Karin was spectacular. She was attentive to his needs and careful about his 'age' related shortcomings. She has a pup of her own and a young son who loved my boy. Karin sent plenty of pics of him and was very communicative during his stay, asking questions to make sure behaviors were normal and making sure he'd tolerate the environment there! I don't know how many stays my old man has left in him, but Karin is definitely the person I'd want watching him when I leave!”

She approached them on their terms (because cats don’t always warm up immediately!!) and I was rewarded with many pictures and videos of both my cats enjoying her company. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy spending time with animals and make caring for them a priority. I plan my schedule to ensure every pet receives the attention, exercise, feeding, and companionship they need. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, playtime, or evening care, I'm committed to providing reliable, consistent care. I also keep pet owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident their pets are safe, comfortable, and happy while they're away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help their pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they have fresh food and water, take them on walks or let them out for bathroom breaks, provide playtime and affection, and give any medications according to the owner's instructions if needed. I also keep the home clean by picking up after pets, cleaning food and water bowls, and respecting the client's space. Throughout the stay, I send regular updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: I'm a freelance animation writer and dog lover who has had dogs his entire life and enjoys walking and sitting his friend's dogs. Now I'm looking to walk and sit even more dogs to supplement my writing income while also taking advantage of my extremely flexible schedule. I'm very patient, attentive and affectionate with dogs. When I walk, my attention is on the dogs (not my phone) and when I dog sit, I treat your home how I'd like my home to be treated if someone was staying there (i.e. not really wandering around and/or touching stuff, ha) and again, all attention is on the dog. Otherwise, I'll just be writing away on my scripts. I absolutely love dogs and have raise several from puppies. This is also an outlet for me after the passing of a beloved elderly dog that I had since she was a puppy. I'd be happy to take excellent care of your dogs.
About: I’ve cared for animals for many years and have experience with dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I’m comfortable providing everything from walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention to bathing, brushing, and basic grooming when needed. I also enjoy working with puppies and helping reinforce potty training, routines, and good habits. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away. Whether your pet loves being active and playing, going on walks, or simply cuddling and relaxing, I’m happy to adjust their care to what makes them happiest. I treat every pet in my care with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own pets. I’m available as needed for any pet sitting. If you have a specific schedule that is needed, I’m more than willing to abide by it. I currently have dogs in my own home and have had a cat. I have picked up some of my clients animals from their home to watch them at my house, as well as going to their house and caring for them in the comfort of their own home. I love going on walks and cuddling with all pets.
About: I’ve taken care of my own menagerie of pets since I was a girl ranging from reptiles, rodents, small parrots, cats and dogs. Through college I volunteered on a horse farm where I cleaned and helped take care of 10 horses, also worked at a local pet store for 10 years as a floor manager and excelled in animal husbandry. In addition I worked part time as a veterinary assistant. I’m a dedicated, responsible, hardworking Momma of two wanting to share my passion for animals with others. I keep a variety of animals, book me for your reptile/small animal/aviary needs by selecting “cat” and let’s chat about what you need done while your away. I am responsible for 3 tortoises, 8 snakes, a few rats, a handful of leopard geckos, freshwater fish tanks, chameleons, dogs, a cat and let’s not forget my two babies. Keeping pets is my hobby and I’m passing this along to my young ones. Gone all day and have a new puppy that needs more attention. I’ve been there and can offer walks with BASIC obedience.
