“I would recommend melody to anyone. I felt comfortable leaving my Scooby Doo while going off on a weekend family trip. He had a good time. I would use her again in the future as well.”
“KIrsten did a great job keeping my dog. i had a meet and greet before trip so I knew my dog would be in great hands. She was quick at responding and sent me pictures and updates. Kirsten was helpful when my plans changed and i needed to update dates. Will definitely rebook.”
“Buddy absolutely loved Tina. She sent me photos while we were gone and I could tell he was relaxed and happy. She kept me updated on how he was doing and made sure to find out all she needed to know about him beforehand. Her home has ample dog beds and toy’s available for him as well as a nicer fenced in backyard for him to run around. I would highly recommend Tina and will definitely be scheduling with her for our next trip.”
“Heidi was great! We had a family event to go to and it was all day. She sent pictures and updates while they were there. Heidi has a very safe environment for the dogs. There is a nice yard where they can play. My dogs were very comfortable there and did not bark once when we left. And I have a Chihuahua!”
“Lacey was awesome!! She was extremely sweet and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my puppy with her. She was always very quick to respond and asked a lot of questions beforehand to ensure she was providing the best care possible. Lacey sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the stay which I greatly appreciated and it gave me peace of mind. My dog came home exhausted from all the playtime, walks and a dog park visit. Lacey exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her to care for your pet. I will definitely book Lacey again for my precious pup!”
“Jennifer was amazing with my Rosie girl. I was so thankful Rosie snuggled up and slept with her. We will plan to come back to this area and will definitely use her. Thank you so much”
“I’m always hesitant about leaving my old boy with anybody. He’s a quirky old man set in his ways. All my worries were put to rest because Jill took all my concerns seriously and addressed all of them. They even took him to a block party which I’m sure he loved because he’s a nosy old boy too.I will be very comfortable leaving my mutt with her again.”
About: I've had dogs for the majority of my life. Over the past 20 years I've owned a cocker spaniel and 2 malshi. At one point I bread my Malshis and Mom had 5 beautiful puppies who I successfully placed in loving homes. I currently have one malshi who I absolutely adore. I have been a dogsitter for the past 3 years for a co-worker who travels a lot for work. I have experience with small dogs, muts and golden retrievers. I live in a lovely suburb ideal for dog walking. I also have a sizeable back yard for play. My dog loves the company of other pets. I currently work full time and work a hybrid schedule between the office and home. I have lots of dog toys for play, dog snacks and dog beds for sleeping. I have a good sized back yard with a leader for small dogs. My neighborhood is dog friendly and a great place to walk dogs. I can crate your dog if needed.
About: I have been around animals of all kinds and sizes my whole life. I have been raised to love and care for pets. I am attentive to their needs and love dedicating time—including play time—toward them. I have provided pet sotting services both in my home and in other homes, have administrated medications for my clients, and have performed nail trimmings and baths to keep pets looking their best. I am also good with walking dogs and teaching them tricks. I have taken care of senior pets. I am patient, kind, and respectful of all breeds. As someone who works from home, I am usually always with my pets! I wake up around 8am and serve breakfast. Lunch is at 1pm and dinner at 6pm with a treat and plenty of potty breaks in between. In my home, I have a fenced in yard and plenty of toys for fun. I also have four dogs and four cats, all vaccinated, to keep your pets company. In your home, I am comfortable doing whatever you need me to.
“Cassie was flexible with our needs, which was crucial for the success of this particular trip. She went above and beyond making sure that Dixie had everything she needed. We truly are thankful for her services!!”
About: I have done drop in and overnight care for family member's pets for many years. I am a life long animal lover and have cats and/or dogs my whole life. I also did some volunteer care at an animal shelter while in college. I am a stay at home mom of three (9, 7, and 5 year olds) kids who also love animals so I have the availability to provide a lot of time and attention. I have a fenced in yard in a beautiful country setting and two playmates for your pup. Robin is 13 year old chocolate lab mix, who we rescued from the roadside. She gave birth to 8 puppies about 2 months later and we were able to find loving homes for them all. We also have Emmett, who is a shepherd/spaniel mix that we adopted as a puppy during covid. He can be shy around new people, but loves to play with any dog he has met.
“What a great dog sitter. From meet and greet to extending a few hours upon our return to pick up. The communication, pictures, updates, and the love and care for our Chewy was a blessing to us. Thank you for making us feel comfortable leaving our senior dog with you. Extra special care was needed and Mckayla was willing to do it all.”
“Very satisfied with Elizabeth she was friendly and easy to deal with! Our pup got along great with her and Scooby Doo right away. She did a great job keeping us informed while Ember was in her and her family’s care.”

“We recently had Tina watch our toy aussiedoodle Roo. I can happily say that Roo did well on her first day of daycare. Tina has a wonderful fenced in yard, a beautiful open concept home with lots of dog toys for their enjoyment. Tina is a very knowledgeable sitter and I will definitely use her again for future daycare visits and boarding.”
About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them isn't just a job—it's my passion. I have experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, small animals, and even some farm animals. My parents bred AKC Golden Retrievers, which gave me hands-on experience raising and caring for puppies from a young age. I also have experience caring for senior pets who require extra patience, attention, and specialized care. I'm a proud mom to an amazing 11-year-old son who loves animals just as much as I do. We also have a 35-pound Mini Goldendoodle named Scooby-Doo, who brings so much joy to our family and inspired the name of my pet care business. I'm comfortable administering medications and following each pet's individual routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. During house sitting visits, I'm also happy to help with light household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, taking out the trash, and keeping an eye on your home. I believe every pet deserves exceptional care, love, and respect. Just as importantly, I believe great pet care is built on trust, communication, and reliability. My goal is to build lasting relationships with pet parents by providing dependable, compassionate care and treating every pet as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I'm excited to share that I've officially made pet care my full-time career! I recently left my full-time job to focus on growing Scooby Doo Animal Care because caring for animals is truly my passion! 🥰 I'm a proud mom to an amazing 11-year-old son and a male Mini Goldendoodle named Scooby-Doo. I've been caring for animals since I was young and have experience with puppies, senior dogs, cats, small animals, and farm animals. My parents bred AKC Golden Retrievers, giving me hands-on puppy experience, and I'm also comfortable administering medications and caring for senior pets with special needs. Now that pet care is my full-time focus, I have much more open availability! If you're looking for dependable, compassionate, and experienced care for your pets, I'd love the opportunity to help. Thank you for supporting my small business! I provide the best care to the animals I care for from playing with them with their favorite toys, taking animals for walks or giving them attention and cuddles.

“Stephanie really came through for us in super short notice. I have two pit bull type breeds and I booked her the night before we left with no way for her to be introduced. She came over and was really good at introducing herself and was not intimidated at all. Because of that my Pooh got two walks a day while we were gone on vacation. Thanks Stephanie!”
“This was my first time using Rover (and the first time having anyone outside of family care for my puppy), and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I have a young Doberman with a lot of energy, and Arya was patient, calm, and firm in just the right way—which is exactly what she needs. He took her on a nice long walk, and I really appreciated the videos he sent along the way. They gave me peace of mind and made the whole process so much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and confident with energetic dogs!”
