“Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. She sent me lots of photos of them playing which made me happy to know that they had a great time!”
About: I have two dogs of my own that I love taking on walks and looking after! I have been around dogs my whole life, and I am occasionally around cats. I feed my dogs everyday, walk them once a week, and bathe them from time to time. I am working part-time, but I find time to go on a walk every day as a part of my routine, so I would love to also be walking a dog! About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. About: I have been helping care for dogs since I was 10. I grew up with Dalmatians, dachshunds, black labs and Dobermans. To say I love dogs is an understatement. Our dachshund (16) recently passed away and my daughters and him were best friends! “We've boarded 4Xs with Amanda and can't say enough good things: amazing family environment, responsive to messages, dependable. This last time we left our 2yo German Shepherd and 7 month old puppy with Amanda for 2.5 weeks. It was a long time for us, but both dogs were healthy and happy. Unfortunately my puppy isn't 100% housebroken yet but he and his crate/bedding were clean and well taken care of. I could tell they had plenty of exercise and good stimulation. Already going to book her for a fifth time.”
