Both of our dogs tend to be anxious without us because they aren’t used to used to being alone, so it was also a big plus that they work from home. In the past we have had to send our pups to kennels because we don’t have friends or family near by who can watch them. They would be locked in a kennel all day and we would literally have to pay extra for belly rubs or time out of the kennel. I usually feel uneasy the whole trip but not this time. “I love my puppies more than anything, so naturally I don't trust just anyone to care for them. So I panicked when I had to go to a convention in Las Vegas. That's when a friend recommended Rover. Thankfully, out of the multitude of people on Rover, I found Emily. She, and her husband, have been truly wonderful in every respect. They took excellent care of my puppies, fed them on time, took them on walks, have them plenty of toys and stimulation, and sent amazing pics regularly. Dogs in my care stay in a calm, structured, and enrichment-based environment that helps them feel secure and relaxed. My home is designed with safety in mind, with separate rest areas, and consistent supervision. We have 5 acres of land. Our fence is in progress right now but we have never had an issue! As a full-time trainer, I understand canine body language and group dynamics deeply. I make sure each dog’s play, rest, and social time match their comfort level. New dogs are introduced slowly and respectfully so they can settle in at their own pace. I keep routines predictable and communication clear so dogs always know what to expect. Whether they are here for a day or an extended stay, every dog is treated like family: safe, understood, and cared for.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 9 years old. I was hired for two months consecutively by a family in Indian Hill twice this year to stay with their lovely lab and have taken care of pets in the Cincinnati area for some years now, and for some cats and dogs for months at a time due to travel. I have one kitty of my own and have owned cats and worked with dogs my whole life. Since I've just moved back to the Marysville region I'd love to get settled before bringing your babies to my home, but I have plenty of free time to travel between the Marysville, Dublin, Columbus, and Delaware regions to spend time playing, take them for walks, feed, and comfort your loved ones. I am very dedicated to ensuring your little guys get the best care and snuggles, I do well to be attentive to any requests and instructions you may have as each pet is so unique and need different levels of care. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions as I'm new to this specific platform! I currently am in the process of getting a part-time position as I've just moved back and have plenty of time to watch your little guys! I always ensure I have all the instructions I need for each pet and home before heading there. I love to build professional relationships with clients, so they know who I am and what I stand for: great care for your pets. I do my best to make sure the pets are well taken care of, groomed, get their exercise, and comforted along with ensuring the home is in its original state or better before I head home!
