On our meet and greet, Connie gave the dogs and I a tour of her basement which is a great space for pets as the walk-out opens to a beautiful fenced in wooded lot. Connie also has large crates inside and dog runs outside, basically many different options depending on the dogs' needs. Connie is a dog groomer and trainer, and she works in this space, so my dogs often were around her, which I know they loved. I will definitely ask Connie to watch my pets, Ethel and Tawnee, again. About: I've owned and loved dogs all my life. I hate to leave my dogs at a kennel and think home dog sitting is a much better option. My goal is to make sure dogs don't feel abandoned when left temporarily, but rather give them the experience of a joyful vacation with "Grandpa Ron". I've almost never found a dog who didn't like me and have never found one I didn't like. For the safety and comfort of your pets, I accept boarding dogs from only one household at a time. Whether you have one dog or several, your pets will receive my individual attention without being mixed with unfamiliar dogs from other families. I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. About: I have been working in the veterinary field for six years now. I’ve been working with all kinds of animals. So I am willing to check in on anything from reptiles to dogs and cats! I currently work three days ( Thursday-Saturday). But I would still be able to drop in and checking on your pets! Can also make time to take them on a walk/ hike if need for the high energy doggies I currently live in an apartment so unfortunately I am unable to have other animals here. But I do have two very spoiled dogs of my own also have a leopard gecko of my own!!

I’ve had 3 cats of my own and I have two birds. I am also enrolled in a vet care school called Pennfoster to get my degree. I also have experience with exotic pets like birds and spiders. Currently have a babygirl hampster named Willow ☺️ Pet care can easily fit into my daily and weekly routine because i have a lot of free time. I love going to parks and into nature overall and walking in it, and i feel my love for animals with my adventurous and animal loving attitude I could help care for them and make them happy as well I care for pets in my home by walking them a few times throughout the day. They don’t normally have to wait around for that because i like getting out a lot. I also bathe when/if need be. they eat between 2-3 times a day. I also purchase new toys for others pets to make them feel welcomed and gift them. Treats are also given as well. The most important part to me also is the quality time throughout the day. About: I have been caring for animals since I was a kid.
