On top of being just 4 miles from my home, Susan was just wonderful to us during our meet and greet, where we met her 2 dogs and 2 cats (can't say we really met the cats, since cats don't do meet and greets). We're always concerned about Abby and other dogs but once Susan's dogs met Abby, sniffed her once or twice, the novelty was gone and they all settled down. This was the first time that we had left Abby with anyone she doesn't know, and I can say that I was a little anxious, but Susan was fantastic! It's clear that she has a lot of experience with animals and cares deeply for them. She supplied lots of feedback and photos during Abby's 2-night stay and responded very quickly to my texts. When I moved out, I got my own dynamic duo over the years- a chihuahua mix (Brulee- like the dessert crème Brulee) and three years later an Australian shepherd mix (muffin). Brulee was a very opinionated and particular girl while muffin is a gentle soul and afraid of her own shadow. I love taking dogs on walks and hikes, allowing them to set the tone and pace- if they want to speed walk, we can do that or if they want to take a leisurely stroll sniffing every blade of grass that is fine too. I will keep your dog leashed the entire time we are out of the house, unless we are in an enclosed backyard. I do not take dogs to dog parks, unless have a well-established recall and if you request me to. However your pet wants to play, I am game- we can play ball, tug of war, hide and seek, or treat puzzles- whatever gets them excited! I am happy to medicate and feed your pet as needed. I prefer to meet you and your fur baby beforehand to ensure safety and it is a good fit! I currently work from home full time and pick up shifts at clinics when I can. My schedule hours vary so I can be available at normal or obscure hours. As long as we can find a window to make it work, I am happy to be flexible for you and your fur baby! I will care for your pets and home like I care for my own. About: I'm a freelance animation writer and dog lover who has had dogs his entire life and enjoys walking and sitting his friend's dogs. About: I’ve had many pets over the years, and I know how special and important they are in our lives. I have taken care of pets for family, friends, and neighbors; from puppies/ kittens to very special seniors. My children are adults now, so I am very flexible as far as scheduling goes, in order to meet your and your pet’s needs. I come to you! I will carry out your instructions in your pet’s own environment, and make sure they are safe and happy, keeping feedings in mind, as well as doors or gates that need to stay closed.
About: I’ve cared for many types of animals of different shapes and sizes in various animal shelter, grooming, and veterinary settings. From pets, to livestock, and exotic reptiles. I’m currently a veterinary technician student as well. Your Companion deserves Time, Love, and Care and my purpose in life is to provide them that. I’m very passionate about this line of work. As a current full time Remote Veterinary student, I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I’m available 5 days week in the mornings and afternoons. When I care for your pet in your home my routine is to treat them like family and your home like a sacred space. I am more than willing to respect all boundaries put in place in order to do my job properly. I am a helicopter pet parent so your little guy or gal is safe with me.

About: My name is ebony and I have always loved dogs my whole life. Before working for Rover, I would travel from Toledo, Ohio to Hamilton/Fairfield which is estimately a 3 hour drive without a problem to dog sit for my sister and I absolutely enjoyed doing it. According to relocating, now I live in Middletown Ohio and working toward starting a dog sitting businesss. My sister introduced me to rover and I am excited to be doing business with different types of dogs and people. I am willing to walk, feed, play and keep your dog company. Not only those services but I am offering a free dog grooming service the first time i watch your pup. If you give me a chance at watching your dog I can prove to you how much I enjoy them and I’m pretty sure they will enjoy me being around just as much, maybe even more. I am still new to Rover but I definitely have an open schedule for any dog service needed. I am flexible with any day of the week as well as time. I have a unfenced backyard, so prefer dog to have a leash. I do not mind taking the dog to a park either. I don't mind taking the dog for a walk. It is not required but highly recommended as your dog is house trained due to the fact I have no pets at all and I am in process of learning how to train thanks to rover but not yet certified.
