“Love, love, love this boarder! Found Kristi using Rover & immediately went into research mode; never boarded an animal before. Liked her other reviews plus I found a friend who used Kristi in the past. When we dropped Lumi off, our 80 lb puppy was so excited she started jumping on her husband. Gave Lumi the face palm teaching her to stay down & he immediately said, “good dog”! He took Lumi to meet his girls playing outside along with their dog. Those simple gestures speak volumes! Got updates with pictures while we were gone & Lumi looked puppy ecstatic at all the room to run. Will definitely use Kristi in the future.”
“Michelle is an amazing and caring dog sitter. She worked with me as my dates changed which helped me a great deal. She's also well knowledgeable about dog's behavior. I will hire her again for my dog, Josie.”

“Paige was an excellent caretaker, communicator, and she was even very flexible when we needed to add a day! Our pup had playmates and she came up with ideas to keep him happy and fulfilled while we were gone. Even gave me an idea or two! We appreciate how well she cared for our pup, and we would book again!”

“Goldie, being a rescue, is a really anxious and apprehensive dog. Lydia was awesome with her, she has the expertise (being a foster for a rescue) to make the dog feel comfortable and safe. Goldie was really spoiled in her stay, we also ran into a delay in our trip and Lydia was awesome and understanding. I totally recommend her for sitting your dog!!”

“Lisa was wonderful! This was our first time having to leave our baby with someone that he doesn’t know and it was great. If you want someone who will continually send pictures, videos and updates, Lisa is the one. I will definitely be booking with her again, no doubt about it!”

“Bill was amazing! He helped me out last minute when it didn’t work out with a sitter and I had to travel the next day. He had a great fenced in yard and quiet neighborhood so I felt at ease having Ni Ni there. Bill sent updates and took wonderful care of her. Will definitely book again!”

“Angie and her family are always so great with our dog, we never worry when leaving her. Even this time with leaving her overnight. So thankful for Angie and this platform!”

“Hillary and her family took great care of our Phoebe! Our anxious girl, was treated with kindness and had an uneventful stay. Scheduling, drop-off and pick-up were a breeze. We will use Hillary again should the need arise.”
About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2024 started year four of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. Dog walking/pet sitting is my passion and full time career. Even while having a steady schedule I have the flexibility that allows me to get to your VIP quickly while maintaining a high level of quality care for all of the animals I care for. From how your pets eat their meals, to sleeping arrangements I try to keep things as normal as possible for them. During my time with your pet they have my undivided attention.
About: Puppy care, special needs support, brain games, training, and exercise. Walks, bathing, agility playtime, brain games, specialized training and more! Keeping tails wagging and minds happy with love and attention. I believe every pet deserves love, fun, and focus because they’re family too! I’m available 24/7. I can work from home any time I need to which allows for stress free and anxiety free care for boarded furbabies. My work day ends at 2pm at the latest which allows plenty of time for training and play time. I have a large fully fenced in backyard. (6ft privacy fence) I also have large baby gates up to restrict access to the bathrooms and kitchen to maintain a fun and safe environment. I have 3 well established dogs and 1 cat. The cat has its own area where the dogs can’t access it. I have hardwood floors for easy mess cleanup as I know new environments sometimes create bathroom accidents due to separation anxiety at first. I have crates of all sizes if needed. I do allow animas on the furniture which I know some do not like. I can use a crate or dog bed if preferred for bedtime to avoid that so they have consistent care between their home and mine. My neighborhood is extremely low trafficked for safer walks and a dog park nearby.
About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my strong experience working with dogs and puppies of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, starting with pets belonging to family and friends, which helped me build a solid foundation of hands-on experience with dogs in everyday home environments. I’m especially comfortable with puppies and understand the patience and consistency they need while learning routines like potty training, crate training, leash walking, and basic commands. I also enjoy helping reinforce positive behaviors through structure, repetition, and lots of encouragement. For adult dogs, I adapt easily to their personality—whether they are high-energy and need plenty of exercise or more relaxed and prefer a calm routine. I also have experience with senior dogs who may need a slower pace, medication reminders, and extra attention to comfort and mobility. I pay close attention to each dog’s individual needs, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, and behavioral cues, so they feel secure and understood while in my care. My goal is always to create a safe, trusting environment where dogs feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I also provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you always know how your pet is doing while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially with my availability in the afternoons and evenings. Since I work part time, I have ample time during the day to give pets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I enjoy spending my evenings going on walks, which would make it easy and consistent for me to provide daily exercise and outdoor time. I also look forward to using my free time for play, feeding, and bonding activities that help build trust and comfort with pets. In my home or a client’s home, I provide pet care with consistency, attentiveness, and respect for the animal’s routine and comfort level. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, medication instructions if needed, and any specific preferences the owner provides. I make sure pets always have fresh water, regular meals, and a clean, safe environment. I prioritize daily exercise and enrichment through walks, playtime, and interaction suited to the pet’s age, energy level, and personality. I also focus on building trust through calm, patient handling and positive attention. In a client’s home, I am mindful of maintaining the space exactly as instructed, keeping things clean and secure, and making sure the pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. I understand the importance of routine, so I do my best to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible for the pet while their owner is away. Overall, my approach is to care for each pet as if they were my own—providing reliable, loving, and responsible care tailored to their individual needs

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid, I have grown up having them as pets my whole life - also have many years of experience with animals as I have worked as a kennel worker at a vet clinic in the past, working with all ages and sizes of pups! I am currently working part-time (3 sometimes 4 days a week) if I’m working I’m only gone for 5-6 hours leaving in the morning and being back in the afternoon I will try to be as flexible as possible with pickup and drop off times but if your pick up/ drop off times aren’t flexible then I may not be able to work around them! I have a big yard for your pups to play in and to make sure they get plenty of exercise, I can also crate your pup if needed.

“A very personable young lady with lots of knowledge and experience. Provided excellent care for my little “crooner”, giving me the peace of mind I needed for a week on the road. Will definitely use Miss Kaitlin again.”

“Maura accepted our last-minute request to provide drop-in care for our cats and bird when an unexpected trip came up. We trusted her from our first meeting with her and she did a great job! She communicated with us and sent photos from every visit. We will definitely reach out to her when we need to travel again!”
About: I’m not a dog trainer by any means. Dog just seem to like me and want to hang out. I am not scared of dogs any bread or size. I just like giving the dogs some loving and attention. Typically I’m the morning I am free to walk dogs. Evenings not so much I work late night shifts. I would prefer to walk a couple dogs in the morning. I can feed, walk, let outside, keep an eye on them. I definitely keep a shape eye out for things they eat off the ground. I have no problem cleaning up after dogs. I can drop by when the owner is not home to let the dogs out and back in.
“You can count on Brooklyn to give your precious fur babies TLC. Our two adult male cats took to Brooklyn instantly. She truly is a kind and gentle animal lover who you can trust in your home while you’re away. We had total peace of mind while we were out-of-town knowing Brooklyn was our sitter. Highly recommended.”

“Lillian is super friendly and kind, and Stuart loves her which is so important! She's definitely a great animal person and it's such a huge relief to have somebody so nice to check in on the little guy while we're out of town. I'm sure he appreciated her visit as much as we did! She's very communicative and sent us a bunch of pictures as well. Will definitely be hiring her again in the future!”

“Hillary was always so accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Our dog has lots of fear and anxiety and she did great with him. We felt at ease during our trip knowing he was being well taken care of.”

“Carla was friendly and dependable. Since I had an unexpected need for a dog sitter, we had our meet and greet only the day before she was to come. I felt confident she would do the job, and she came through! I hope to use her services in the future.”
“We were lucky to find a cat sitter that lives nearby. It makes booking on short notice easy. Aliece followed instructions, sent plenty of pictures which I love, and even swept up the litter. Will definitely book with her in the future.”

About: I have taken care of pets all my life. I have had a dog from the time I could walk and a horse since I was 4. Animals are a passion of mine. Currently I have three cats, 3 dogs, a horse, and a ferret. My cats are Lucifer, Loco, and Cleo. Lucifer loves to eat, Loco loves love, and Miss Cleo loves to be left alone. My dogs are Jezzi, Ziggy, and Auzy. Jezzi is a jack russel who loves belly rubs and to be the boss. Ziggy is a Texas blue heeler who is afraid of his shadow and has anxiety disorders. Auzy loves people and to play with other dogs, but she is 130 lbs and things she is a lap dog. My horse is Dallas and he love mini Oreos and to run all day long. My ferret, T-Bird, or the “crack weasel” as everyone calls him loves to run and sleep. My family and friends have always relied on me with their pets, homes, and children anytime they needed someone. Pet care is like a second nature to me, everyday at 5:30 I go to the horse barn and feed Dallas. My other animals get fed when I feed myself and their water is always filled. I work full time, if I am not working at Coopers in the morning I am babysitting. With my full schedule I always make time for each and every one of my pets whether that is playing in the yard with my dogs or playing with my cats, or even letting the ferret loose in the house to play with the cats or the dogs. When I am working in a clients home, usually if the weather permits I will take their babies outside to play or even the park for a walk. I also like to take dogs for car rides to get ice cream on a warm day. On a wet or cold day we stay in and play or lounge depending on the pet. Dogs and cats that need a little more training or help, I like to take time in the day to “make it all about business.” My dogs at home all know the basic commands and some others depending on the dogs, so it is fun to learn the difference between animals; for example my dog Ziggy, knows hug, move, and enough. People who own dogs like do not have anxiety usually wouldn’t know the meaning behind these commands. I use hug for Ziggy when it comes to new people because he can forget people in the matter of minutes and it takes time for him to get used to them again, the hug represents safety because most people do not know the command and how he reacts to it. The command move for Ziggy is also a command most people do not know the meaning behind. Ziggy’s anxiety constantly has him moving but when it comes to doors he has a tendency to sit and wait for someone to open a door before he jumps and nips them. Telling Ziggy to move makes him move to a different position in the house away from the door rather than telling him no. Enough is a command used a lot for Ziggy because his anxiety always has him barking and wanting constant contact, this becomes an inconvenience when I am trying to work on the floor or on my bed and he is walking all over my work space or even when I am just trying to take a deep breath. Telling him enough is like a heal command without the sit. Enough just means I’m not playing, I’m busy so go lay down. Working with a dog like Ziggy takes a lot of patience along with keeping a constant.
“Connie did an excellent job caring for our 3 heathens (Flokie, Milly, & LoLo). She gave our old man, Flokie, all his medications as needed and she successfully made it through the distributions of all three's 'special dinner toppings' as I asked her to. She communicated very well and I highly recommend her. Thank you so much, Connie!”

About: I'm a Veterinarian Assistant with a local veterinarian in Greenville, OH at Green Lawn Animal Clinic. I was raised on a farm of all walks of life and cared and loved each and every animal that came and left. My strongest passion was for our cats and dogs. Animals that we have are more than just a pet, they are a part of our life and family. Working in the field that I work in, I understand that situations come up and we need help making sure our pets get all the care and attention that they deserve. I'm willing to come and play and walk and care for your pet while you are away from home. My main goal is happy, healthy and cared and loved for pets. I'm currently working part-time as a Veterinarian Assistant, so I will have plenty of time to play, feed/water, walk and provide the best care for you pet! I am available Friday's through Monday and Wednesday Afternoon's. I live on 20 acres that my very friendly pets live on. Your pet is more than welcome in my smoke-free & bug-free home, along with monitored exploring of our farm. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 4 when I got my first dog. I currently have two cats and would love a dog but my schedule won't provide me enough time to take proper care of one. I am great with training puppies and giving medications. I’m currently a Preschool Intervention Specialist and have my own special education preschool classroom through Lima City Schools. I currently teach August-May. My availability mainly opens up during the summer but love to help out during the school year around my teaching contract. I look forward to working with you! I am currently off for the summer so I can attend to pet care as much or as little as you need. During the school year as long as your schedule works around my teaching contract, I will be able to help you out as much as I can! I have plenty of experience with small, medium, and big dogs. I would prefer to come to you but in the need to have your pet at my house, I am able to crate dogs as needed at my home as my house has an extra room. Plus my cats are very friendly or just stay to themselves so your animals will be in great care.

“Hillary was an absolutely fantastic dog sitter. From the moment we met her, it was clear she genuinely cares about animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. She was reliable, communicative, and kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable with her. Hillary went above and beyond to make sure all routines were followed and that our dog received plenty of attention and love. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional dog sitter.”

About: I’ve loved and taken care of animals for as long as I remember! My parents used to call me the animal whisperer and I used to take care of all the neighborhood animals while their families were away growing up. I am constantly around animals and taking care of them. I’m comfortable around any sort of pet and i’m willing to learn how to best take care of your animal! I love walks, hikes, or taking a trip to a dog park of some sort! I’ve always grown up around animals and I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats, one cat needing special attention for her medications, so i’m prepared for any special treatment! I’m currently in nursing school whilst also bartending a couple nights during the week but I have plenty of free time and I’m very flexible! I have 3 very playful dogs and 2 mellow cats, one needing special care for her medications so I’m always vigilant to any kind of specific care that your animals may need. I’d love to spend more time outside this summer but I also love a couch potato!
“Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. She sent me lots of photos of them playing which made me happy to know that they had a great time!”

About: I used to work as a dog trainer for a few years and have worked with all breeds of dogs, and all ages! I’ve grown up with cats and dogs - love them to bits! I have a lot of experience with dogs and cats - reading their body language, playing with them, walking them (no matter the size), and I will always give them space if needed. I wouldn’t ever force a pet out of its comfort zone because that can cause “an aggressive” scenario or permanently scare a pet. I love to play tug and fetch with dogs. My dog (recently passed( absolutely loved to play frisbee and we go to the park and run off so much energy! I can’t wait to make so many fur friends! I recently worked at a veterinary hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana and just moved to Troy, OH to hopefully start up at a vet here. I’m comfortable giving medications, injections, insulin, etc… (both cats and dogs). :) I’m pretty much free anytime currently! I am not working yet so I’m pretty open to anyones schedule if I don’t have stuff planned :) I will follow any instructions given and will send videos / photos of pets if wanted! I’m huge on making the pet parent comfortable & the pet comfortable.

I have two fur babies to keep yours company. Mine are always playing or running around outside so lots of exercise in this house. We also take a lot of walks
About: With four years of experience as a veterinary assistant, I provide knowledgeable, compassionate pet sitting you can trust. About: I've worked at a doggy day care from 2023-2025 and only stopped because I moved to Ohio from out of state. I have limited puppy training experience, and a good understanding of dog and cat behavior. I also have reptile experience as I owned a California King Snake before moving. Available Monday through Friday from 10am-3:30pm. Saturday from 9am-12pm. I am currently taking time away from working, so I have plenty of time to spend helping take care of your pets! And I will treat every animal with the same level of compassion and respect, because I know that they are more than just animals you live with. About: I grew up working at a farm. We had many dogs, cats, and barn animals as well as guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, birds, and fish. Throughout my life I have shadowed multiple veterinarians, volunteered at rescues, and cared for many other people’s animals and kids! I have attended college for Equestrian Studies too. Caring for animals has always been my greatest passion and I can’t wait to put it to good use by helping you and your animal out when the time calls! Caring for animals is my passions and therefore my full time job. I work a little online from home as well but never when it is taking time away from pet care. Away from home care: In my home I usually have other animals so, if you need care outside your home your pet must be potty trained, vaccinated and good with cats and dogs. We have leads for dogs outside and a large yard. No kennels provided, if you’d like your dog in a kennel, call a boarding facility. Your animal would be staying in a clean and safe bedroom/bathroom area with 24/7 supervision as well as a comfortable bed that is changed after every pet’s stay. They will be taken outside for at least 30 minutes, 4 times a day. You will need to provide food for your pet. In Home Care: If providing in home care for your pet all services are provided from walking and playtime to feeding and training. I also give bathes and brushing. Lots of love is of course always a part of my services as well. The schedule of it is up to you! I can do drop in visits any day of the week but only house sit on the weekend (Fri-Sun). I like to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with my own animals while also serving you. *Care In My Home* If you provide a crate and want me to use it I will but I usually just have your pet hang out with me around the house - it is all pet proof as I have many cats and a dog. If your pet doesn’t like other animals they are welcome to stay in my bedroom as a safe haven. I will be sure to hang out with them lots throughout the day if they are in there. I have a large fenced in backyard and leads for dogs. They are always supervised while outside. I only serve one pet family at a time so your animals won’t be exposed to any other animals other than my own. I do not provide care in my home to cats. *Care In Your Home* I will be with your pet for at least 2 hours at a time twice a day in addition to the evening and morning (10pm-10am) full time. I can bathe, brush, train, walk, and give lots of love at no extra charge!

About: I have always cared for my friends animals when they are traveling and I also have had my cat Nola for 5 years. I’m also familiar with animals having anxiety and how to care for them by creating a routine that’s safe and fun. I have an open schedule currently so I’m open to flexibility during the day and some afternoons. I’m on break from my Masters program so my time is pretty open. I would make sure that any special needs your sweet baby needs is taken care of with extreme amount of love and care. I understand how important it is to be gentle especially when meeting new pets who might have anxiety.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds and ages since I can remember. We had cats growing up and they were the light of my life. Every day I looked forward to coming home and knowing they would be there waiting for me to give them all the love. Starting in high school is when I began to get familiar with dogs as well. Neighbors, friends, and family have all taught me so much and then began relying on me to love and care for their fur babies. Which included anywhere from walking, feeding, grooming, and overall well-being. I've done quite a bit of house sitting recently and have no problem with cleaning when needed as well. I can promise you that your fur babies will be treated as if they are my own. Animals have a special place in my heart, they become more than pets, they become family and I intend to treat and care for them as such. I will be starting classes again soon, which are online so pet care fits perfectly into my daily/weekly routine. I'll be able to create a schedule that works well for school and being able to give the best attention I can to pet care. Currently I am able to care for pets at the client's home if it is for dogs. For cats special arrangements can be made for me to watch them here at my home. I have quite a bit of experience with house/pet sitting for current clients. Starting with a visit to the clients home to go over anything they would like to discuss, meeting the pets, and I also bring some questions of my own. To make sure I have all my bases covered. My main goal is to make sure the clients feel safe with me taking care of not only their pets but also their home. For cats here I have plenty of room for a cat to roam and play with plenty of sunlight and a cat box and food/water bowls if the client does not want to transport their own. We do have an older husky (incredibly friendly and quiet), but my room is on the second floor and has a door that I can shut to keep the downstairs (where our dog spends 99% of his time) closed off if your cat does not like dogs.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was little. I have 2 hamsters myself. So I know how to take care of animals and their needs. I am going to school to become a vet. So by working with animals everyday, I can get a feel for what it will be like. I make sure I follow the instructions that the owner left me. For my animals, they are out of their cages at least 5 times a week if not more.

“Aubrey and Theo took good care of Bruno. He had a great and peaceful weekend with them. They were patient with my little pup and I am very grateful for their help and all the pics I got while I was out.”

“Emma was absolutely wonderful with our sweet boy! We got daily pictures, updates, and our dog looked to be having a great time! She has a lovely home and yard for dogs to play in, and our dogs things came back in perfect condition. Anytime we reached out she responded almost right away and was over all a pleasure to talk to! If we ever need a sitter again, we will definitely be reaching back out to her! ?”
