About: We are both retired and love to take care of dogs. We have a five acre farm with 1/2 acre fenced in yard. Our beagle is always happy to have visitors. We are both retired educators so we have plenty of time to dedicate to your babies! We are empty-nesters so your pets will be our children while they are in our home. About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2024 started year four of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. Dog walking/pet sitting is my passion and full time career. Even while having a steady schedule I have the flexibility that allows me to get to your VIP quickly while maintaining a high level of quality care for all of the animals I care for. From how your pets eat their meals, to sleeping arrangements I try to keep things as normal as possible for them. During my time with your pet they have my undivided attention.

“I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. About: If there’s one thing I know, it’s pets. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, and helped friends foster possums and raccoons growing up. I currently have a 16 year old cattle dog lab mix, an 8 year old boston terrier, and a 3 year old bobtail cat. Raising a senior dog has taught me many things including oral med administration for animals, as well as how to handle general health ailments and emergencies that naturally come as dogs age. I work from home and have a fenced in yard. My animals have free rein of the home, and furniture. Working from home allows me to cater to any dogs schedule. The front half of my yard has a puppy picket fence so that small dogs can not get out, the back yard has a normal picket, but is six feet so that bigger dogs can roam comfortably without being able to easily jump over it. I am able to cater to dogs that need to be crated as well as animals that roam. I’ve used rover as a pet parent for years, so I understand what it can be like to leave your pet with someone new. I’ll make it a point to send you updates at least once a day detailing how they are doing, and send videos and pictures.

About: I used to work as a dog trainer for a few years and have worked with all breeds of dogs, and all ages! I’ve grown up with cats and dogs - love them to bits! I have a lot of experience with dogs and cats - reading their body language, playing with them, walking them (no matter the size), and I will always give them space if needed. I wouldn’t ever force a pet out of its comfort zone because that can cause “an aggressive” scenario or permanently scare a pet. I love to play tug and fetch with dogs. My dog (recently passed( absolutely loved to play frisbee and we go to the park and run off so much energy! I can’t wait to make so many fur friends! About: Hi! I’m a stay-at-home mom with a lifelong passion for animals and a dream of growing my own pet care business. I’ve had animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, personalities, and needs. I also have experience administering medications and caring for special-needs pets, so your fur baby will always be in safe and loving hands. My home is perfect for active, social dogs! I have high-energy pups of my own who absolutely love making new friends and playing with other animals. Because safety is my top priority, I only accept dogs that are friendly, social, and well-behaved around other dogs. Your pup will enjoy tons of supervised playtime on our fully fenced-in acre of land, including separate fenced areas for independent play and relaxation if needed. I believe every dog deserves love, attention, enrichment, and lots of fun while you’re away. I also offer free light grooming for overnight stays if requested, and I love making homemade pet treats for my furry guests! Animal rescue and helping pets in need has always been close to my heart, and I treat every dog like part of the family. I can’t wait to meet your best friend and give them a safe, loving, and fun home away from home I am a stay at home mommy so I have so much free time on hands to care for your babies ! I have a golden retriever that loves to play! I let all animals out as needed so works perfectly for your fur babies potty needs ! I’m available any time and any day I have multiple fenced in areas and a heated pet area in the garage to also bathe your babies in if needed! Your furry pets are welcome in my home during day and will be put in the garage with beds and everything they need at night time! I also make my own pet treats ! Your babies definitely will be spoiled!
About: I've worked at a doggy day care from 2023-2025 and only stopped because I moved to Ohio from out of state. I have limited puppy training experience, and a good understanding of dog and cat behavior. I also have reptile experience as I owned a California King Snake before moving. Available Monday through Friday from 10am-3:30pm. Saturday from 9am-12pm. I am currently taking time away from working, so I have plenty of time to spend helping take care of your pets! And I will treat every animal with the same level of compassion and respect, because I know that they are more than just animals you live with. I am always alert and watching the mood of animals, so I will be able to ensure they are safe and get along. Crating or separating if needed. And I can help with administering medications.
About: I’ve had animals my whole life, ranging from 10+ cats, little shi tzus and Pomeranians, and up to a 130+ lb Rottweiler! I love animals of all sorts, and caring for them is my true passion. I believe pets are the most precious companions people can have, so they should have the love as possible to accommodate that ! I am currently in college, and I do not have a technical job, though I sometimes do grocery delivery orders, I usually spend my time studying. I have a shi-tzu who is super playful and sweet, I do not have a yard but there is a huge field next to my home where I take my dog to go potty.
About: I've had and taken care of animals since before I can remember. I've taken care of multiple elder dogs and being careful to give them their correct care. I have also recently got a puppy of my own who I have been working on to correct his behaviors. I am currently unemployed and have a lot of free time to dedicate to people's animals. I have my own car as well so I should be able to make it anywhere, anytime. I look for the animals comfortable spot and learn what toys they like the most. I spend as much time as the animal wants enjoying their company and playing fetch with their favorite toy.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, other than my own dogs I have been a pet sitter for friends / family for 5+ years. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. I’ve had multiple litters of puppies and breeds all the way from chihuahuas to great danes ! I’m currently unemployed so I have plenty of free time on my hands ! I can work with any schedule that fits you best ! I have five dogs myself! We have 7 acres we let them run free on, but if we do go in public they are always on leashes. I can 100% trust them but you never know with other animals so just a safety hazard ! I’ve cared for dogs with fenced in yards and without so I’m fine with either !
About: Hi, I’m Katelyn! A little about me - I’m a wife, mom of 3, and of course an avid animal lover which is what led me to Rover. I have experience with small to large breeds and from puppies to seniors. I live on two acres of land, however none of it is fenced in so pets that are in my care will be leashed during any and all outdoor time. My home is very clean and well kept! My schedule is open and flexible. I am reliable, experienced, and pay close attention to detail. So please, feel free to give me any and all details that I will need to make sure that your fur baby is happy, accommodated, and comfortable. Pets in my care mostly have free range of the house when they are with me. Crated only if I need to leave. Potty breaks are given as often as they’re needed. I will watch for their ques and also take them out often. I send daily updates with pictures/videos so that pet parents are always informed on how their pets are doing during their time with me. About: I’ve house sat and taken care of animals of all kinds since I could remember. I’ve had cats my entire life and dogs for 90% of it. I have my own dog Murph who is a Bernese Mt Dog Husky mix. I have awkward hours due to being a student and part time worker which means my hours are perfect for those longer days when you need someone to stop by or take your furry friend for a walk I have history with walking and house sitting, as long as week stays at a time depending on the schedule. About: I've taken care of many stray kittens as a kid and my own pets as well (both dogs and cats). I know how important quality care is. Currently I am unemployed- So this leaves me plenty of time to give quality care to your furry friend. I have dependable transportation to be there for your pet. About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2024 started year four of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. Dog walking/pet sitting is my passion and full time career. Even while having a steady schedule I have the flexibility that allows me to get to your VIP quickly while maintaining a high level of quality care for all of the animals I care for. From how your pets eat their meals, to sleeping arrangements I try to keep things as normal as possible for them. During my time with your pet they have my undivided attention.
