This was Mia's first time being boarded. They took excellent care of Mia for all those days and during that time even were able to introduce her to leash walking which she had never done as she uses an invisible fence on my property and had never been leashed. They even provided information on the exact harness that was used, and I bought my own. Besides how great they took care of her providing her with toys, interaction, attention, and walks I also received daily pics of Mia playing, going to the dog park, etc. They kept me apprised as to how she was doing making my time away worry free & less anxious. If you desire individual care & attention for your dog then Daniel & Rachel are definitely the top choice! Excellent people and excellent communication!”

About: I have a sweet beagle that was rescued 7 years ago. I am fully responsible for his care, including feeding, walking, bathing, nail trimming, etc. I always check him for ticks after visiting a park and know how to safely remove them. I enjoy going for long walks, especially in summer, so would be glad to give your dog exercise. My kids have had goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and ducks, which are all fun to play with, and I would be glad to care for your less-typical pets, if needed. I have even cared for lizards and snakes. I am a teacher, so have loads of time available in the summer. During the school year, I am available most weekends and after 4 on weekdays. I always keep dogs on leash when walking them...you never know when a squirrel or other dog will come by or how they will react.

About: Update June 1, 2026. I have taken a part-time job and right now I can only accept cat drop in requests . Unfortunately I can’t commit to dog walking because of this part-time job unless it’s on the weekend. I am answering as a pet owner. I am hoping to start working as a pet sitter/dog walker soon. As a kid we had birds and hamsters, then graduated to cats when I was about 14. As a young adult I usually had up to 4 cats at the same time. When my kids were in high school, my husband introduced me to dogs by re-homing a dog named Lucy. We still have her. I had never had dogs before but I am so glad I did not say NO to hubby at the time. We have 2 dogs now but no cats. I do miss having cats and hope to again some day. I left my job of 34 years and would love to do something I have been wanting to do for a long time but never got around to. I am happy to care for cats too! At my house we have invisible fence to keep the dogs from leaving the yard, though our younger dog needs to be on a long lead because he is so excitable and cannot always be trusted to stay in the yard. We also have invisible fence inside to keep both dogs out of the kitchen.

About: I grew up with dogs and as a kid, I took care of neighbor's dogs from time to time when they were away. My wife loves dogs as long as they belong to someone else. About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. About: I have been a pet owner and lover my entire life since I was a young girl I C always wanted to take care and charge of my family pets I have had numerous pets at a time I offer my full attention and love and concern always take my dogs to vets for any reasons any concerns because I want them extra healthy. About: I have looked after animals my entire life, I spent a year as a rover sitter previously and love it. I am open right now on select weekends, evenings and holidays. With potentially changing availability to week days. I have an Australian shepherd and two cats as well as a parrot. I would be happy to spoil your pets while you are away. I’m open to quick potty breaks, hang outs for money pups, trips to the park, walk to the river. I am no stranger to dogs with reactivity and will be happy to help your pup enjoy an isolated walked on a less popular trail. I am open to 3 meet ups prior to booking to let your pet get to know me and to let me get to know your pets preferences. You will get lots of photos from my visit with your pet. I am on time and always on top of communication, you can trust me to take care of your pets. Right now I am open for select weekend and evening hours. Also early morning visits (before 8am as I am currently working 8-5) weekends I can make any time visits work. Half day sits, long walks, morning and evening visits. I offer walks up to 3 miles, potty breaks, play dates, medication administration, food/water checks, companionship time if you just don’t want your pet to be alone. I love animals so meeting your pet and making sure they are happy and that their needs are met will always be my goal when going into your home.
About: I grew up with dogs and as a kid, I took care of neighbor's dogs from time to time when they were away. My wife loves dogs as long as they belong to someone else. We have cats but I need to do something like this to get some time with dogs. I just retired from teaching after 31 years in the job. I go for walks every day and I thought why not walk with a dog. I am not able to watch dogs at my house. I have a geriatric cat that would probably have a heart attack. I am primarily looking to walk dogs, but I could dog sit over night at the client's house in a pinch.

“Daniel & Rachel are amazing boarders. They took such great care of my Rottweiler Mia. I had an issue with timing for drop off/ pick up and they were very accommodating. This was Mia's first time being boarded. They took excellent care of Mia for all those days and during that time even were able to introduce her to leash walking which she had never done as she uses an invisible fence on my property and had never been leashed. They even provided information on the exact harness that was used, and I bought my own. Besides how great they took care of her providing her with toys, interaction, attention, and walks I also received daily pics of Mia playing, going to the dog park, etc. They kept me apprised as to how she was doing making my time away worry free & less anxious. If you desire individual care & attention for your dog then Daniel & Rachel are definitely the top choice! Excellent people and excellent communication!”

“Brandon is Excellent and we highly recommend him. Our dog ran away from my sisters house last March vacation (got her back after 4 days in the wild) so we were a bit nervous leaving her with anyone for fear she might escape again. Brandon assured us he would always keep Skyler on a leash and be vigilant about keeping doors shut and not letting her escape. Skyler spend 8 days with Brandon and everything went great! We received daily pics and notes which gave us peace that she was well cared for and safe. Brandon even let us meet with him TWICE at no charge for an hour to let Skyler get to know him including 45 min where I left and came back to get her while he took her on a walk in the neighborhood. Brandon gave Skyler her seizure pills daily and Skyler came home happy and healthy. Cannot recommend Brandon enough, this guy really cares about our dog as much as we do. We will use him again.”
