“Rachel and Daniel were fabulous! My dogs had a great time! Honestly, I was afraid they wouldn’t wanna come back home with me lol. I’ve got future stays booked already:)”

“I am so critical of who watches my pets. This is the first time that I have ever boarded my two mastiffs. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend Arya. The quality I like the best is that our pets' welfare and comfort seem to be the first priority with him, above all else. He cares about what is best for my pets. Together with his knowledge and experience, I feel I can trust him completely. Excellent communication gave me piece of mind knowing all is well while we are away. I have every confidence in Arya and enthusiastically recommend him.”

“I love Susan and Kenny. They are so good with my girl Mona. Mona is a rescue and hates to be away from her person. Susan and Kenny have become her new persons after only two stays. They treat Mona like I treat Mona. I'm so happy to have found them.”

“Deanna took great care of our dog! She was so kind and welcoming, and made me feel like our pup was safe and well cared for. I appreciated the photo updates throughout his stay with her! We'd be happy to have her care for him again!”

“Isabel has been awesome with our Buddy. We have used her always and have been very happy with her. She truly is an animal lover and will make your furry family member feel right at home. My dog is an older big dog and she always takes extra special care of his needs. Isabel sends pictures and updates through the entire stay. We will continue to use her as long as she will have us!”

“Alayna and Adam deserve a 10 star review. They met the needs of our dogs, they followed instructions provided, kept the dogs engaged and stimulated. Dogs were perfect little angels and never showed distress as they were made to feel at home during their stay. Great communcation via messages, videos and pictures. They shared any concerns they observed during the stay and checked in to make sure it was normal behavior and one of our dogs health was okay. They were amazing and accomodating. Their house is clean!! I can't say enough things about them! Will definitely book them again!”

“I was super nervous about leaving my puppy Simba for the first time. Zachary and his family took great care of him. I love that the backyard is fenced in and the dogs are able to run and play. When I picked my puppy up, he wasvery relaxed and calm and you can tell he had a good time I will definitely book with Zachary and his family for all of my future dog sitting needs.”

“This was our first time using Wendy’s service. She was wonderful with our dog. She sent us pictures during his stay to keep us informed of how he’s doing. Her house is immaculate. We felt very comfortable with leaving our fur baby with her as soon as we met her and see her place the first time during the interview process. Thank you for take such good care of our Mater.”

“Kim is so wonderful! My dog is young and gets food aggressive with other animals, but she handled it great and was very accommodating to her needs. Her two dogs are so sweet and her home is a great environment for my dog. My dog seemed very comfortable and loved. I received plenty of pictures (which I adore). I would highly recommend Kim to care for your pup!”

“Our puppy LOVED staying at Cassie’s! Cassie was very commentating, kept us updated with pictures and was the friendliest! I can’t wait to book with her again because I know Lucie just loved staying with her and playing with her kids!”

“Savannah was awesome! She kept me up to date with both pictures and videos. My husband and I both commented on how nice it was to take Sylvie to Savannah's home, compared to a boarding kennel. She got a lot more love, attention and care and came home smelling great too!”

“This was our first time ever leaving a pet with someone we didn’t know. Our former pitty had severe abandonment issues that left us very very Anxious. Karma was so relaxed that it eased all of our anxiety. Our baby was very well taken care of and had so much fun with all his new friends and running the big backyard. She gave updates was so flexible when we needed to change our pick up time due to unforeseen circumstances. Will definitely use her in the future.”

“Melissa is fantastic. She accepted our two dogs into her home and they were treated like hers. She set twice a day updates with pictures and videos. I was out of the country in a different time zone and wonderfully took that into account when she sent her updates. I’m not sure my dogs were happy to come home, they truly love staying with Melissa.”

“We’re really happy with Debra and how she handled everything for our dog while we were out of town. We arranged for a meetup before the stay to ensure this would be a good match. When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. While we were away we received daily updates with photos and it looked like our pup was having a great time. Thanks for taking good care and we look forward to scheduling with you again!”

“Nathan and Jenna we're great. The dogs got 24/7 attention and love from them, the other dogs and the kids. We'll be called them up again for the next time we need a sitter.”

About: Hi I’m Hayley! I have about a year of Rover experience, doing doggie drop ins and walks. A little bit about me: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs nearly my entire life. I’ve never met a cat I didn’t love! I have two super friendly poodle mixes Nova and Arlo. Not only have I taken care of cats/dogs for 20+ years, I’m also the first to volunteer to care for my friends and neighbors beloved pets. I once babysat a neighbors 30 outdoor cats! I also have experience with senior cats and dogs. My expertise with dogs are home visits, walking and fetch or playing. I have a toddler who also loves animals and will accompany me at times, so a friendly dog is a MUST. I will watch one small/medium dog at my home in Ravenna prior to meeting them to ensure they get along with my pups. I treat my pets like family members, and would love to care for yours as well! I work a flexible hybrid schedule so I’m willing to work with your schedule. I’m available for overnight doggy daycare at my home for one family friendly pup if you’re out of town. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups to keep your dog company. They love to play! I’m willing and able to crate if needed as well.
“Once again, Tommy has been cared for by Kathy and Graham so well that we never have to worry when we are away. It's obvious that he remembers and loves them. He enjoys his walks, cuddles and special treats!. The pictures we receive make us smile as well.”

“This was our first time using the service. Summer kept us up to date and send pics of our girl. She communicated with us in a timely manner and did an awesome job keeping us informed!”

“Lindsay was an amazing sitter for my baby Theodore. She was attentive, patient, sweet, and also gives updates on how he was doing the whole time. I got daily pictures of him and it made me really happy. I will book her again and again. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely 10/10. I didn’t have the greatest experience with my last sitter from Rover, so I was really hoping this time around would be different and Deanna did not disappoint. She was prompt, friendly, and was able to check the things I asked about. One of my cats requires two medications and she successfully administered them. She also played with and gave treats out, which I know they love. I can tell they were well taken care of while I was away because they were happy and not screaming when I got back, and appreciate the attention she put towards them. Also sent very cute pictures each visit. Definitely recommend booking with her and will do so again if I need the services!”

“Allison was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure my cats were well cared for and even offered to do little extra things like getting the mail and watering some house plants. I highly recommend Allison and will most definitely be asking her to cat sit again in the future.”

“Mackenzie is wonderful! She took photos of my cats so I could see they were eating...not really an issue, but you know.... She also watered plants and brought in the mail...and during a rainstorm she checked for a leak (older home here) and then txted back and forth to sort out where to find a bucket to catch drips until I got home. I whole- heartedly recommend her.”

“Denise is amazing and I highly recommend using her. She updated us daily with adorable pictures of her playing with our fur baby. And even send me updates with WhatsApp since we were out of the country!! Knowing we have such a reliable and caring pet sitter relieves the stress we use to feel while traveling.”

“I was away in Europe for a month, and Hayley took care of my cat with her sitting sessions, putting my worries at ease. Her communication is amazing and she was always reachable. I highly recommend Hayley and would love to work with her again.”

About: I’ve cared for my own dog and neighbor’s dogs for 14 years, giving me experience with daily routines, long-term responsibility, and attentive care through different life stages. I’m patient, gentle, and take time to get to know each pet’s needs and personality so they feel safe and comfortable in my care. Since I recently graduated, my schedule is pretty flexible this summer outside of babysitting a couple days a week. Pet care already feels like a natural part of my routine because I’m used to caring for animals consistently and making time for walks, feeding, attention, and keeping them comfortable. I care for pets by paying attention to their routines and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout the day. With my own dog, that means keeping up with feeding, medication when needed, outside time, playtime, and affection—especially since he’s a senior now. In a client’s home, I’d make sure their pet gets the same attentiveness while following the routines and preferences they’re used to.
“True animal-loving and caring individual. Attention to detail, followed our excessive written instructions to the "T", and did extra work outside of requirements. We will definitely be hiring again.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs through both personal and professional settings. I currently own my own dog and grew up in a household with dogs, giving me lifelong experience with daily care, feeding, exercise, grooming, and administering basic medications. Additionally, while working as a nanny, I regularly cared for the family’s dogs by feeding them, taking them on walks, providing companionship, and ensuring their overall well-being while the family was away. I am comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes, and temperaments and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m off work for the summer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive, reliable care for your pets. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or overnight care, I’m available throughout the day to make sure your pets get the attention and love they deserve. I treat pets like family in my home. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and affection. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions from the owner. My goal is to make pets feel happy, comfortable, and at home while they’re in my care.
About: Hi, I’m Nicole — a lifelong animal lover and self‑proclaimed helicopter dog parent. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. My babies are in heaven now so I’ve joined rover as a pet sitter. I’ve spent the last decade-plus loving and supporting two very different pups with very different needs. My 16‑year‑old baby boy chihuahua Harley taught me everything about caring for a truly high‑maintenance senior dog. From medications and special feeding routines to extra snuggles, slow walks, and those middle‑of‑the‑night “I need you now” moments — I’ve handled it all with patience, gentleness, and love. I also shared my life with my 11 year old Labrador-baby girl Lexi- who recently passed away from cancer on 5/19. Navigating that journey with her taught me deep compassion, vigilance, and emotional care. I became an expert in monitoring comfort levels, adjusting daily routines, and making every moment count. These experiences shaped the way I care for every dog who comes into my home: with attentiveness, understanding, and the same level of devotion I have given my own. • I treat your dog the way I treat mine — like family. • I am extremely attentive and present. If your pup needs something, I’m there. • Senior dogs and high‑maintenance fur babies are welcome. I get them. • Dogs are absolutely allowed on furniture — cuddles are encouraged here. • We don’t have a fence, but I’m a safety‑first sitter. I leash dogs for every potty break and stay right with them. • Because I work from home, your dog will rarely be left alone. • My home is calm, cozy, and dog friendly. Why I Do This I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone. They’re your heart. Your family. Your little shadow. I’ve been in your shoes many times, I’ve used Rover in the past and my goal is to give you that same peace of mind I always looked for — knowing your pup is safe, loved, and truly understood. On weekdays I go to the gym early in the morning and telework daily in my private office with a comfy dog friendly couch. Sometimes I am home on the weekends and sometimes not so it depends on when you need care. If you’re unsure just message me and I can see if I am free. :) I do ask that if you request me, you have a filled out rover profile and photos. Thank you. Our non-smoking home is pet friendly and I have a 12 year old daughter who loves animals. I do not have any animals in my home. For potty breaks your pet would be leashed.
About: I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! I have rescued several cats and found loving homes after getting them medical care (I always keep in touch). One of my cats was a bottle baby after finding her on the side of the road at only 3 weeks old, she is now almost 2. I also provided supportive care for my two eldest cats (11years) after their major surgeries (perineal urethrostomy and gallbladder removal). I am also in the process of obtaining my wildlife rehabilitation permit for I always seem to be brought animals to care for and I would like to do more for them than just transporting to a rehabilitator! I have a lot of room at my house which includes the finished basement area with separate rooms, a mudroom, a large fenced in backyard, and kennels if needed. I'm willing to travel to you, or care for your animals here! All my animals are friendly (successfully introduced and integrated) but if yours needs some privacy I can absolutely provide it. I'm here to help, I hope it's clear how important your fur babies would be to me! I would love to make whatever it is you need happen. I am currently a stay at home mom with my own fur babies. My day starts at 6AM when I wake up to feed and walk the dogs and check to see if the cats need anything. I would be more than happy to care for your animal(s) here or get out of the house and care for them in their home! I have a large fenced in yard, a finished basement with separate rooms, a separate mudroom, and kennels if needed! My 4 cats and 2 dogs roam the house and would love to make new friends, but if your animals are shy, we have plenty of space to accommodate. All I ask is for a clear set of instructions if caring for your pet in your home and you can expect those instructions to be carried out with love and respect for your animal(s) and property. I am also insured for pet care/housesitting through PCI.

I treat every dog like part of the family—whether we’re going for a walk, playing fetch, or just relaxing together. With a calm, patient nature and a flexible schedule, I can focus fully on your pet’s needs and routines. You can rest easy knowing they’ll be safe, happy, and loved like one of my own. If you dog stays with me, they will be treated just like my own pet. I am able to walk them, feed them special diets, or administer oral medication. I am home almost all of the time and can give them the attention they need.
About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I insist on a meet and greet to make sure that your fur baby is going to be a good match with our family. I do not board pit bulls (or pit mixes), German Shepherds, Rottweilers it any aggressive dogs for my safety as well as my pup. I am retired. I never leave your pups alone. If I need to run to the store, my husband is here with the pups. When the pups are outside, I'm outside work them. I have a large fenced in back yard and a standard poodle that would love to play with your pup/pups and keep them company. She loves having new playmates.
About: Since being retired, I have plenty of time to help dog owners. I’m available to board, sit or walk your dog. Whatever I can do to help. I’m retired so I have the time. It helps pass the time. I lost my fur baby a few years ago after having him for 12 years. I have a fenced in yard and no current animals so each of the animals will have my undivided attention. I can gladly take care of them.

I am in my 4th year of studying Animal Behavior, which feeds my interest in enrichment and proper welfare for all animals. I have experience with: • oral medication administration • pets with anxiety • grooming and nail trimming (*depends on your pet's temperament) • enrichment I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or pet-sittings. ***I do not offer boarding due to my own pet for the safety of all pets involved! I'm currently on break for the summer and have full availability during the week to stop in and take your pet for a walk or play session, or house sit for a longer period. I tend to stick to the instructions provided as to keep a normal routine for your pet. For a first time visit, I will get aquatinted with your pet and offer a treat if allowed. I will send photos of your pet when I arrive and leave to offer some peace of mind. For walks, I will take your dog on a stroll around the neighborhood so they can let out some energy and use the restroom, followed by a treat after returning home. Drop-ins are similar where the pet will be taken outside for the restroom if needed and have some playtime to let out some energy. For pet sitting jobs, I tend to ask more questions about your pet to get a better understanding of their needs as well as anything else that will need taken care of such as collecting the mail, or watering plants. No matter the species, each visit will include playing, treats, and lots of pets! When entering or leaving your home, I ensure that the key is placed in the correct spot (to prevent lockouts!) after locking to keep your pet and home safe.

“Lindsay was an amazing sitter for my baby Theodore. She was attentive, patient, sweet, and also gives updates on how he was doing the whole time. I got daily pictures of him and it made me really happy. I will book her again and again. Highly recommend.”

“Jessica deserves 10/10 stars. She was amazing with Bailey. She was able to make our wedding special by bringing Bailey to our wedding ceremony. We definitely plan on using Jessica again for our boarding services in the future.”

“Kristen was amazing with our Koko. She was always updating us on her day. She liked being there so much that she did not have her usual excitement upon seeing us. I'm so glad we found her and we will definitely be using her when we need to be away. She also got along really well with Kristen's fur babies.”

“Isabella made sure our two dogs had a great time with her! They went to the dog park, on a hike, and even for a pup cup. She sent lots of pictures and was very communicative. We appreciate her taking on our last minute booking!”

“I knew it was smart to book with Brandon again as Skyler was so excited when we pulled down his street. Like last time, Brandon took great care of Skyler and he's really made his place super dog friendly with new flooring, fenced in back yard and a roll of Astroturf just arrived to help the dogs stay a bit less muddy on rainy days. We're pretty picky and Brandon did a great job again.”

“Susan and her husband cared for Barney like he was their own. They are both very responsible, caring and loving dog owners that Barney was more than comfortable with. Their dog, Jonah, was very well behaved and super friendly. Jonah and Barney were best buds within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. They went on a few walks and played a bunch in their fenced in backyard. Barney was tired out and a happy dog when we came to pick him up :) I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a trusting and caring dog sitter.”

“I was extremely happy with the care that Gail provided my dog, Cinnamon. She sent daily pictures and updates which helped ease the worry of leaving Cinnamon for the first time. I will definitely be booking with Gail again in the future!”
