About: I have a sweet beagle that was rescued 7 years ago. I am fully responsible for his care, including feeding, walking, bathing, nail trimming, etc. I always check him for ticks after visiting a park and know how to safely remove them. I enjoy going for long walks, especially in summer, so would be glad to give your dog exercise. My kids have had goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and ducks, which are all fun to play with, and I would be glad to care for your less-typical pets, if needed. I have even cared for lizards and snakes. I am a teacher, so have loads of time available in the summer. During the school year, I am available most weekends and after 4 on weekdays. I always keep dogs on leash when walking them...you never know when a squirrel or other dog will come by or how they will react.

About: I grew up with dogs and as a kid, I took care of neighbor's dogs from time to time when they were away. My wife loves dogs as long as they belong to someone else. We have cats but I need to do something like this to get some time with dogs. I just retired from teaching after 31 years in the job. I go for walks every day and I thought why not walk with a dog. I am not able to watch dogs at my house. I have a geriatric cat that would probably have a heart attack. About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. Our pricing reflects the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well cared for and part of our family during their stay with us. Or for in house sitting, we are mature, reliable and trustworthy and treat your home like our own. We look forward to hearing from you! My husband and I are retired so we are very flexible in our schedule and decided we want to do something meaningful and enjoyable in our retirement. We have a large 1.5 acre lot with a pond on property. It is very serene and peaceful here. Our yard is only partially fenced so we keep the dogs on leash when walking outside. We make frequent potty breaks and like to take dogs for walks in the woods behind our house. They dogs usually sleep on a bed on the floor in our bedroom but will be crated if we have to leave the house for their own safety.

About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and have rescued many dogs over the years. I also grew up with dogs during my childhood. The last six we’ve owned have been rescues. I'm looking for part-time work doing some type of care for other's dogs, whether it be caring for them in their own home while the family is on vacation or letting them out during the day while the owner works. I'm available most days for overnight stays (based on availability) and most days for walks and drop-in visits, if they need to be let out or just played with for a while. I now own two small dogs. They are a Cavachon that we got at the age of 8 weeks and a Yorkie mix we adopted when he was 3. The Cavachon’s name is Cooper and in 2025 he turned 4. He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. About: I live in an apartment at Kent State and am back and forth from Solon in the summer! My dog at my parents home is very reactive and we have been with many trainers to calm him down. I have much experience with dogs like him and learned from trainers. I have sat for various owners over the last few years and always enjoy keeping animals company! I am a college student! I live in a pet friendly apartment with a nice outside area. I have a very open schedule and would be open to helping anyone out at any time! I always make sure to have the pet's water and food stalked up and clean up the surrounding areas for the owner. I always make sure to leave the space looking better than when I arrived. I cannot house pets at my home due to my reactive animal but I am 100% willing to come to you!

About: I have taken care of dogs for my entire life, including pet sitting for neighbors and friends. Growing up, we mostly had large breeds dogs, making me uniquely qualified for watching large breeds. My parents’ Newfie is a common household guest. We currently have a Beagle and a Golden Retriever who love making new friends! My husband and I both work from home so we are able to provide constant love and attention throughout the day and can provide lots of potty breaks if requested. At most, dogs may be alone for an hour or two for errands. I treat every pet as if they were my own and take extra precautions to ensure a secure and comfortable environment. We have a fenced in backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence and dogs are always supervised while outside. Clear communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates.

They cared for my new rescue Ronnie who is very timid. Mike has a wonderful fenced-in backyard where Ronnie enjoyed romping with Mike's dogs Pickle and Snoopy his home is very dog-friendly, comfortable, and cozy and Ronnie made himself right at home. I received daily photos which gave me the reassurance that Ronnie was enjoying wonderful care. I even remarked to Mike that I hoped Ronnie would want to come home with me.
