“Rikki and her family were excellent!! It was our first time boarding our 10 month old pup Luna, so we were nervous (and a bit high maintenance), but she put us at ease and was very communicative. Luna stayed about two full days and nights with Rikki. We met Rikki, her small kids, and other pups (two own, two other Rovers) at drop off — everyone was wonderful. They all spent tons of time outside with Luna, which is exactly what we wanted for her. Luna and the pups played around as soon as we got there, and based on Rikki’s pics/messages, that’s most of what they did for the two days. We came by to walk Luna after the first overnight, thinking she might have some separation anxiety, but Luna was happily tail wagging from the puppy party. Overnight, Luna slept in the bed with Rikki and her sweet daughter — again exactly what we hoped for. When we picked Luna up, she was happy as ever - thrilled to see us, but also seemed a bit torn to leave her new friends behind. Such is life. Perfect, sweet family for an energetic sweet pup that is good with social situations. Will absolutely come back to Rikki if we have another boarding need while in town.”

She went way above and beyond with toys and even heated blankets for the older gentleman. I cannot say enough, how amazing she was! I don’t think they missed us at all while we were gone :-) She was very mindful of their well-being and happiness, took them on walks, and sent us pictures every day. Additionally, she also looked after our chickens, and even had to capture a few that didn’t make it in the coop at night! She went beyond full service. About: I have had kitties most of my life. I love kitties! Right now I have 2 cats of my own and I foster others. It took 3.5 years of trying before I could even pet one of my foster kitties. Last summer I took in a feral mom cat and 3 of her kittens. I worked and worked with the kittens to be able to touch them. One loves to be petted and the other 2 kittens will only let me pet them while they are eating a churu treat, lol. I bought a generation 7 wheel for the kittens. The one male kitten gets the wheel going so fast! He loves it! They're all so fun and spunky :)

About: I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! One of my cats was a bottle baby after finding her on the side of the road at only 3 weeks old, she is now almost 2. About: It seems as if I've always had a cat or dog or both since I was in grade school. At this time I have many kitties and one dog. Some of my kitties are foster kitties. Some I can pet and others I enjoy from a distance. I have 1 dog named Frannie. She is possibly a Rottweiler shepherd mix. In the past I grew up with a standard poodle. I have had a shepherd mix, another Rottweiler mix and a pit mix. I have seen all my dogs and cats thru to the rainbow bridge. I have fostered a litter of labrador puppies. That was fun! I currently help my mom with her pug mix named Chloe. I am currently working part time at a pre-school. I have Mondays, weekends, holidays and the summers off. I work until noon Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays until 3pm I would need to make sure your pets are cared for before I go to work @7:15am. I have a neighbor who helps me let my dog out while I'm at work, so I would be free after work to check on your animal(s). I would then need to come back to my house and take care of my animals and then go back to check on yours. I could do that as often as needed and then longer thru the night. I anticipate every situation to be different so depending on the need. I would be able to keep kitties in my spare bedroom. I have a large screen door to put in front of the bedroom door to keep them separate from my animals if needed. I am flexible to what the needs may be

About: I’ve been around animals since the day I was born. Currently I’m in college for veterinary technician, and working as a veterinary assistant. Animals are my passion and I love to work with them everyday. If you want a bath, or nail trims done I can also do this as well. Currently I am working full time but I have free evenings and my weekends are free along with a few designated weekdays. I can board pups overnight on certain days, or walk your pets in the evening if you’re out late. I have a husky mix and 2 Shepherds who can keep your pups company while they stay with me, along with daily walks that we take them on. We enjoy hiking as well, therefore with permission can take your pup out!

I volunteered at a dog training center for many years while I was in high school/college. I took pride in helping and interacting with all the pups! I have 4 friendly dogs; one who is Canine Good Citizen certified that I enjoy taking into nursing homes and schools to support and uplift others! I work full-time on Rover during the summer so my schedule is fairly open throughout the week and weekends! I adjust accordingly and am always willing to change my schedule around when I am able! :) I have a fenced in back yard and 4 friendly dogs! I am willing to do whatever is best for your pet(s) so they feel relaxed and cared for in their environment.
About: Experienced animal lover here. I am a full-time, in-home caregiver for the elderly in our community and I am looking for some additional part-time work to save up for a vacation I have planned in September. I am ready for the fun, and not so fun chores :) I am available during the week after 12pm. Weekend availability varies. I have some availability after 3pm on certain weekends and not available at all for others. I am able to care for your pet(s) at the clients home, but cannot offer care in my home. Following the clients’ plan and/or instructions is my priority.
About: I am a lover of all animals, dogs especially. For as far back as I can remember I have had a dog in my life. They have come in all sizes and energy levels, including golden retrievers, Chihuahua, blue heelers, and pit bulls. I also have experience caring for cats and snakes but feel generally comfortable caring for any kind of animal. As far as professional experience, I worked as an assistant in a vet clinic during high school. I am currently a gig worker on other platforms, so I am able to have a pretty open schedule. Your baby would be able to have as much attention as needed I have no criminal record and can pass a background check if needed to be able to care for your pet at your home. If your baby needed to stay with me at my house please be aware that I have a standard poodle (very friendly and good with cats or dogs) that they would need to be ok with.

Semi retired and on a flexible schedule so I have time to shower kindness and caring on your pets while you’re away. I have experience in obedience training and worked as a professional groomer for both dogs and cats. I was adopted by my 2 fur babies (both rescues) and I frequently watch my grand dogs. Please contact me if you are needing help with your pet(s) during work days or while on vacation. I also have experience in the health care field (for humans) which is helpful in taking care of pets with special needs. I am available most of the time. I’m semi retired and have occasional commitments but will always put your pet as a priority if they are under my care. Am happy to care for your pet! I prefer to have pets crate trained to stay in my home overnight; owner would need to provide the crate. This is just for their safety! I will come to your home to walk, play and feed your pets as desired!

“Rikki and her family were excellent!! It was our first time boarding our 10 month old pup Luna, so we were nervous (and a bit high maintenance), but she put us at ease and was very communicative. Luna stayed about two full days and nights with Rikki. We met Rikki, her small kids, and other pups (two own, two other Rovers) at drop off — everyone was wonderful. They all spent tons of time outside with Luna, which is exactly what we wanted for her. Luna and the pups played around as soon as we got there, and based on Rikki’s pics/messages, that’s most of what they did for the two days. We came by to walk Luna after the first overnight, thinking she might have some separation anxiety, but Luna was happily tail wagging from the puppy party. Overnight, Luna slept in the bed with Rikki and her sweet daughter — again exactly what we hoped for. When we picked Luna up, she was happy as ever - thrilled to see us, but also seemed a bit torn to leave her new friends behind. Such is life. Perfect, sweet family for an energetic sweet pup that is good with social situations. Will absolutely come back to Rikki if we have another boarding need while in town.”
