taking care of our dogs while we were on vacation. Setting up the booking was super easy, all concerns and questions were addressed quickly. The communication and pictures during our time away were spot on, and put my mind at ease that our babies were happy and well cared for. The pick up was efficient and it was so nice to see how happy, relaxed and worn out from all the fun and love they received from Kathryn!”
“Carmen took wonderful care of my dog. This was the first time we needed to board our almost 2 year old dog, who has separation anxiety. Carmen’s knowledge of animal behavior was very helpful in this situation. My dog seemed to enjoy himself! Great experience!”

“Amanda and her family have been my Rover dog sitter for the past few years, and my dog has always received 5 star care. The last few times I’ve dropped my dog off at Amanda’s house, one or more of her children were waiting in the driveway when I arrived, and they were very excited to greet my dog. That small gesture lets me know that my dog is loved and given attention when I can’t be there with him.”
