They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and have rescued many dogs over the years. I also grew up with dogs during my childhood. The last six we’ve owned have been rescues. I'm looking for part-time work doing some type of care for other's dogs, whether it be caring for them in their own home while the family is on vacation or letting them out during the day while the owner works. I'm available most days for overnight stays (based on availability) and most days for walks and drop-in visits, if they need to be let out or just played with for a while. I now own two small dogs. They are a Cavachon that we got at the age of 8 weeks and a Yorkie mix we adopted when he was 3. The Cavachon’s name is Cooper and in 2025 he turned 4. He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I insist on a meet and greet to make sure that your fur baby is going to be a good match with our family. I do not board pit bulls (or pit mixes), German Shepherds, Rottweilers it any aggressive dogs for my safety as well as my pup. I am retired. I never leave your pups alone. If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.

I’ve never met a cat I didn’t love! I have two super friendly poodle mixes Nova and Arlo. Not only have I taken care of cats/dogs for 20+ years, I’m also the first to volunteer to care for my friends and neighbors beloved pets. I once babysat a neighbors 30 outdoor cats! I also have experience with senior cats and dogs. My expertise with dogs are home visits, walking and fetch or playing. I have a toddler who also loves animals and will accompany me at times, so a friendly dog is a MUST. I will watch one small/medium dog at my home in Ravenna prior to meeting them to ensure they get along with my pups. I treat my pets like family members, and would love to care for yours as well! I work a flexible hybrid schedule so I’m willing to work with your schedule. I’m available for overnight doggy daycare at my home for one family friendly pup if you’re out of town. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups to keep your dog company. They love to play! I’m willing and able to crate if needed as well.

“Susan and her husband cared for Barney like he was their own. They are both very responsible, caring and loving dog owners that Barney was more than comfortable with. Their dog, Jonah, was very well behaved and super friendly. Jonah and Barney were best buds within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. They went on a few walks and played a bunch in their fenced in backyard. Barney was tired out and a happy dog when we came to pick him up :) I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a trusting and caring dog sitter.”

“My experience with Jenna and Nathan exceeded my expectations more than I can say. I have a rescue dog who is very shy. I have never left her anywhere and did not know what to expect. I had lots of anxiety about leaving her. But, they were so good with her. Their children were so attentive to her. They are genuinely very nice, caring people. They have a large fenced in backyard and their house is so perfect for the dogs comfort. . They really take their job serious. They walked Maddie. They took her for rides in the car. They played with her and the other dogs outside. They treated her like she was a member of their family. Sent at least two videos a day with comments that kept me informed about how she was adjusting. Towards the end of the week I was afraid Maddie would not even want to go home with us. I highly recommend Nathan and Jenna. I feel like I can actually go away for a couple days at a time now as long as they are able to babysit my sweet pup. Another wonderful thing about them is that one of them is home at all times. At least they were able to do that the week we were gone.”

When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated.
