“Very Fast initial and follow up contacts. Friendly and helpful for my first time, made me comfortable leaving my dogs with her, the first time i have ever left them since 2019. Her dogs were friendly and very sweet. When i picked my dogs up the dynamic between our dogs was great. I can finally take vacations :)”

“Cherokee and Lucy, my two large dogs, have stayed with Wendy multiple times in the past when I lived in SEO. This past trip, my husband and I drove 2 hours out of our way from Detroit to the Smokey Mountains-- just so our dogs could be with Wendy! They hadn't seen Wendy in almost three years and Cherokee scratched at her door to get in! Wendy is so thoughtful, clearly caring of our dogs, and overall a wonderful person to have in your corner. We will continue to book Wendy in the future, as her drop-off and pick-up are seamless, she is obviously quite experienced, is such a joy to see, and sends me the best updates occasionally through the stay-- always making me smile! Thank you a million times over, Wendy!”

About: I have 20+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. I also run a nonprofit animal sanctuary, so animal care is a major part of my everyday life. I have experience with rescue animals, seniors, shy and anxious pets, medication routines, mobility limitations, and animals who simply need a little more patience and understanding. Senior and special-needs pets are especially welcome. I’m comfortable helping with stairs, mobility support, medications, slower-paced walks, and adjusting care to whatever helps your pet feel safest and most comfortable. I’m home full-time, which means your pet gets plenty of supervision, companionship, enrichment, and one-on-one attention rather than being left alone for long stretches. Most importantly, I treat every animal as an individual and try to keep their routine as familiar and stress-free as possible while they’re in my care. I’m home full-time and animal care is already a major part of my daily routine through my nonprofit sanctuary and rescue. That gives me a very flexible schedule for feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, enrichment, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day. Safety and comfort always come first. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and take introductions slowly when other animals are involved. I’m experienced with rescue animals, seniors, anxious pets, and animals who need extra supervision or their own space. I’m also comfortable with medications, mobility assistance, crates, gates, and keeping pets safely separated when needed.
About: I have experience with an array of animals. I have personally owned Dobermans, Shih Tzus, a husky, and French Bulldogs! With my schedule being flexible I have availability to adjust when needed for animal care duties! We have a property of about 46 acres with an electric fence for the horses and a gate. The animals would be housed in the home. Outside activity would vary based off of the animals specific needs! Dogs would be outside at least 5x a day!
About: I've taken care of pets since I was 10. My neighborhood frequently go to me when they need a dog/cat sitter for a week and I'm used to going over as many times as needed. “Our cat was well and as happy as he gets when his people returned from being away. Jacob did seem to forget some of the details of our instructions, such as refilling the second upstairs water dish. Still, our cat did not go without any essentials, and Jacob's photo updates were reassuring. Thank you, Jacob!”

“We were really happy with the care provided for our cats Rory and Luna while we were away for 5 days. We received regular updates, including two lovely videos, which really reassured us and showed how well they were being looked after. It was clear they were comfortable, well cared for, and given plenty of attention. We came home to two very content cats and wouldn’t hesitate to book Stefania again.”

“Charity has been amazing. This is our first time leaving our home and cats in the care of someone we didn't personally know, and it has been a great experience. Charity sent photos with every visit, asked pertinent questions, and was so kind to our furkids. We will absolutely be using her again!”
