“Kirsten and Nicolas were great! They sent pics during the whole stay and were very communicative. They also have a fenced in back yard that they let the dogs run around in. They updated us when the pups appetites were low, which I really appreciated. Both of our dogs tend to be anxious without us because they aren’t used to used to being alone, so it was also a big plus that they work from home. In the past we have had to send our pups to kennels because we don’t have friends or family near by who can watch them. They would be locked in a kennel all day and we would literally have to pay extra for belly rubs or time out of the kennel. I usually feel uneasy the whole trip but not this time. I could tell they were well taken care of and treated like one of their own. Thank you so much Kirsten and Nicolas!”

About: I am a dog mom to two dogs my Golden Retriever Charlie who is 7 and my Boston Terrier Pit mix Thumper who is 5. I have experience training both of my dogs as puppies as well as assisting friends and family with theirs. I grew up around animals and enjoy horse back riding, going on hikes with my dogs, and sitting for friends and family! I have experience with dogs as big as German Shepherds and Pit bulls as well as small Yorkies and chihuahuas. I have experience training dogs in public settings and taking them out and about to pet friendly places. If your dog is already trained and well mannered in public places, I’m more than happy to take them out to places that stimulate them and are pet friendly.

I have roughly 2 and a half years of house sitting. Whatever it may be: cleaning, cooking, dog-walking, dog sitting, etc. I can do it! No matter how busy I might be, I will always make time for animal care. Weekends and MWF are always the best days when it comes to animal care, as Tuesdays and Thursdays are my slightly busier days. About: I have a beautiful dog of my own at home, his name is Merlin, he is an Australian Shepherd Border Collie mix, and a huge bundle of energy! I am not unfamiliar with puppies, elders, big dogs, little dogs, and the like! I am comfortable interacting with dogs ranging from Great Danes, Golden Retreivers, and even Dachshunds! I am able to stay overnight, head over around mid day, and leave in the morning! My work schedule is five days a week, 9-5 Wednesday to Saturday, and usually 10-6 on Sunday!
